News: The Jaguars have signed defensive lineman Pannel Egboh.
Analysis: The Niners, Texans, Eagles and Titans have kicked the tires on Egboh before letting him go, sometimes after multiple tries. Maybe the Jaguars will be the lucky team for Egboh. Maybe they'll cut him. Maybe you'll stop reading this and go find another player to pick up for your Fantasy team because Egboh probably isn't going to lead your team to glory.
News: The Titans waived defensive end Pannel Egboh Tuesday.
Analysis: Egboh has been on and off the Titans' roster a few times this season. He doesn't have any Fantasy appeal.
News: The Titans re-signed defensive lineman Pannel Egboh Wednesday.
Analysis: Egboh was released Sept. 11 after originally making the 53-man roster. He replaces an injured defensive lineman, so he is just roster depth for Tennessee. He has no Fantasy appeal.
News: The Titans signed RB Herb Donaldson, DE Pannel Egboh, TE Riar Geer, DB Chris Hawkins and DB Myron Rolle to futures contracts for 2011 on Tuesday.
Analysis: None of these players will be expected to produce much of anything Fantasy-wise in 2011, so continue to ignore them.
News: Tennessee added two players to the practice squad on Tuesday, reports the team's official site. The Titans added former Stanford DL Pannel Egboh and former LSU CB Chris Hawkins.
Analysis: Egboh was released by the Eagles twice already this season and doesn't figure to get on the field for the Titans. He has no Fantasy value at this time.
News: Eagles DE Pannel Egboh was released from the practice squad Thursday to make room for TE Cornelius Ingram.
Analysis: It's the second time the Eagles have released Egboh this season -- he was also let go during training camp. He is clearly nothing more than organizational depth and can be ignored in Fantasy.
News: The Eagles added DE Pannel Egboh to their practice squad on Wednesday.
Analysis: Egboh was claimed off waivers by Philadelphia in late August and then cut a few days later. As a practice squad player, Egboh can continue to be ignored in all formats.
News: Among the players the Eagles released Friday include: cornerback Geoff Pope, defensive end Pannell Egboh, defensive tackle Boo Robinson, cornerback David Pender, wide receiver Dobson Collins, tight end Nate Lawrie, safety Anthony Scirrotto and running back Martell Mallett.
Analysis: None of these players were or are expected to be regular stat contributors in the first place. Keep them off of Fantasy rosters.
News: The Eagles claimed DE Pannel Egboh off waiver from the Texans on Tuesday.
Analysis: Egboh will likely end up either on the Eagles' practice squad or waived again, so continue to ignore him in Fantasy play.
News: Houston released WR London Crawford, DE Pannel Egboh and CB Fred Bennett on Sunday afternoon.
Analysis: Egboh, who went to Stanford, did not figure to see enough action on the field to matter in Fantasy IDP leagues. Leave him on waivers in all formats.
