News:The Tennessean reports the Titans released tight end Joey Haynos Sunday.
Analysis: Haynos has bounced around the NFL, but he was never a star player. He had no Fantasy appeal and can still be ignored in all formats.
News: The Titans made two roster moves on Wednesday with the additions of tight end Joey Haynos and receiver Marcus Harris. Haynos (6-8, 270) has two years of NFL playing experience after entering the league as an undrafted free agent with the Packers in 2008. The former Dolphins tight end spent the 2011 season on injured reserve after suffering a foot injury. Harris (6-1, 189) spent a portion of the 2011 season on the Lions' practice squad. He was signed by the Lions as an undrafted free agent in 2011. Harris ended his college career as Murray State's all-time leading receiver in receptions (216) and receiving yards (2,471).
Analysis: Neither one of these guys is expected to put up quality stats on a consistent basis. Leave both off of Fantasy rosters.
News: The Florida Times-Union reports that the Jaguars trimmed their TE corps on Friday. The team was carrying six players at the position, so they let half of the group go. Joey Haynos and rookies Tommy Gallarda and Kyle Miller were let go along with punt returner Scotty McGee wide receivers Armon Binns and Dontrelle Inman, linebacker Scott Lutrus and defensive tackle Andrew Lewis.
Analysis: None of the players were expected to challenge starters for their jobs had they made the squad, so there was minimal Fantasy expectation as well. Ignore them until their play proves otherwise.
News: The Jacksonville Jaguars have signed tight end Joey Haynos, giving them extra depth following Zach Miller's injury. The team waived rookie offensive lineman Rob McGill to make room for Haynos, who spent the last three seasons in Miami. He failed to haul in a pass in 2010 because he landed on the IR in the preseason with a foot injury.
Analysis: Haynos will compete with Zach Potter, Tommy Gallarda and Kyle Miller for the team's third-string tight end spot. Pro Bowl tight end Marcedes Lewis is the starter, and Zach Miller is the backup. Miller sprained his right knee in training camp, sat out Friday's game against Atlanta, and will miss the final two preseason games. Fantasy owners should not consider Haynos, a Maryland product, to be an option of any kind on Draft Day.
News: Miami TE Joey Haynos was waived/injured Monday. Haynos sustained a right foot injury Friday against Atlanta.
Analysis: The injury is a serious one for Haynos, who typically doesn't post relevant enough stats to warrant Fantasy use. He has no Fantasy value at this time.
News: Dolphins reserve TE Joey Haynos left the team's preseason game Friday with a serious foot/Achilles' injury. He was on crutches and in an air cast after the game and set for an MRI. WQAM-AM said that Haynos claimed he felt his foot "give out" while getting tackled.
Analysis: The injury is a serious one for Haynos, who typically doesn't post relevant enough stats to warrant Fantasy use. Still, we hope to see him on the field again soon.

News: Dolphins QB Pat White, TE Joey Haynos and TE Kory Sperry all played in Miami's Week 13 win over the Patriots but failed to record an offensive stat.
Analysis: White has some minimal value in deeper formats, but Fantasy owners need not have him active for Week 14 at Jacksonville. The other players that failed to stat have no Fantasy value.
News: Dolphins WR Greg Camarillo, TE Joey Haynos and TE Kory Sperry all played in a Week 12 loss at Buffalo but failed to record an offensive stat.
Analysis: Camarillo and Haynos can have an impact in the Miami offense now and again, but all of these guys should be ignored in Week 13 vs. New England.
News: Miami QB Pat White was one of four players that failed to record a stat on Thursday in a Week 11 win over the Panthers. With Ronnie Brown out for the season, the Dolphins almost completely abandoned the Wildcat and did not go to the "WildPat". The other four players that failed to record a stat are Joey Haynos, Kory Sheets, WR Patrick Turner and TE Kory Sperry.
Analysis: White could eventually have some value in deeper formats is the "WildPat" comes into vogue in Miami, but Fantasy owners need not have him active for Week 12 against Buffalo. The other players that failed to stat have no Fantasy value.
News: Dolphins TE Anthony Fasano has been ruled out of Thursday night's game at Charlotte because of a hip injury. Fasano also missed Sunday's win over Tampa Bay. Kory Sperry helped to fill in and caught a touchdown pass in his first NFL game. He and Joey Haynos are expected to shoulder the load at tight end in place of Fasano.
Analysis: Fasano has fallen out of favor with Fantasy owners and isn't worth owning going forward. If you're desperate for a tight end, consider Haynos over Sperry off waivers.
News: Dolphins TE Joey Haynos made three catches for 17 yards in a Week 10 win over Tampa Bay.
Analysis: Haynos got the start on Sunday in place of the injured Anthony Fasano, but didn't make the most of his opportunity. Continue to ignore him in Week 11 at Carolina.
News: Dolphins TE Anthony Fasano (hip) was named among the inactives for Week 10 vs. Tampa Bay. Joey Haynos will start in Fasano's place.
Analysis: The Dolphins don't use their TEs a whole lot, so only consider Haynos as a low-end bye-week replacement option in super-deep leagues.
News: Dolphins TE Anthony Fasano (hip) is listed as questionable for Week 10 vs. Tampa Bay. Fasano was limited in practice all week. If he can't play, then Joey Haynos will start in his place.
Analysis: Haynos has a touchdown in two straight games and is starting to develop rapport with quarterback Chad Henne. He is playing better than Fasano at this time, but Haynos is still nothing more than a desperation Fantasy start for Week 10.
News: Dolphins TE Joey Haynos caught three passes for 29 yards, including a 1-yard touchdown from Ronnie Brown, in a Week 9 loss at New England.
Analysis: Haynos is the backup TE in Miami, but gets more action than most reserves. Still, he has no Fantasy value heading into Week 10 vs. Tampa Bay.
News: Dolphins TE Joey Haynos caught two passes for 20 yards including a touchdown in a Week 8 win over the Jets.
Analysis: Haynos sees plenty of the field for Miami in their two-TE sets, but he's too inconsistent to be worth using in Fantasy play at this point. The Dolphins visit the Patriots in Week 9.
News: Miami TE Joey Haynos and RB Lex Hilliard did not record stats in the team's Week 7 game against the Saints.
Analysis: Neither of these players have any Fantasy relevance and can continue to be ignored in all Fantasy formats.

Analysis: Haynos is roster depth for the Dolphins and doesn't factor into the offense enough for Fantasy use. Leave him on waivers. Miami is on bye Week 6.
News: Dolphins TE Joey Haynos and RB Lex Hilliard both dressed for Week 4 against the Bills but failed to record an offensive stat.
Analysis: Both Hilliard and Haynos are just roster depth for Miami and hardly play on offense. They have no Fantasy value heading into Week 5 against the Jets.
News: Dolphins TE Anthony Fasano, RB Lex Hilliard, TE Joey Haynos and WR Brian Hartline all dressed for Miami's Week 3 loss to San Diego, but failed to provide an offensive stat.
Analysis: Fasano is turning into a huge bust this season as Miami seems to have gone away from the TE completely. Maybe a QB change to Chad Henne will do him some good, but only stash him away in deeper leagues. The rest of these guys have no Fantasy value at this time.
News: Miami backup QB Pat White saw some action in Week 2's Monday night loss to the Colts in Miami. White was in for a couple plays and handed the ball off each time for little to no yardage. He officially was held without stats in the game. The following Dolphins players were also without stats for the game: TE Joey Haynos and RB Lex Hilliard.
Analysis: The Dolphins did not look good with White under center for the few plays that he was on Monday night. It seemed the Colts knew what was coming. White has no Fantasy value just yet in this league until he begins to see more action. The other players above have no value for Week 3 at San Diego, either. Leave them all on waivers.

News: Miami WR Brandon London, FB Lousaka Polite and TE Joey Haynos all played in Week 9's win over Denver but did not record any stats. Backup QB Chad Henne was active but did not play.
Analysis: London is inactive on occasion, so clearly has no Fantasy value. The same goes for the other players listed above. The Dolphins play Seattle in Week 10.
News: Dolphins RB Patrick Cobbs, TE Joey Haynos, WR Derek Hagan and QB Chad Henne all dressed for Miami's Week 8 win over the Bills but failed to record an offensive stat.
Analysis: Cobbs has some minimal Fantasy value in deeper leagues, but the other three guys can be ignored heading into Week 9 at Denver.

News: The Dolphins have announced the inactives for their Week 5 game vs. San Diego. Not in uniform will be: QB John Beck, DE Lionel Dotson, TE Joey Haynos, WR Derek Hagan and DE Rodrique Wright.
Analysis: The only real surprise here is Hagan, who had been the Dolphins third WR for the first few weeks of the season. Brandon London will take his spot, but shouldn't see too much of the ball. Continue to ignore all these guys in Fantasy play.
News: The Milwaukee Journal-Sentinel reports that the Dolphins have swiped TE Joey Haynos away from the Packers practice squad.
Analysis: Haynos will get a 53-man roster spot with the Dolphins, but he will be stuck behind Anthony Fasano and David Martin. Until his situation improves, ignore Haynos.
News: The Packers signed eight players to their practice squad Sunday. Signed to the practice squad were wide receiver Jake Allen, center Brennen Carvalho, tight end Joey Haynos, linebacker Danny Lansanah, defensive tackle Alfred Malone, cornerback Joe Porter, wide receiver Brett Swain and running back DeShawn Wynn.
Analysis: The practice squad is just an extension of the 53-man roster. These players could make it onto the active roster on some point due to injuries, but likely won't be in line for significant playing time. They can be ignored in Fantasy leagues right now.
