News: Minnesota QB Joe Webb has officially been named the starter for Monday's game against Chicago. He will be backed up by Patrick Ramsey, who was signed earlier in the week. The team has no third quarterback but may promote R.J. Archer from the practice squad for emergency purposes.
Analysis: Ramsey has been a Saint, Jaguar and Dolphin this season already, although he might stick around a bit longer this time if Brett Favre's shoulder doesn't sort itself out. Continue to ignore Ramsey in Fantasy play unless he somehow finds himself as a starter.
News: The Vikings signed free agent QB Patrick Ramsey on Wednesday to help shore up their injury-riddled quarterback crew.
News: Defensive end Phillip Merling has been activated by the Miami Dolphins less than four months after an Achilles' tendon injury that was feared to be season-ending. To make room for Merling on the roster, the Dolphins waived quarterback Patrick Ramsey on Tuesday.
Analysis: Ramsey, an eight-year veteran, was signed two weeks ago after Chad Pennington and Chad Henne were hurt in the same game. Now that Henne is healthy enough to play, the Dolphins have no need for Ramsey. Continue to ignore him in Fantasy.
News: The Dolphins signed QB Patrick Ramsey on Monday and placed Pennington on reserve-injured. Ramsey, an eight-year veteran, last played in 2008 with Denver and was most recently with Jacksonville this season. Tyler Thigpen will most likely start against the Bears in Week 11.
Analysis: With Pennington and Chad Henne both out for the Dolphins, Ramsey will most likely backup Thigpen on Thursday night. He will only have value if an injury occurs to the man in front of him on the depth chart so continue to ignore the 31-year-old in all Fantasy formats.
News: The Jaguars waived QB Patrick Ramsey on Friday.
Analysis: Ramsey was the fourth QB in Jacksonville before this move and had no Fantasy value. Continue to ignore him.
News: The Jaguars signed QB Patrick Ramsey on Wednesday.
Analysis: The Jags now have four QBs on their roster, which they might need if David Garrard can't give it a go in Week 7 at Kansas City. Ramsey will likely be inactive for that game unless he shows he's worth a backup spot ahead of Todd Bouman in the next couple of days, but active or not, Ramsey can continue to be ignored in Fantasy play.
News: The Saints released QB Patrick Ramsey, his agent told the New Orleans Times-Picayune. This means Chase Daniel won the backup job.
Analysis: Ramsey didn't lose the job, per se, as he was solid during his action in the games. Daniel simply outplayed Ramsey, who tossed for 400 yards in the preseason. Even if he gets picked up by another team, Ramsey is merely a backup NFL QB and has no Fantasy appeal.
News: New Orleans agreed to terms with free agent QB Patrick Ramsey on a one-year contract Wednesday. Ramsey, who is entering his ninth NFL season, is a former first-round selection of the Washington Redskins in 2002. Ramsey has played in 37 career games with 24 starts in stints with Washington (2002-05), the New York Jets (2006), Denver Broncos (2007-08), Tennessee Titans (2009) and Detroit Lions (2009).
Analysis: Ramsey will likely be the No. 2 QB in New Orleans behind Drew Brees, but Ramsey has minimal Fantasy value. Ignore Ramsey in all leagues on Draft Day.
News: The Lions have listed the following players as inactive as Week 17 vs. Chicago: LB Larry Foote, RB Cedric Peerman, DB Brian Witherspoon, DL Joe Cohen and QB Patrick Ramsey.
Analysis: None of these players are relevant in Fantasy and should continue to be ignored in all formats.
News: The Detroit Free Press reports that QB Patrick Ramsey has been signed by the Lions.
Analysis: Ramsey could potentially start for the Lions in Week 17 but that seems unlikely. Even if he does, he does not need to be owned in any format.
News: The Steelers have met with experienced quarterbacks Patrick Ramsey and Todd Bouman, a sign that injured backup Charlie Batch might be out longer than the team first expected. Batch broke his left wrist in Kansas City on Sunday, leaving second-year quarterback Dennis Dixon as the only backup to starter Ben Roethlisberger on the 53-man roster. Former Pitt quarterback Tyler Palko is on the practice squad. Batch had surgery on Wednesday and was expected to be out two to four weeks.
Analysis: Ramsey was cut by Tennessee last month. Bouman, a former Vikings backup, played briefly for Baltimore last season. Neither are worth owning in Fantasy.
News: The Titans have announced their inactives for Week 2 vs. the Texans. Out are TE Bo Scaife, CB Cary Williams, DE Jacob Ford, WR Lavelle Hawkins, DL SenDerick Marks, DL Kevin Vickerson and QB Patrick Ramsey.
Analysis: Scaife is the only Fantasy-viable name in this group, but was doubtful coming in, so hopefully all Fantasy owners benched him already.
News: The Titans have listed QB Patrick Ramsey (third QB), DB Ryan Mouton, RB Chris Henry, WR Lavelle Hawkins, TE Jared Cook, DL Sen'Derrick Marks and DL Dave Ball as inactive for Week 1 at Pittsburgh.
Analysis: There are no real surprises here. It's disappointing to see the rookie Cook on the sidelines because of an ankle injury since Tennessee would love to work him into the tight end rotation early this season. Still, he is hardly a blip on the Fantasy radar. Make sure to keep these players reserved for Week 1.
News: Tennesse backup QB Patrick Ramsey was able to play in Thursday's preseason game against the Packers despite a rib injury. He went 5 for 8 with 82 yards passing and a touchdown.
Analysis: Ramsey is only the third-string QB with the Titans and has roughly no shot at seeing the field this year. Keep him out of all Fantasy leagues.
News: Titans QB Patrick Ramsey sat out Saturday's preseason loss to the Browns with sore ribs.
Analysis: Ramsey is expected to be just the No. 3 QB heading into the season for Tennesee and thus has no Fantasy value at this time.
News: After Sunday night's Hall of Fame game against Buffalo, Tennessee coach Jeff Fisher still labeled Patrick Ramsey the No. 3 QB on the team behind No. 1 Kerry Collins and No. 2 Vince Young. Young struggled in the game, going 5 of 10 for 39 yards with one carry for a yard and an interception. Fisher said Monday he thought Young played well and made good decisions. Ramsey posted much better numbers, completing 8 of 10 for 72 yards. Fisher said Young remains the Titans' No. 2 quarterback with Ramsey No. 3. "There's a chance that Vince will start a preseason game as we move forward, and we'll give Pat a chance to play earlier in the ballgame," Fisher said.
Analysis: We still expect Young to be the No. 2 QB for the Titans behind Collins, but both guys have minimal Fantasy value this year. Even if Collins gets hurt, Young or Ramsey would have to put on quite a show for Fantasy owners to count on him except for the deepest of leagues.
News: The Nashville City Paper reports Titans QB Patrick Ramsey doesn't want to settle for being the No. 3 passer behind Kerry Collins and Vince Young. Ramsey, who backed up Jay Cutler in Denver last year, signed a one-year free agent deal in Tennessee shortly after last year's third-stringer Chris Simms wound up with the Broncos. Ramsey, who played for Titans offensive coordinator Mike Heimerdinger in 2007, could get the chance to compete with Young for the right to be Collins' primary backup. "That's the situation I'm faced with," Ramsey said of being third on the depth chart currently. "Honestly, what I intend to do is come in here and play as well as I can and let that take care of itself. They just said come in and the best players are going to be moved up. Obviously, Kerry is the starter, and I'm going to be competing for the second job." Coach Jeff Fisher, however, has said Collins is first, Young is second and Ramsey is third for now. Still, as with all positions, Fisher said competition can be created based on performance. "We're going to play the best players, and we're going to have the best players in the backup roles," Fisher said.
News: Quarterback Patrick Ramsey has signed a one-year deal with the Titans. Tennessee announced on Friday that Ramsey joined the Titans after two seasons with the Broncos. Ramsey has completed 511 of 913 passes for 5,930 yards with 35 touchdowns and 30 interceptions during his career, which started with the Redskins who took him with a late first-round pick in 2002.
Analysis: Ramsey is likely to be third on the depth chart behind Kerry Collins, whom Tennessee re-signed to a two-year, $15 million deal, and Vince Young. Keep him off of Fantasy rosters until further notice.
News: The Denver Broncos have lost linebacker Boss Bailey and backup quarterback Patrick Ramsey to season-ending injuries. Cornerback Champ Bailey is out for at least a month. All three were hurt in Denver's 41-7 loss at New England on Monday night. Boss Bailey and Ramsey were placed on injured reserve Wednesday. Ramsey was filling in for Jay Cutler late in the first half, and he injured his right elbow when he was sacked.
Analysis: Ramsey didn't let anyone know he was hurting because of the condition of Jay Cutler's right index finger, which Cutler smacked on a helmet during the first play of the game. It didn't take long for Ramsey to get injured shortly after taking his first snap in 2008 and is now lost for the season. He had little to no Fantasy value before the injury.
News: Broncos QB Patrick Ramsey got his first action of the season Week 7 at New England, appearing just for one series at the end of the first half when starter Jay Cutler needed treatment on a bruised right index finger. Ramsey completed two of three passes for 19 yards. He also lost a fumble.
Analysis: Ramsey has a strong arm and better skills than most backup quarterbacks in the league, but unless Cutler unexpected misses time with this finger injury, he should remain on waivers in all Fantasy leagues.
News: Broncos RB Andre Hall, RB Spencer Larsen, TE Mike Leach, TE Chad Mustard and QB Patrick Ramsey all dressed, but failed to record an offensive stat Week 6 vs. Jacksonville.
Analysis: Hall usually gets about 5-10 carries per game, but Michael Pittman did all the rushing Week 6 as Selvin Young (groin) was sidelined. Hall, along with the rest of the players, have marginal offensive roles and should be kept reserved in Fantasy as the Broncos play the Patriots Week 7.
News: Broncos TE Mike Leach, QB Patrick Ramsey and TE Nate Jackson all dressed, but failed to record an offensive stat Week 5 against the Bucs.
Analysis: Most of these players are either reserves or aren't an integral part of the Broncos' offense. They have little to no Fantasy value heading into Week 6 against the Jaguars.
News: The following players suited up for Denver on Sunday against the Chiefs but did not record any stats: RB Peyton Hillis, TE Nate Jackson, TE Mike Leach and backup QB Patrick Ramsey.
Analysis: These players don't stat often enough to be considered viable Fantasy athletes. Avoid them in all formats until further notice.
News: Denver WR Cliff Russell, TE Mike Leach and QB Patrick Ramsey did not stat Week 3 against the Chiefs. Ramsey did not play in the game. The other two played but did not stat.
Analysis: None of the players listed above have any Fantasy value because they don't figure to play very often for the Broncos.
News: Denver had several players suit up for Week 2 against the Chargers but either not play or play and not record a stat. The following players got into game action but didn't have any Fantasy relevant statistics: FB Peyton Hillis, TE Mike Leach and WR Keary Colbert. Backup quarterback Patrick Ramsey was active but did not play in the game.
Analysis: Hillis started at fullback in Week 1 but the Broncos didn't start a fullback at all Week 2. In either case, Hillis doesn't figure to stat very often. He's not recommended in Fantasy. The rest of the players above are not considered in Fantasy either.
News: Broncos TE Daniel Graham, TE Mike Leach, QB Patrick Ramsey and WR Keary Colbert all dressed, but failed to record an offensive stat Week 1 against the Raiders.
Analysis: Most of these players are either reserves or aren't an integral part of the Broncos' offense. They have little to no Fantasy value heading into Week 2 against the Chargers.
News: Broncos backup QB Patrick Ramsey completed 10 of 16 passes for 70 yards in Friday's preseason game against Green Bay. He threw a 9-yard touchdown pass to running back Michael Pittman in the fourth quarter and was also intercepted once.
Analysis: Ramsey was for the most part efficient playing with the second unit in the second half. But the fact remains he'll be a backup while Jay Cutler is healthy and that makes him unworthy of owning in a Fantasy league. Until that changes, leave him on the waiver wire.
News: Denver starting QB Jay Cutler finished Saturday's preseason game 8-for-10 for 59 yards in a short time and then made way for his backups to take over. They didn't fare nearly as well. Patrick Ramsey, who is slated to be the backup, completed just 6-of-11 passes for 32 yards and two interceptions and Darrell Hackney wasn't much better. Hackney went 4-of-7 for 62 yards to lead all QBs in yardage.
Analysis: Cutler is a fringe No. 1/high-end No. 2 Fantasy QB. Ramsey should only get any Fantasy recognition whatsoever if Cutler cannot play for whatever reason. And Hackney has no value as he'll probably be the third stringer. Still, Hackney proved better than Ramsey Saturday and the former Redskin will need to perform better if he hopes to keep the backup job.
News: Broncos QB Patrick Ramsey was the backup to Jay Cutler in 2007. Ramsey appeared in two games and passed for 262 yards, one touchdown and one interception. He also had 6 yards rushing.
Analysis: Ramsey has minimal Fantasy value as long as Cutler is healthy. Don't plan on drafting Ramsey in any leagues in 2008.
News: Denver TE Daniel Graham, backup QB Patrick Ramsey, backup PK Matt Prater, WR Glenn Martinez, RB Andre Hall and FB Paul Smith were active but had no offensive stats in Week 16 at San Diego.
Analysis: None of these players have much Fantasy value and should not be used in Week 17 vs. Minnesota.
News: Broncos WR Taylor Jacobs, RB Andre Hall, RB Paul Smith, RB Cecil Sapp, TE Mike Leach, TE Chad Mustard and QB Patrick Ramsey all dressed, but failed to record an offensive stat Week 15 at Houston.
Analysis: Most of these players serve as reserves or on special teams for the Broncos. They have little to no Fantasy value at this time because they don't rack up the necessary stats that matter in Fantasy leagues. Keep them out of active lineups heading into Week 16 against the Chargers.
News: The following Broncos players did not record any offensive stats in Week 14 vs. Kansas City: QB Patrick Ramsey, WR Taylor Jacobs, RB Andre Hall, RB Paul Smith, TE Mike Leach and Chad Mustard.
Analysis: None of the players on this list at in a position to help your Fantasy team. Leave them on the waiver wire until further notice.
News: Denver TE Daniel Graham, QB Patrick Ramsey, WR Glenn Martinez and RB Kyle Johnson had no offensive stats Sunday at Chicago.
Analysis: None of these players have much Fantasy value and should not be used in Week 13 at Oakland.
News: Broncos WR Taylor Jacobs, RB Mike Bell, TE Mike Leach, TE Chad Mustard, and QB Patrick Ramsey didn't record statistics Week 11 against the Titans.
Analysis: None of these players contributes enough statistically to deserve attention in Fantasy. Keep all on waivers for Week 12 at Chicago.
News: Broncos FB Paul Smith, WR Glenn Martinez, WR Taylor Jacobs, FB Cecil Sapp, TE Mike Leach and TE Chad Mustard all dressed but didn't record statistics Week 10 at Kansas City. Backup QB Patrick Ramsey did play two snaps but didn't complete a pass; he did have a two-yard rush.
Analysis: These players sit too low on the depth chart and don't post stats regularly to contribute much in Fantasy. Keep all off rosters when the Broncos host the Titans in Week 11.
News: Broncos QB Jay Cutler doesn't have the hairline fracture in his left leg he feared. An MRI exam Monday was negative, but coach Mike Shanahan said he didn't know if Cutler would practice much this week or be under center Sunday at Kansas City. "He doesn't have a stress fracture, which is a positive," Shanahan said. "The X-rays were negative, the MRI was negative. So, we'll see how sore he is. Right now he's quite sore. And we'll get a chance to see how he feels on Wednesday." Cutler took a helmet to his lower leg, which was badly bruised, in the first half of the Broncos' 44-7 loss at Detroit on Sunday. He was carted off the field and although immediate X-rays were negative, Cutler said he feared his leg was broken. Patrick Ramsey replaced Cutler and would start against the Chiefs if Cutler can't go.
Analysis: Keep an eye on Cutler's status before deciding to use Ramsey. If Ramsey plays, he would be a No. 2 Fantasy QB against the Chiefs.
News: Broncos QB Patrick Ramsey came on for an injured Jay Cutler on Sunday at Detroit and was 29-of-46 passing for 262 yards, one touchdown and one interception. He also added one carry for 4 yards and lost a fumble.
Analysis: Ramsey could start in Week 10 against Kansas City if Cutler remains out. Cutler hurt his lower leg in the first half and did not return. If Ramsey starts, he would have minimal Fantasy value.
News: Broncos RB Paul Smith, WR Brian Clark, TE Mike Leach, TE Chad Mustard and QB Patrick Ramsey didn't record statistics Week 8 against the Packers.
Analysis: These players sit too low on the depth chart to contribute much in Fantasy. Keep all on waivers for Week 9 at Detroit.
News: Patrick Ramsey dressed for Week 7 against the Steelers, but he did not get into the game.
Analysis: Ramsey has no Fantasy value unless starter Jay Cutler goes down with some sort of long-term injury. The Broncos host the Packers in Week 8.
News: Broncos backup QB Patrick Ramsey, FB Paul Smith, FB Cecil Sapp, TE/LS Mike Leach, WR Brian Clark and RB Andre Hall were active but did not record a stat in Week 5 vs. San Diego.
Analysis: None of these players should be on your Fantasy roster until further notice. The Broncos are on bye in Week 6 but play vs. Pittsburgh in Week 7.
News: Broncos QB Patrick Ramsey, WR Domenick Hixon, RB Paul Smith, TE/LS Mike Leach and TE Tony Scheffler did not record a stat in Week 3 vs. Jacksonville.
Analysis: None of these players should be on your Fantasy roster until further notice.
News: WR Domenik Hixon, WR Nate Jackson, TE/LS Mike Leach, TE Tony Scheffler and RB Paul Smith were inactive for Week 2 against the Raiders. Backup QB Patrick Ramsey dressed and did not play in the overtime win.
Analysis: None of the players mentioned above are worth using in Fantasy leagues heading into Week 3 against Jacksonville.
News: Broncos who did not record a stat Week 1 at Buffalo include QB Patrick Ramsey, TE Tony Scheffler, WR Domenik Hixon, RB Paul Smith, RB Mike Bell and TE Nate Jackson.
Analysis: Ramsey continues to serve as Jay Cutler's backup and won't see the field unless an injury befalls the starter. Bell seems to have been passed over on the depth chart by the likes of Selvyn Young and Cecil Sapp. The other Broncos are also mere reserves. Ignore all these players in Fantasy leagues heading into Week 2 against the Raiders.
News: Denver's Patrick Ramsey threw a 90-yard touchdown pass to Brian Clark and a 5-yarder to Quincy Morgan in their second preseason game at Dallas. On the 90-yard touchdown, Ramsey launched a bomb from his own 5, which was caught by Clark at the 50. He escaped a tackler and took it the rest of the way for a score.
Analysis: Ramsey has a cannon for an arm and is more of a gunslinger than anything else. If Jay Cutler were to miss playing time, Ramsey would be a nice No. 2 Fantasy QB. Until then, keep him off of Fantasy rosters.
News: QB Patrick Ramsey has agreed to a two-year, $4.5 million deal with the Broncos, where he will back up Jay Cutler, reports the Rocky Mountain News. Ramsey was a backup with the Jets last season and spent three years with Washington before that.
Analysis: Ramsey has a cannon for an arm and is more of a gunslinger than anything else. If Jay Cutler were to miss playing time, Ramsey would be a nice No. 2 Fantasy QB. Until then, keep him off of Fantasy rosters.
News: The Denver Post reports that the Broncos are talking with QB Patrick Ramsey about signing him to back up Jay Cutler in 2007. Ramsey has also drawn interest from the Houston Texans.
Analysis: Ramsey is most certainly going to be a backup quarterback in 2007, rendering him useless for 2007 Fantasy play.
News: The Houston Chronicle reports that the Texans have scheduled visits planned with free agent quarterback Patrick Ramsey, linebacker Danny Clark and defensive tackle James Reed.
Analysis: Of these players, only Ramsey is worth noting since he'd be the Texans' QB if David Carr (or whomever is starting for them) goes down. Right now, don't consider any of these players in Fantasy leagues.
News: As expected, the Jets have released backup QB Patrick Ramsey. He was acquired last offseason to provide competition for the starting QB spot, which was won by Chad Pennington. Pennington has already been named the starter for 2007, with second-year QB Kellen Clemens backing him up.
Analysis: Ramsey's future in the NFL isn't bright, but there's room for him to be at least a backup somewhere. It wasn't long ago that we liked his skill set but not his decision-making abilities. Fantasy owners shouldn't consider Ramsey at this point.
News: The New York Daily News reports that the Jets are expected to trade or release backup QB Patrick Ramsey before the start of free agency. Ramsey was acquired last offseason to provide competition for the starting QB spot, which was won by Chad Pennington. Pennington has already been named the starter for 2007, with Kellen Clemens backing him up.
Analysis: Ramsey's future in the NFL isn't bright, but there's room for him to be at least a backup somewhere. It wasn't long ago that we liked his skill set but not his decision-making abilities. Fantasy owners shouldn't consider Ramsey at this point.
News: Jets backup QB Patrick Ramsey, WR Wallace Wright, QB/WR Brad Smith, FB James Hodgins, TE/LS James Dearth and TE Sean Ryan did not record any offensive stats in Week 17 vs. Oakland.
Analysis: None of these players have any Fantasy appeal looking toward the 2007 season.
News: Jets RB James Hodgins (knee), DB Eric Smith (foot), DB Kerry Rhodes (knee), RB B.J. Askew (foot), DB Andre Dyson (knee) and DB David Barrett (hip) are questionable, while LB Matt Chatham (foot), QB Patrick Ramsey (calf), DL Bryan Thomas (shoulder) and DL Rashard Moore (hamd) are listed as probable for Week 17 vs. Oakland.
Analysis: Only Rhodes, Dyson and Thomas should be used in Fantasy leagues for Week 17. Ignore the other injured players.
News: Patrick Ramsey dressed for Week 16 at Miami, but he did not get into the game.
Analysis: Ramsey is not a recommended Fantasy option for Week 17 against Oakland and he will likely be a backup in 2007 with little appeal in most formats.
News: Patrick Ramsey dressed for Week 14 against the Bills but he did not get into the game.
Analysis: Ramsey is not a recommended Fantasy option for Week 15 at Minnesota.
News: Jets who were active and dressed but didn't record an offensive statistic in Week 13 include: Backup QB Patrick Ramsey, WR Wallace Wright and TE/LS James Dearth.
Analysis: These players shouldn't be on Fantasy rosters.
News: Jets backup QB Patrick Ramsey came in for one play against the Texans when starter Chad Pennington was forced to leave for a play.
Analysis: Unless Pennington misses extended time, ignore him.
News: Jets WR Justin McCareins, TE Sean Ryan, FB James Hodgins, TE James Dearth and QB Patrick Ramsey dressed in Week 11 but failed to record an offensive statistic.
Analysis: None of these players have much Fantasy value at this time.
News: Jets FB B.J. Askew (foot), CB David Barrett (hip), WR Tim Dwight (thigh) and RB Cedric Houston (knee) are listed as questionable for Week 11 vs. Chicago. LB Matt Chatham (foot), CB Drew Coleman (thigh), CB Andre Dyson (ankle), WR Justin McCareins (foot), DL Rashad Moore (hand) and reserve QB Patrick Ramsey (thigh) are listed as probable for the game.
Analysis: None of these players have much Fantasy value at this time. Keep them reserved for Fantasy purposes in Week 11.
News: Jets TE Sean Ryan, WR Brad Smith, TE James Dearth and QB Patrick Ramsey dressed in Week 10 but failed to record an offensive statistic.
Analysis: None of these players have much Fantasy value at this time.
News: Jets QB Patrick Ramsey (thigh) is listed as probable for Week 10 at New England.
Analysis: Ramsey has yet to take a snap this season and will only get serious playing time shall starter Chad Pennington go down with an injury. Ramsey is not a viable Fantasy option at this time.
News: Jets WR Justin McCareins, WR Tim Dwight, RB B.J. Askew, TE Sean Ryan and QB Patrick Ramsey dressed in Week 8 against the Browns but failed to record an offensive statistic.
Analysis: None of these players have much Fantasy value at this time.
News: Jets RB B.J. Askew, RB James Hodgins and QB Patrick Ramsey all dressed in Week 7 against the Lions but did not record an offensive statistic.
Analysis: None of these players are recommended Fantasy options for Week 8 vs. Cleveland.
News: Jets RB Derrick Blaylock, WR Justin McCairens, TE Sean Ryan and QB Patrick Ramsey were dressed for Week 6 vs. Miami but did not record any stats.
Analysis: These players have no Fantasy value for the time being.
News: The following Jets reserves did not record an offensive statistic in Week 5 vs. Indianapolis: QB/WR 16 Brad Smith, CB/KR 30 Drew Coleman, WR 81 Justin McCareins, TE/LS 85 James Dearth, TE James Hodgins and backup QB Patrick Ramsey.
Analysis: None of these players is worth owning in Fantasy formats for Week 5 at Jacksonville.
News: The following Jets reserves did not record an offensive statistic in Week 3 at Buffalo: FB B.J. Askew, QB/WR 16 B.Smith, CB/KR 30 Drew Coleman, WR 81 Justin McCareins, TE/LS 85 James Dearth, TE 88 Sean Ryan and backup QB Patrick Ramsey.
Analysis: None of these players is worth owning in Fantasy formats for Week 4 vs. Indianapolis.
News: Jets QB Chad Pennington (calf) is listed as probable for Week 3 at Buffalo. He did practice on Wednesday.
Analysis: It looks as though Pennington will be ready for Week 3, so there is no need to turn your attention to playing Patrick Ramsey just yet.
News: Chad Pennington not only has returned strong after a second shoulder surgery in as many years, he might be even better than 2002. All Pennington did that year was lead the NFL in passer rating. Pennington threw for 319 yards and two touchdowns to lead the New York Jets to a 23-16 victory over the Tennessee Titans on Sunday after having to beat out three quarterbacks in preseason to reclaim his starting job. "Chad has done a great job in preparing himself and getting himself back to the point of being our starting quarterback," Jets receiver Laveranues Coles said. "I'm just happy that he now has a game under his belt and showed he's back."
Analysis: With Pennington getting off to such a hot start, there won't be any calls for Ramsey to get back in the pocket any time soon. Ignore Ramsey unless a situation arises where he is needed to become the starting QB in New York once again. Don't hold your breath, though.
News: Jets quarterback Chad Pennington won the starting job Tuesday. Patrick Ramsey, Kellen Clemens and Brooks Bollinger are now competing for the backup job. Pennington won't play in the preseason finale against Philadelphia on Friday night, but will be under center Sept. 10 against Tennessee. "It's become really clear to me he's distinguished himself in the way I was looking for," head coach Eric Mangini said. "He's made great progress in the preseason, especially over the last couple weeks.
Analysis: Pennington, coming off two major shoulder injuries, was in a four-man competition to regain the job that was his before he got hurt. At this point, none of the other quarterbacks are worth taking as insurance for Pennington until a backup is announced.
News: Even though the regular season is two weeks away, Jets coach Eric Mangini insists he hasn't chosen a starting quarterback. Those who thought Mangini would finally choose between Chad Pennington, Patrick Ramsey, Brooks Bollinger and rookie Kellen Clemens on Sunday were disappointed. "All four of those guys need to be ready to play Friday," Mangini said, referring to the preseason finale against Philadelphia. "That's the way we're going to approach the week with all the players. They need to be ready to play for as long as we decide to keep them in the game."
Analysis: Asked if he might not announce a starter even in the days before the Sept. 10 opener at the Tennessee Titans, Mangini said, "It would depend on whether someone has distinguished himself by the time we get to Tennessee." Pennington still appears to be the favorite for the starting job as the preseason winds down. After returning from Knoxville, Tenn., where he visited his ill father early last week, he got his second preseason start and went the longest of any Jets quarterback this summer. Fantasy owners should only consider Pennington a No. 3 or 4 Fantasy quarterback at this point late on Draft Day.
News: Chad Pennington started for the Jets in Friday's preseason game vs. the N.Y. Giants, but played inconsistently, going 11-of-20 for 125 yards with an interception. Kellen Clemens was just 3-for-11 for 24 yards and an interception in his place. Brooks Bollinger and Patrick Ramsey did not see any action in the game.
Analysis: Pennington continues to complete with Bollinger, Clemens and Ramsey. Pennington is considered the leader, especially due to his past experience, but this situation is so murky that you should only consider him as a No. 3 or 4 Fantasy quarterback at this point late on Draft Day. None of the other QBs are worth drafting.
News: Patrick Ramsey was just 2-for-3 for nine yards in Friday's preseason game at Tampa Bay. Coach Mark Mangini gave more of a look to rookie Kellen Clemens and veteran Chad Pennington, returning from injury.
Analysis: At this point, owners shouldn't draft Ramsey in any Fantasy leagues since he could probably be had off the waiver wire if he is pressed into action during the season. If he does somehow become the starter, Ramsey would be a low-end No. 3 Fantasy QB at best.
News: Chad Pennington, vying with three other QBs for the starting job, went 12-of-14 for 117 yards with the first-team offense Sunday. His green team won the scrimmage held at the Meadowlands. "It was really good for our team, there were a lot of real game situations we covered," Pennington said. "Coming into the stadium and getting prepared was just like a game, so I think it's going to prepare us. It's important for us to get out here, go through this and get something out of it." Pennington, playing against the first-team defense, outshined fellow green teammate Kellen Clemens, and opposing quarterbacks Patrick Ramsey and Brooks Bollinger.
Analysis: Ramsey was a disappointing 4-of-9 for 33 yards, but he was playing with the second-team offense. Still, two of those passes were batted down. Clemens went 3-of-7 for 24 yards, while Bollinger was 3-of-6 for 10 yards. Owners shouldn't draft Ramsey in any leagues since he could probably be had off the waiver wire if he is pressed into action during the season. If he does somehow become the starter, Ramsey would be a low-end No. 3 Fantasy QB at best.
News: Following a report in the Newark Star-Ledger that claimed Chad Pennington was named the starting QB for the Jets, head coach Eric Mangini went to the media and said it wasn't true and that the battle for the Jets' starting QB was still on until someone proved they deserved the job. That means Patrick Ramsey could still be the Jets' passer. "From my understanding, nothing has changed," Ramsey said. "We're going to continue the same way we've been doing things. I went into this camp expecting what the coaches have told us, and that's that this is a competition. It's been very evenly split up throughout camp."
Analysis: Don't kid yourself -- unless Pennington plays like trash, he'll be the Jets' starter, and so far in camp he's been the most consistent. That would leave Ramsey to compete with Clemens and Bollinger for the No. 2 (and No. 3) QB jobs this summer. Owners shouldn't draft Ramsey in any leagues since he could probably be had off the waiver wire if he is pressed into action during the season. If he does somehow become the starter, Ramsey would be a low-end No. 3 Fantasy QB at best.
News: The Newark Star-Ledger reports that Chad Pennington has won the Jets' starting QB job, beating out newcomer Patrick Ramsey, rookie Kellen Clemens and reserve Brooks Bollinger. The paper got the news from a team source who requested anonymity because head coach Eric Mangini isn't ready to make it official to the press. Pennington is coming off of his second offseason in a row where he had shoulder surgery, but he has been the most impressive out of all of the Jets' passers, practicing regularly and throwing with more velocity, touch and distance. Ramsey has been inconsistent, Clemens is a long-term solution and Bollinger is considered an insurance policy.
Analysis: Ramsey will now have to compete with Clemens and Bollinger for the No. 2 (and No. 3) QB job this summer. Owners shouldn't draft Ramsey in any leagues since he could probably be had off the waiver wire if he is pressed into action during the season.
News: The New York Daily News reports the N.Y. Jets have extended the contract of Patrick Ramsey, who received a one-year, $2.1 million deal through 2007 that includes a $1.4 million roster bonus.
Analysis: Ramsey is expected to compete with Chad Pennington in training camp to be the team's No. 1 quarterback. Neither warrants serious consideration in drafts at this point.
News: The New York Daily News reports that the Jets and QB Patrick Ramsey have agreed to a contract extension that will keep him in The Big Apple through 2007. He was going to be an unrestricted free agent after the season.
Analysis: This was probably done to get Ramsey some more guaranteed money while the Jets won't get burned if he somehow shines in 2006. Ramsey will compete with Chad Pennington, Kellen Clemens and Brooks Bollinger for a spot on the depth chart, but he will most likely serve as the No. 2 QB for the Jets. Ramsey should only be drafted in the deepest of Fantasy Football leagues as a potential sleeper.
News: NewYorkJets.com reports that GM Mike Tannenbaum expects head coach Eric Mangini to pick his starting quarterback after watching them perform during training camp and the preseason. "Ultimately Chad Pennington could play, Patrick Ramsey could play, Brooks Bollinger, (Kliff) Kingsbury could play, a draft pick could play," he said, suggesting second-round pick Kellen Clemens. "Competition will put the best player on the team. We go by what we see."
Analysis: Ramsey is healthier than Pennington and will push him for the starting job in camp. Until Ramsey earns the QB job, consider him nothing more than a deep, deep sleeper in leagues.
News: Adam Schefter of NFL Network reports that the Redskins traded QB Patrick Ramsey to the Jets in exchange for a sixth-round draft choice.
Analysis: Ramsey will presumably contend for a starting job with Chad Pennington and a rookie QB to be named on April 29. Ramsey is still not worth drafting in Fantasy leagues unless you pair him with Chad Pennington or have the room on your roster to speculate on his value. Don't overvalue him unless he comes down with the Jets' starting job.
News: The Washington Times reports QB Patrick Ramsey could be heading to the Jets for a sixth-round draft pick. The source claims it's the next 'domino' to fall in the QB carousel going on this offseason.
Analysis: Ramsey would get a chance to play in New York, competing with at least Chad Pennington and another player for the No. 1 QB slot. Ramsey is still not worth drafting in Fantasy leagues, but all that could change if he shines wherever he gets dealt (New York remains the most likely destination).
News: The New York Post reports the Jets and Washington Redskins are in discussions about a trade that would land the Jets Patrick Ramsey. Rumor has it the Jets would give the Redskins a fifth-round draft pick in April's NFL Draft as well as a possible conditional pick in the 2007 draft.
Analysis: Other reports indicate Ramsey has cancelled visits to both Detroit and Miami, so it appears he is headed to the Big Apple, where he will compete with Chad Pennington for the top spot on the depth chart. Neither will warrant more than middle- to late-round consideration in drafts.
News: New York Newsday reports Patrick Ramsey worked out for the Jets Wednesday. He is expected to meet with the Dolphins and Lions as well.
Analysis: It appears Ramsey and Jon Kitna are the two quarterbacks with the best chance to land with the Men in Green. Neither will warrant more than middle- to late-round consideration in drafts.
News: According to published reports, the Redskins will allow QB Patrick Ramsey to visit the Dolphins this week and let Ramsey try to work out a trade to come to Miami.
Analysis: Ramsey is a longshot to be Miami's quarterback of the future, especially with Drew Brees and possibly Daunte Culpepper being available. Ramsey's best days as a Fantasy option could be behind him. The Jets also showed interest.
News: The Washington Post reports that the Redskins have given permission to QB Patrick Ramsey to seek a trade this offseason. "I think we're just kind of moving ahead, trying to see what opportunities are out there for him and also to evaluate what's best for us," head coach Joe Gibbs said. "I'm not sure anything will get done. But we are looking and we're letting them also look and talk, so we're just going to see." Ramsey backed up Mark Brunell last season, but with second-year QB Jason Campbell on the roster, the team will opt to go with the youngster to sit in behind (or compete with) Brunell.
Analysis: The Jets and Dolphins have shown interest. Ramsey has been mostly unimpressive in his time in Washington, and any team willing to take him on will likely do so in a second-string capacity. Ramsey is not worth keeping in long-term keeper leagues.
News: New York Newsday reports the N.Y. Jets are engaged in discussions with the Washington Redskins about Patrick Ramsey. The Men in Green are expected to release Chad Pennington and will look to improve on what has been an inconsistent quarterback position in recent seasons.
Analysis: Ramsey never proved he can be a solid starter with the Redskins, and he won't be handed the top spot on the depth chart if he's dealt to New York. The Jets will also have interest in Drew Brees, who is expected to become a free agent in March.
News: Patrick Ramsey threw for 279 yards with one TD and one INT in four games (one start) this season in Washington. He lost the top spot on the depth chart to Mark Brunell in September and never got it back.
Analysis: Ramsey could end up with a new team and a chance to start next season, so his value is uncertain at this point. In a best-case scenario, he will be worth a late-round selection in 2006 drafts.
News: According to the Washington Post, Mark Brunell (knee) will start in Week 17 vs. Philadelphia. Patrick Ramsey will be Brunell's backup.
Analysis: We'd reportede this earlier, but now it's confirmed. Consider Brunell a safe start for the regular-season finale and remove Ramsey if you had him in your lineup ASAP.
News: Redskins.com reports Mark Brunell (knee) practiced Friday and is expected to start in Week 17 against Philadelphia. Patrick Ramsey will serve as the team's No. 2 quarterback.
Analysis: Barring setbacks, it appears safe to start Brunell in the regular-season finale. Ramsey isn't a recommended option.
News: Redskins.com reports Mark Brunell (knee) returned to practice Thursday and is expected to start in Week 17 against Philadelphia. Patrick Ramsey will serve as the team's No. 2 quarterback.
Analysis: Barring setbacks, it appears safe to start Brunell in the regular-season finale. Ramsey isn't a recommended option.
News: Redskins QB Mark Brunell had an MRI on Monday, revealing a sprained right knee. He says he is day-to-day, but head coach Joe Gibbs will make the decision on whether or not he can play at Philadelphia in Week 17. Patrick Ramsey would start in Brunell's place.
Analysis: Ramsey should be stashed on a Fantasy roster since he could play against a weak Philadelphia defense in Week 17.
News: Mark Brunell left Week 16 vs. the Giants with a sprained right knee. He finished with 112 yards on 7-of-11 passing with two TDs and an INT. Patrick Ramsey took over for Brunell and passed for 104 yards on 5-of-7 passing with a TD.
Analysis: Monitor Brunell's status before making a decision for Week 17.

Analysis: Patrick Ramsey has taken over at QB for the Redskins.
News: Ramsey (neck) was active for Monday's game at Dallas, but he did not get into the game.
Analysis: Mark Brunell got the start, but he struggled until the final quarter of the game. Regardless, Brunell is the starter and is keeping the position warm until rookie Jason Campbell is ready.
News: The Washington Post reports Patrick Ramsey has denied that he requested a trade after being benched. "What's said between coach [Joe Gibbs] and I, it's between us," Ramsey said. "I haven't specifically told coach I want a trade in any way."
Analysis: Mark Brunell has been promoted past Ramsey and will start in Week 2 at Dallas.
News: The Miami Herald reports Redskins QB Patrick Ramsey could ask for a trade in the wake of his demotion, and one possible spot for him to end up is in Miami. His agent is the same as Nick Saban's. In the interim, Ramsey (neck) has been named as the No. 2 quarterback for the upcoming Monday night game in Week 2 at Dallas.
Analysis: Ramsey suffered a neck injury and was forced from the Week 1 opener against the Bears, but apparently coach Joe Gibbs liked what he saw to name Mark Brunell for the game on Monday. Ramsey probably shouldn't be on a Fantasy roster.
News: Patrick Ramsey (neck) has been named as the No.
News: Redskins.com reports head coach Joe Gibbs wouldn't name a starter for Washington in Week 2 at Dallas. Patrick Ramsey started in Week 1, but left with an injury and was replaced by Mark Brunell.
Analysis: Whether it's Ramsey or Brunell, neither one should be in a starting Fantasy lineup against the 'Boys.
News: Patrick Ramsey left the Redskins game vs. Chicago after getting hit hard by LB Lance Briggs in the second quarter. He was replaced by Mark Brunell and finished with 105 yards and an interception on 6 of 11 passing.
Analysis: Monitor his status for the coming weeks, although he should not start in Week 2 at Dallas.
News: Patrick Ramsey threw for 141 yards with one touchdown and one interception in Friday's preseason contest vs. Pittsburgh.
Analysis: Ramsey looked good at times and bad at others, but he still appears to be the favorite in Washington for the regular-season opener. He's worth no more than a late-round choice in drafts.
News: Patrick Ramsey threw for 190 yards with one touchdown and two interceptions in Friday's preseason loss to Cincinnati.
Analysis: At best, Ramsey is worth a late-round flier in leagues with 12-plus teams.
News: Patrick Ramsey confessed he wasn't quite himself at the start of Saturday's scrimmage. He finished 5-for-8 but failed to lead a scoring drive in two attempts. "You kind of go through the monotony of practice, and you have a routine that you go through, and you have to maintain the routine," Ramsey said. "And for me, personally, I didn't maintain that routine as well."
Analysis: Ramsey is competing with Mark Brunell for the starting QB job in Washington. Brunell threw an interception in the end zone and failed to lead a scoring drive Saturday against the Ravens' defense. Ramsey was sacked four times, although he didn't actually hit the turf because the scrimmage rules prohibited hits on the QB. Joe Gibbs was not happy about the pass protection, but several linemen said they didn't work much in advance on the Ravens' blitz packages. "A couple of blitzes they threw at us, we didn't work on," tackle Chris Samuels said. "If it was regular season, we would game-plan those guys."
News: The Washington Post reports QB Patrick Ramsey is set to excel in an offense tailored to his strengths. The new offense is supposedly going to be aggressive in the passing game. One problem that Ramsey must address is touch on his passing. "That's one thing I do feel like I've improved on," Ramsey said. "Things happen quickly and you react quickly. But there are situations on certain plays where you can kind of anticipate what kind of ball you can throw to get it there."
Analysis: Ramsey will have to show a lot of improvement this preseason in order to fly up our rankings. He's a sleeper candidate, but he's in a long line of quarterbacks expected to go off in 2005.
News: The New York Times says that according to assistant head coach Joe Bugel, the Redskins will throw more, and earlier in the game, making defenses pay attention to outside receivers, which could help the run as well. That caters to one of Ramsey's strengths -- short-area passing.
Analysis: While Ramsey remains at best a No. 2 Fantasy quarterback, he could improve if he really thrives in the new offense. The preseason should help shed some light on this.
News: The Washington Post reports that Joe Gibbs is finally using the shotgun formation in his offense. At a recent minicamp, the addition proved to be a good one. "We didn't botch one snap," Patrick Ramsey said. "It's been very smooth." Also of note: The Redskins have a fast but short group of wide receivers. Only one of six WRs in camp was over six feet tall.
Analysis: Ramsey has the talent to be a first-class Fantasy quarterback. The shotgun formation will help him tremendously, but the lack of height among his receivers is a little troubling until proven otherwise. For now, Ramsey remains a legit backup Fantasy quarterback, suitable as a bye-week replacement.
News: The Washington Post reports Redskins head coach Joe Gibbs said the drafting of Auburn QB Jason Campbell will not affect Patrick Ramsey's status as the team's No. 1 quarterback.
Analysis: It appears Ramsey will open the season atop the depth chart, followed by Mark Brunell and Campbell. Tim Hasselbeck could be released.
News: The Washington Post reports Patrick Ramsey remains confident despite the Redskins interest in a rookie quarterback. "I'm the starter here," Ramsey said. "And I plan to go out there and start and play and win games. It doesn't matter to me (if they draft a quarterback). Absolutely not."
Analysis: Head coach Joe Gibbs has named Ramsey the starter for next season, but that doesn't mean the team won't still select a QB, maybe Auburn's Jason Campbell, in the draft.
News: The Redskins official website reports Patrick Ramsey believes this will be the most important offseason of his pro career. "My mindset right now is to just continue to improve," Ramsey said. "Last year, there was improvement during the course of the season, but I want to begin that process now. That'll put me at an accelerated level when I start the season."
Analysis: Ramsey expects that the weight training he's done and extra work with his receivers this offseason will help him prepare for training camp.
News: The Washington Post reports Redskins head coach Joe Gibbs praised the performance of Patrick Ramsey last season and is hopeful the QB will continue to improve in 2005. "He's very smart. He has a real good arm," Gibbs said. "Even though Patrick lost the first two games, he was very poised. He made a statement, and after those games we did start playing better. You want a young guy like that to continue to improve and he's got a lot of improvement he can make and he needs to keep doing that."
Analysis: Ramsey has a lot to prove before he warrants a prominent role in Fantasy Football. At best, he's worth a late-round flier in leagues with 12-plus teams.
News: Patrick Ramsey completed 19 of 29 passes for 158 yards, one touchdown and two interceptions at Dallas Sunday.
Analysis: Ramsey is not worth starting in Week 17 against Minnesota.
News: The Washington Post reports Redskins coach Joe Gibbs has named Patrick Ramsey the No. 1 quarterback for next season. "We're starting Patrick. That's who we're going with," Gibbs said. "He's our guy. We're hoping he continues to progress."
Analysis: This news makes Ramsey more attractive in keeper leagues, though he still isn't worth retaining in most cases.
News: Coach Joe Gibbs told the Washington Times that Patrick Ramsey is the team's starting quarterback for 2005.
Analysis: He also added he plans to keep veteran Mark Brunell and Tim Hasselbeck as the team's backups. The vote of confidence for Ramsey going into next season should make him an attractive selection in the middle rounds once the elite quarterbacks are off of the board.
News: Patrick Ramsey completed 18-of-27 passes for 214 yards and a touchdown in Week 15 at San Francisco.

News: Patrick Ramsey completed 19-of-22 passes for 174 yards and three touchdowns in Week 13 against the Giants.

News: Patrick Ramsey was 19-of-34 for 138 yards with one touchdown and one interception.
Analysis: Ramsey should only be owned as a reserve QB in deep leagues. The Redskins host the New York Giants in Week 13.
News: The Redskins official website reports coach Joe Gibbs was encouraged by the play of Ramsey in Week 11. "I thought Patrick managed things in that game very well," Gibbs said. "On the best plays, he did a good job when they were not there. I think he had real poise in there against a real tough defense in a tough environment. He handled himself very well."

Analysis: Owners who picked up Ramsey off waivers should release him.
News: According to the Washington Post, Patrick Ramsey took most of the snaps at Thursday's practice in the absence of Mark Brunell (hamstring). He is expected to get the call against the Dallas Cowboys.

Analysis: Ramsey's decreased role limits him to waiver wire fodder in most Fantasy leagues.

News: Patrick Ramsey was 4-for-11 for 62 yards and an interception in a preseason game against Carolina Saturday night.
Analysis: Ramsey didn't help himself in the battle with Mark Brunell for the starting quarterback job in Washington. Brunell was 6-for-15 for 119 yards, ncluding a 61-yard touchdown pass to Darnerien McCants. Right now, it certainly looks like Ramsey will be the No. 2 quarterback for the Redskins.
News: The Washington Post reports that Patrick Ramsey will start against the Panthers in a preseason game Saturday. He will likely play through the first quarter before giving way to his competition for the starting job, Mark Brunell. "I want to try to complete passes and try to move the team and just be effective out there," said Ramsey.
Analysis: Brunell will likely start next week's game with Ramsey coming off the bench again. Niether quarterback distinguished himself in the Monday night preseason opener. Fantasy owners realize that new head coach Joe Gibbs brought Brunell into town for a reason. Consider grabbing Ramsey as a No. 3 quarterback. In keeper leagues, his value is higher.

"My goal is to play, but I've got to be able to practice. I've got to be able to be effective. The toughest thing is that it's difficult for me to be effective throwing the football, because I can't push off with that foot."
Analysis: Ramsey's injury requires surgery and two months of rehabilitation. He is doubtful for Week 14 at N.Y. Giants and although he would like to play more this season for added experience, it is likely Tim Hasselbeck will finish the season as the team's signal caller rather than the team risking further injury to the quarterback.

He missed practice Wednesday and will not play Sunday at Miami if the team thinks it would risk further injury. "I've played 10 games so far on it," said Ramsey. Analysis:
News: Ramsey will likely play again during the final month. Danny Wuerffel will remain the starter for Sunday's game against the New York Giants. But Steve Spurrier must decide whether Ramsey is the team's quarterback of the future, and he intends to use his younger players more in the final games. The Redskins end the season against Philadelphia, Houston and Dallas. "We need to play Patrick somewhere along the line, whether it's somewhere this week or the Houston game or whatever game it is. The way the Eagles look, I don't think it'd be fair to turn him loose against those guys right now," Spurrier said. Ramsey should not be used in yearly Fantasy leagues.

News: Ramsey is splitting snaps with the first-team offense in practice. He and Danny Wuerffel are sharing duties at this point, but coach Steve Spurrier has been impressed with Ramsey and might name him the starter in Week 5. "He can really throw it," Spurrier told The Washington Post. "There's no question about that. He can zing it around. When they start blitzing and fake-blitzing and all that, we'll see what he can do. Our whole offense hasn't been real good the last two games. We'll see if he's ready to handle that kind of stuff." Ramsey is worth taking a gamble on as a reserve in larger Fantasy leagues.
Analysis:
News: Ramsey might get a chance to play in the next game. "We'll see if Patrick is ready to play, sure," head coach Steve Spurrier told The Washington Post on Sunday. "We'll look into that. . . . We'll coach young Patrick up. As soon as we think he can play as well as the other guys, we'll put him in there." Ramsey shouldn't receive much Fantasy attention. He will be a risky Fantasy player even if he does get a chance to start.

"He threw a few with the regular group, but he doesn't know where everybody's going yet," Spurrier told The Washington Post. "He can look pretty throwing through the air. But unfortunately he's got to know when and where, who's open and who's not. He just needs to learn. We're not ready to put him in yet [but] we'll put him in quickly if the other two don't play better than the other night." Ramsey might be worth a Fantasy reserve spot if he gets a chance to start at some point.
