Ravens announce inactives for divisional round matchup with Patriots

(1/10/2015) The Ravens have declared the following players as inactive for Saturday's divisional round game against the Patriots: Chris Greenwood, Steven Means, Terrence Cody, Ryan Jensen, Casey Walker, Phillip Supernaw and DeAngelo Tyson.

(1/3/2015) The Ravens have listed the following players as inactive for Saturday's game against the Steelers: tackle Eugene Monroe, defensive tackle Timmy Jernigan, tight end Phillip Supernaw, defensive tackle Casey Walker, defensive back Chris Greenwood, defensive lineman Steven Means and defensive tackle Terrence Cody.

Monroe was listed as out on the team's final injury report of the week. He missed Baltimore's Week 17 game with a foot injury.


Five healthy scratches pepper inactive list for Ravens

(12/28/2014) Only two injured Ravens dot their inactive list for the Week 17 clash against Cleveland. They are defensive end Chris Canty (ankle/thigh) and tackle Eugene Monroe (ankle).

The healthy scratches are safety Brynden Trawick, cornerback Chris Greenwood, defensive linemen Steven Means and Terrence Cody and tight end Phillip Supernaw.


Ravens move RT Ricky Wagner to injured reserve

(12/23/2014) The Ravens announced a several roster moves on Tuesday, per the team's official website. The team moved tackle Ricky Wagner to injured reserve, ending his season due to a foot injury he suffered Week 16 against Houston. In a corresponding move, Baltimore added defensive end Steven Means to the 53-man active roster.

The Ravens also shuffled their practice squad, waiving defensive end Zach Thompson and signing tackle Nate Menkin and guard Joe Unga.

(11/24/2013) The Buccaneers are fairly healthy heading into their Sunday game against the Lions. The lone injuries on their inactive list belong to guard Carl Nicks (staph infection surgery) and linebacker Mason Foster (concussion).

The healthy scratches are defensive tackle Gary Gibson, safety Dashon Goldson (suspended), defensive end Steven Means, guard Patrick Omameh and running back Lonnie Pryor.

They are as follows: T Gabe Carimi (illness); DB Mark Barron (hamstring); TE Tom Crabtree (ankle); DB Dashon Goldson (foot); DL Derek Landri (knee); and DL Steven Means (shoulder).

All eight players were able to fully participate in practices this week, so it looked as though they would be able to go Sunday.

In addition, cornerback Michael Adams (knee), tight end Tom Crabtree (ankle), cornerback Rashaan Melvin (hamstring) and fullback Erik Long (calf) did not dress for Sunday's game because of injuries. Quarterback Dan Orlovsky, defensive end William Gholston, defensive end Steven Means, running back Peyton Hillis and defensive tackle Chris Jones were healthy inactives.

Illinois defensive tackle Akeem Spence, Michigan State defensive end William Gholston and Buffalo defensive end Steven Means made up the defenders while Miami running back Mike James was the lone offensive player taken on Day 3.
