(3/16/2014) The Jets re-signed 33-year-old outside linebacker Calvin Pace to a two-year, $5 million deal, reports Pro Football Talk. He had 10 sacks, two forced fumbles and 53 tackles while playing every game last season.

(12/15/2013) Jets linebacker Calvin Pace continued his recent success as he tallied his ninth sack of the season Sunday against the Panthers in Week 15.

Pace took down Cam Newton on a 3rd-and-goal, forcing Carolina to only three points in the opening quarter. He finished the game with four total tackles (three solo), a tackle for loss and a sack in a 30-20 defeat.

(12/9/2013) Jets linebacker Calvin Pace totaled five tackles (four solo) and one sack during a 37-27 win Week 14 vs. Oakland. Pace has recorded a sack in four of his last five games.

Pace has tied a career high with eight sacks and is four tackles shy of having at least 50 tackles for the seventh straight season.

Pace has totaled 35 tackles (20 solo) and six sacks through 10 games. His career high for sacks is eight, which he accomplished in 2009.

(11/17/2013) Jets safety Antonio Allen (concussion), guard Willie Colon (calf), wide receiver Josh Cribbs (knee), cornerback Antonio Cromartie (hip), defensive end Leger Douzable (illness), defensive tackle Kenrick Ellis (back), linebacker Calvin Pace (hip), wide receiver Greg Salas (knee), tight end Zach Sudfeld (knee), cornerback Darrin Walls (shoulder) and tight end Kellen Winslow (knee) were all cleared to play Week 11 at Buffalo. All 11 players were listed as probable.

(9/8/2013) The New York Jets had three players record at least parts of a sack on Sunday in a win over the Tampa Bay Buccaneers. Calvin Pace, Antwan Barnes and Muhammad Wilkerson all got to quarterback Josh Freeman in some capacity.

While Pace had half a sack, Barnes and Wilkerson each had one apiece. All three players recorded two tackles on the game for the Jets. They will play at New England in the Week 2 game.

(2/19/2013) On Tuesday the Jets released pass rushing linebacker Calvin Pace, safety Eric Smith, offensive tackle Jason Smith and waived tight end Josh Baker. The move opened up roughly $24 million in salary cap space.
