Seahawks list inactives for Week 15

(12/14/2014) The Seahawks have listed Marcus Burley, Max Unger, Travian Robertson, Kevin Norwood, Cooper Helfet, RaShaun Allen, and Demarcus Dobbs as inactive Week 15 against the 49ers. 

Dobbs was the only player ruled out prior to Sunday. Unger came into the game listed as doubtful due to knee and ankle issues. Unger was able to put in limited work in practice, but hasn't improved enough to play. Helfet was listed as questionable due to an ankle issue. 


Marshawn Lynch among Seahawks probables active Thursday

(11/27/2014) The Seahawks have four players listed as probable active for Thursday's game against the 49ers, including Marshawn Lynch (back), guard James Carpenter (ankle), wide receiver Jermaine Kearse (ankle) and cornerback Marcus Burley (hamstring).

Lynch totaled 82 yards on 18 touches against Arizona in Week 12 while dealing with a back issue, but he reportedly had a good week of practice before being listed as probable for Thursday's game.


Seahawks list Week 13 injury report

(11/26/2014) The Seahawks have released their Week 13 injury report.

Marshawn Lynch is listed as probable due to a back injury. He was able to put in full practice on Wednesday. Jermaine Kearse, Marcus Burley and James Carpenter have also been ruled probable. 

Demarcus Dobbs and Jeremy Lane are listed as questionable. Dobbs is dealing with a knee injury. Lane has a glute issue.

Finally, Max Unger, Cooper Helfet and Kevin Pierre-Louis have been ruled out. None of the three were able to practice during the week. 


Seahawks list Week 12 inactives vs. Cardinals

(11/23/2014) The Seahawks have listed the following players as inactive for Sunday's Week 12 matchup against the Cardinals: center Max Unger (knee, ankle), guard James Carpenter (ankle), defensive end Demarcus Dobbs (knee), cornerback Marcus Burley (hamstring), linebackers Kevin Pierre-Louis (shoulder) and Allen Bradford and tight end RaShaun Allen.

Unger, Burley and Pierre-Louis had been ruled out for Sunday's game, while Dobbs was deemed doubtful. Carpenter got the red light after being questionable, leaving the Seahawks down two interior linemen against an imposing Arizona defense.

(11/21/2014) The Seahawks have red-lighted center Max Unger (knee/ankle), defensive back Marcus Burley (hamstring) and linebacker Kevin Pierre-Louis (shoulder) for their Week 12 game against Arizona. Defensive end Demarcus Dobbs (knee) is doubtful, but all else on their injury report have a good shot at playing.

Guard James Carpenter (ankle) is questionables while running back Marshawn Lynch (back), linebackers Bobby Wagner (toe) and Brock Coyle (glute), cornerback Byron Maxwell (calf) and guard J.R. Sweezy (thigh) are probable.

(11/16/2014) The Seahawks have listed Steven Terrell, Marcus Burley, Brock Coyle, Bobby Wagner, Andrew McDonald, James Carpenter and RaShaun Allen as inactive Week 11 against the Chiefs.

Wagner was the only player listed to be ruled out prior to the contest. Burley, Carpenter and Coyle all came into the game listed as doubtful. The other three players listed are considered healthy scratches. 


Chancellor, Malcolm Smith among Seahawks probables Week 11

(11/14/2014) The Seahawks have listed 11 players on its final injury report for Week 11 against the Chiefs. Bobby Wagner (toe) was the only player ruled out for Sunday. The team listed James Carpenter (ankle), Brock Coyle (glute) and Marcus Burley (hamstring) as doubtful.

Meanwhile, Marshawn Lynch (calf, rib), Jeremy Lane (groin) and Luke Willson (ankle) were deemed questionable. Kam Chancellor (groin), Michael Bennett (rest), Cooper Helfet (knee) and Malcolm Smith (groin) were all labeled probable.


Marshawn Lynch, Doug Baldwin will be active Week 10

(11/9/2014) Seahawks offensive stars Marshawn Lynch and Doug Baldwin are active Week 10 against the Giants.

Both players came into the game listed as probable. Lynch is dealing with a calf injury. Baldwin has a groin issue. The team will also have Michael Bennett, Jordan Hill, Russell Okung, O'Brien Schofield and Max Unger. All five players were also listed as probable coming into the contest.

Marcus Burley and Byron Maxwell should play as well. They were both listed as questionable. Burley is dealing with a hamstring injury, Maxwell has a calf issue. 

Guard Stephen Schilling is the only doubtful player who is active for the game.


Seahawks unveil lengthy injury list for Week 10

(11/7/2014) The Seahawks have ruled out Zach Miller (ankle) and Bobby Wagner (toe) for Week 10 against the Giants. James Carpenter (ankle), Stephen Schilling (knee), Kam Chancellor (groin) and Malcolm Smith (groin) all missed practice Friday and were deemed doubtful for Sunday.

Marcus Burley (hamstring) was a limited participant in practice, while Byron Maxwell (calf) was a full participant Friday. Both were deemed questionable.

The following players were labeled probable: Russell Okung (calf), Doug Baldwin (groin), Max Unger (rest), O'Brien Schofield (head), Michael Bennett (toe), Marshawn Lynch (calf) and Jordan Hill (ankle).


Seahawks believe Byron Maxwell has high ankle sprain

(10/12/2014) Seahawks coach Pete Carroll told NFL.com that starting cornerback Byron Maxwell is believed to have suffered a high ankle sprain in the loss to the Cowboys. Maxwell left in the first half after defending two passes and making a tackle. He was replaced by Marcus Burley.

Marcus Burley expected to fill in at nickel corner

(9/6/2014) Seahawks cornerback Marcus Burley, who was recently acquired from the Colts, is expected to fill the void for the Jeremy Lane (groin) at nickel corner, the Seattle Times reports. Burley played 25 snaps Week 1 against Green Bay after Lane went down with the injury.

"He did well," head coach Pete Carroll said. "He did a good job. He had a really good challenge route down the field and did a nice job the one time (Randall) Cobb got up on him and knocked the ball away — it was a beautiful play. He's looked really solid in practice and we really liked the kid coming in and he did a fantastic job of being ready to play in that game down the stretch and so we are really pleased. He will play for Jeremy at this time — we have no other alternatives that we think of at this point. But we are real happy with what he did."

Gabbert was ruled out earlier this week. Lewis has been dealing with a calf injury, and did not play Week 1.
