Cardinals tab Darren Fells to replace Troy Niklas

(11/20/2014) With Cardinals tight end Troy Niklas (ankle) on injured reserve, the team will turn to tight end Darren Fells to fill his role, reports Fox Sports. "Darren will take Troy's job, and he's more than capable," coach Bruce Arians said.

"He's shown flashes of being a very dominant blocker. This is a great opportunity for him, and we need him to step up."

Arizona visits Seattle on Sunday.

(11/9/2014) The Cardinals have made Logan Thomas, Stepfan Taylor, Desmond Bishop, Thomas Keiser, Glenn Carson, Alameda Ta'amu and Darren Fells inactive Week 10 against the Rams.

Both Taylor and Bishop had been ruled out prior to Sunday. The other five players listed did not appear on the injury report, and are considered healthy scratches.

(8/31/2013) The Seahawks officially finalized their 53-man roster Saturday by terminating the contracts of defensive tackle Clinton McDonald, fullback Michael Robinson, quarterback Brady Quinn and cornerback Antoine Winfield.
