Analysis: Bell is having a great 2009 season as he ranks second among DBs with 83 tackles and now has a pair of touchdowns. Continue to use him in most IDP leagues as a solid DB option.

News: Dolphins LB Channing Crowder (nine tackles, sack), DB Gibril Wilson (seven tackles), DB Yeremiah Bell (six tackles), LB Akin Ayodele (four tackles, two fumble recoveries), LB Cameron Wake (two tackles, sack) and LB Jason Taylor (interception) all had solid outings in a Week 10 win over the Buccaneers.	Analysis: Bell and Wilson are solid mid-level starting DBs in IDP formats, while Taylor and Crowder are only worth a shot in deeper formats. Wake is a rookie who is making his way up the rankings, but, along with Ayodele, won't be worth using in Week 11 at Carolina.

News: Dolphins DB Yeremiah Bell (nine tackles), DB Nate Jones (nine tackles), LB Akin Ayodele (seven tackles) and DB Sean Smith (six tackles) produced nice numbers in a Week 9 loss to the Patriots.	Analysis: Bell is a tackle machine and deserves to start in most IDP leagues at the DB spot, but the rest of these guys have no Fantasy value heading into Week 10 vs. Tampa Bay.

News: Miami DB Yeremiah Bell turned in a strong performance in the team's Week 7 game against the Saints. He tied for the team lead with nine tackles in the game and was also credited with 1 1/2 sacks.	Analysis: Bell set a personal high on the season in Week 7 with nine tackles. He is yet to intercept a pass this season but is a solid tackler, making him a decent IDP option in most formats. The Dolphins take on the Jets Week 8. In Week 5 against New York, Bell made six tackles.

News: Dolphins DB Will Allen (seven tackles), DB Yeremiah Bell (seven tackles), DE Kendall Langford (four tackles, sack) and DE Phillip Merling (two tackles, fumble recovery) all chipped in as Miami fell in Week 3 to San Diego.	Analysis: Bell is the only real Fantasy-viable option in this group and should be starting in all formats for Week 4 vs. Buffalo. The rest can be ignored.

News: Miami DB Yeremiah Bell led the team in tackles on Monday night during a loss to the Colts. Bell finished with just 5 tackles to lead the team.	Analysis: Bell now has 13 tackles on the season for the 'Fins. He is a tackling machine and should be starting in most IDP Fantasy formats. The Dolphins play at San Diego Week 3 and there should be plenty of opportunity for tackles in that high-scoring affair.

News: Dolphins DB Gibril Wilson (nine tackles), DB Yeremiah Bell (eight tackles), DB Will Allen (six tackles) and LB Akin Ayodele (five tackles) contributed with nice efforts in a Week 1 loss to the Falcons.	Analysis: Bell and Wilson are tackle machines who should be starting in most IDP Fantasy formats. Allen and Ayodele, on the other hand, have very minimal value to start this season. The Dolphins host the Colts in Week 2.

News: The Miami Herald reports the Dolphins have signed DB Yeremiah Bell to a four-year deal worth $20 million with $10 million guaranteed. Bell, Miami's leading tackler in 2009, is the second major signing in the deep secondary for the Dolphins on Thursday. Earlier the team signed Gibril Wilson to a deal worth up to $27.5 million. The Dolphins have told Bell he will continue to play strong safety while Wilson, who played free safety during his years with the Giants, will take over at free safety. That, of course, means Renaldo Hill is going to be looking for work come the start of free agency. Hill was the starting free safety in 14 games last season.	Analysis: Bell is a solid DB in IDP leagues and should be considered a No. 2 option coming into 2009. The Dolphins secondary should improve with the addition of Wilson and keeping Bell. With LB Channing Crowder staying with the team also, the Dolphins DST is looking like a good option in all leagues this year.

Analysis: Hill is a top-10 DB in IDP Fantasy leagues, while Crowder has some value as a low-end starting LB. Bell and Ayodele have no Fantasy value at this time. Start Hill and Crowder in Week 16 at Kansas City.

News: The Miami Dolphins resigned safety Yeremiah Bell to a one-year contract Monday. Bell, who turned 30 Monday, is entering his fifth NFL season after the Dolphins made him a sixth-round draft choice in 2003. In his previous four campaigns, he has played in 46 games, including 12 starts. During that time, the 6-0, 200-pounder has totaled 96 tackles, five sacks, an interception, three fumble recoveries and three forced fumbles. He was limited to one game last year after sustaining a ruptured left Achilles’ tendon in the season-opener at Washington on September 9. He turned in the best season of his career in 2006 when he started 11 of the 16 games in which he played and recorded 65 tackles, two sacks, two fumble recoveries and two forced fumbles.	Analysis: Bell is a decent low-end Fantasy option in IDP leagues. Keep an eye on how he does in his comeback from the torn Achilles. His return to the Dolphins should improve the DST.

News: Dolphins DB Yeremiah Bell will miss the rest of the season with a torn left Achilles' tendon, a blow to an already thin secondary. Bell was hurt in the third quarter of Sunday's season-opening loss at Washington. "He had done everything to have a great year," coach Cam Cameron said Monday. "This is the tough part of the business."	Analysis: Bell bolstered the defense when he became a starter midway through last season. He'll likely be replaced by Travares Tillman, who started 17 games in 2005-06, and 2006 first-round draft pick Jason Allen may be moved from cornerback to provide depth at safety, Cameron said. This isn't good for the Dolphins DST since Bell is arguably their best DB. Bell should not be owned in IDP leagues at this point.

News: According to the Miami Herald, Dolphins DB Yeremiah Bell could be sidelined for the season with an Achilles' injury. Bell will undergo an MRI Monday for a further evaluation.	Analysis: This isn't good for the Dolphins DST since Bell is arguably their best DB. Continue to monitor Bell's status to see what develops, but Miami's secondary was already a problem area. Bell should not be owned in most IDP leagues, but keep an eye on what happens.

News: The Miami Dolphins resigned safety Yeremiah Bell to a one-year contract Monday. In 2006, Bell started 10 of the 16 games in which he played at strong safety. He collected 65 tackles, two sacks, two forced fumbles, two fumble recoveries and a team-high 12 passes defensed. Now entering his fourth year with the Dolphins, Bell has played in 45 games with 10 starts, and accumulated 91 tackles, five sacks, an interception, 31 passes defensed, three forced fumbles and three fumble recoveries in his career.	Analysis: Bell should be considered a low-end DB in IDP leagues and a good sleeper candidate. He makes tackles and has a nose for the football, so consider using a late-round flier on him if you're looking for a DB.

News: The Dolphins have tendered restricted free agents DB Yeremiah Bell, punter Donnie Jones, QB Cleo Lemon and WR/KR Wes Welker. If any of them sign an offer sheet with another team, the Dolphins have the right of first refusal. If they opt not to match the offer sheet, they would receive as compensation a second-round pick for Bell, Lemon or Welker. Jones would fetch a seventh.	Analysis: We think it's interesting that the Dolphins used the second-round tender on Lemon, Bell and Welker. Clearly, they want to deter other teams from signing any of them, and they'll probably succeed in that regard. Fantasywise, Welker carries value as a reserve WR in deeper Fantasy leagues while Bell is a nice DB to keep on as a prospect in dynasty leagues. Lemon will be a backup QB for Miami next season and shouldn't be drafted.

DL Kevin Carter had six tackles and a fumble recovery. LB Donnie Spragan had two tackles and recovered a fumble. DB Yeremiah Bell had eight tackles.	Analysis: Look for the Dolphins DST to rebound in Week 16 against the Jets. Consider the DST a low-end No. 1 option and use all regular IDP players.

News: Dolphins SS Yeremiah Bell, who was promoted to starter in Week 9, led the team with nine tackles and three passes defensed in Week 10 against the Chiefs. He has 14 tackles, five passes defensed and a forced fumble in his two career starts.	Analysis: If you are looking for a late-season sleeper at DB in Fantasy IDP leagues, consider Bell as a nice pickup. He seems to be doing well at the position so far and could put up some decent stats the rest of the way. The Dolphins play the run-happy Vikings in Week 11 -- a chance for Bell to get plenty of tackles.
