News: The Dallas Cowboys made their first round of cuts Monday and released the following players: wide receiver Raymond Radway; kicker Delbert Alvarado; defensive back C.J. Wilson; tight end Harry Flaherty; running back Javarris Williams and wide receiver David Little.
Analysis: Radway was in the mix to land a roster spot as the team's No. 3 receiver, but was unable to separate himself from the rest of the pack and was ultimately waived. All of the players should be left off all rosters at this point.
News: Carolina will be without RBs DeAngelo Williams (ankle) and Tyrell Sutton on Sunday of Week 17 against the Saints. Williams' regular season is over as he's inactive for the game with a sprained ankle. Jonathan Stewart will start. The other inactives are as follows: DE Hilee Taylor, DT Derek Landri, CB C.J. Wilson, LB Mortty Ivy and 3rd QB Hunter Cantwell.
Analysis: This is the last week of the season, folks. Williams has a solid year with 1,117 rushing yards and seven touchdowns and should likely be a No. 1 RB heading into next season. He can be cut across the board now, though. All the players listed above can be dropped off rosters with the regular season over.

But ultimately, all of the above players should be considered unusable for Fantasy purposes until they find regular playing time with an NFL team.
News: Aside from second-round pick WR Dwayne Jarrett, the Panthers' 2007 draft class includes: Miami (Fla.) LB Jon Beason, USC C Ryan Kalil, Georgia DE Charles Johnson, Miami (Ohio) WR Ryne Robinson, Oregon TE Dante Rosario, Penn State LB Tim Shaw and Baylor CB C.J. Wilson.
Analysis: Beason is a nice-sized linebacker who should contribute right away for the Panthers and be worth a look as a No. 3 or reserve LB in deeper IDP leagues. Kalil is a polished center who will help the Panthers' O-line, while Robinson will help on kick returns. Johnson could be a sleeper in dynasty IDP league play because of his speed. The rest will help provide depth to the team in training camp and aren't worth using in Fantasy play.
