Raiders backup pass catchers don't amount to much Week 7

by Chris Cwik | CBSSports.com
(10/19/2014) The Raiders backup pass catchers didn't do all that much Week 7 against the Cardinals.

Brice Butler led the team in receiving, but all of it came on a long catch. In the second quarter, Derek Carr found Butler on a deep pass over the middle that went for 55 yards. It was Butler's only catch of the game.

Andre Holmes had three catches, gaining 34 yards. Mychal Rivera picked up one reception, gaining 18 yards. Denarius Moore also caught one ball, gaining 13 yards. Jamize Olawale gained 7 yards on his only reception of the game. Brian Leonhardt also caught one pass, gaining 4 yards.

They will take on the Browns Week 8.

Leonhardt, who entered Sunday with just two career receptions, caught a 3-yard pass from Derek Carr on the opening drive of the game. It was his only catch of the day in a 38-14 defeat.

Four Raiders make small contributions

by Scott White | Senior Fantasy Writer
(9/21/2014) Raiders running back Latavius Murray, wide receiver Andre Holmes, tight end Brian Leonhardt and running back Jamize Olawale contributed little statistically Week 3 at New England. Murray ran three times for 1 yard, and Holmes, Leonhardt and Olawale each caught a pass for 29, 7 and 4 yards, respectively.
