by Scott White | Senior Fantasy Writer
(11/10/2013) Falcons running back Jason Snelling, who contributed next to nothing statistically in Steven Jackson's first two games back in the lineup, played more of a role Week 10 against the Seahawks. He factored mostly as a receiver, catching three passes (on four targets) for 25 yards, but he also had one carry for 7 yards.

Snelling saw more time on the field in part because Jackson struggled, picking up just 11 yards on nine carries, but Jacquizz Rodgers actually made the biggest impact of the Falcons running backs, rushing three times for 31 yards and catching five passes for 28.

Jason Snelling doesn't make most of carries

by Scott White | Senior Fantasy Writer
(10/20/2013) In a week when the Falcons struggled to get any running game going, with starter Jacquizz Rodgers picking up 16 yards on eight carries, change-of-pace option Jason Snelling wasn't so hot himself Week 7 against the Buccaneers, picking up 14 yards on seven carries. And though he had a receiving touchdown when the Falcons last played in Week 5, he didn't get a single target in this one.

At Arizona in Week 8, offseason acquisition Steven Jackson could potentially return from a hamstring injury that has sidelined him since Week 2, but if he doesn't, Snelling will attempt to reclaim some of the workload from Rodgers.
