Jets list Muhammad Wilkerson as questionable Sunday

(12/19/2014) The Jets listed defensive tackle Muhammad Wilkerson as questionable for Sunday’s game against the Patriots.

Wilkerson has missed the last three games with a toe injury and was a limited participant all week at practice.

Also listed as questionable on the Jets’ final injury report of Week 16 were wideout Saalim Hakim (quad) and safety Jaiquawn Jarrett (shoulder). Safety Rontez Miles (shin) is out.

The Jets listed the following players as probable: Antonio Allen, Willie Colon, Nick Folk, Percy Harvin, Chris Johnson, Nick Mangold and Calvin Pryor.

The Jets are 10 1/2-point underdogs to the Patriots.


Jets rule out Muhammad Wilkerson, Jace Amaro for Week 14

(12/5/2014) Jets defensive lineman Muhammad Wilkerson (toe) and tight end Jace Amaro (concussion) were the only players ruled out for Sunday's game against Minnesota, per New York's final injury report released on Friday. Both were unable to practice all week because of their respective injuries.

Meanwhile, guard Willie Colon (knee, shoulder), tight end Jeff Cumberland (illness), kicker Nick Folk (right hip), running back Chris Johnson (knee), wide receiver Jeremy Kerley (illness) and cornerback Josh Thomas (illness) were all deemed probable.

(11/29/2014) The Jets have ruled out defensive end Muhammad Wilkerson (toe) and tight end Jace Amaro (concussion) for the Monday night game against Miami.

The team is otherwise healthy. All others on their injury report are probable, including quarterback Michael Vick (wrist) and running backs Chris Ivory (shoulder), Chris Johnson (knee), Bilal Powell (illness) and John Conner (groin). The other offensive probables are linemen Nick Mangold (shoulder), Oday Aboushi (shoulder) and Willie Colon (knee) and wideout Eric Decker (toe).

The defensive probables are linebackers Antwan Barnes (knee) and David Harris (shoulder), defensive back Jaiquawn Jarrett (calf) and defensive lineman Sheldon Richardson (back).

(10/15/2014) A rather lengthy Jets injury report for their Thursday game against the Patriots is dominated by probables. The lone exceptions are wide receiver Greg Salas (wrist/ankle) and linebacker Trevor Reilly (knee), both of whom have been ruled out.

Colon tore his biceps late last year and had arthroscopic knee surgery in the spring. Barnes is working his way back from a torn ACL. Both players are expected to be ready for Week 1.

The studs include receivers Stephen Hill and David Nelson, offensive lineman Oday Aboushi, cornerback Dexter McDougle and safety Calvin Pryor .

(5/28/2014) Jets guard Willie Colon needs arthroscopic knee surgery and will be out "a while," coach Rex Ryan said, per NFL.com.  He started all 16 games last season. William Campbell and rookie Dakota Dozier are candidates to replace Colon, the report said.
