News: The Houston Texans have signed free agent cornerback Deltha O'Neal and free agent running back Andre Hall, released rookie defensive tackle Jake Visser and waived injured rookie running back Jeremiah Johnson.	Analysis: Hall rushed for 360 yards on 79 carries in 18 games with one start for Denver over the previous two seasons. He joined the Broncos in 2007 as an undrafted free agent out of South Florida. Hall's 2008 season ended early because of injury and is looking to get back on track. He is not worth owning in Fantasy, however, since he is currently buried on the Texans' depth chart.

News: The Broncos placed RBs Michael Pittman and Andre Hall on Injured Reserve Monday, leaving them with Ryan Torain and Selvin Young as the only healthy running backs on the roster. The Denver Post first reported the news. Pittman re-aggravated a stinger in his neck while Hall hurt his left hand in the team's loss vs. Miami in Week 9.	Analysis: Pittman was an early-season stud for owners while Hall has had some potential but never was able to produce mass yards on a consistent basis. Owners should cut ties with both Pittman and Hall immediately. We've been big fans of Torain since July and feel that he'll be the best rushing option for Denver going forward with Young part of the corps backing him up. Consider Torain a sneaky No. 3 Fantasy RB at this point for their game at Cleveland this Thursday as part of Week 10 action.

News: Denver RB Andre Hall caught one pass for eight yards and rushed once for seven yards in Week 9's loss to the Miami Dolphins. Hall actually led the Broncos in rushing as starter Michael Pittman totaled four yards on seven carries.	Analysis: As the third or fourth RB option on his own team, Hall doesn't deserve a roster spot in Fantasy. The Broncos play on Thursday in Week 10 at Cleveland and Hall should be left on waivers.

News: Broncos RB Andre Hall quickly worked his way out of coach Mike Shanahan's favor Week 7 at New England, losing two fumbles in the first quarter. He finished with only the two caries, losing seven yards.	Analysis: The Broncos might have intended to split carries between Hall and Michael Pittman with Selvin Young sidelined, but Hall disappeared from the gameplan because of his inability to hold on to the football. As the third or fourth RB option on his own team, he doesn't deserve a roster spot in Fantasy. The Broncos have a bye in Week 8 before facing the Dolphins in Week 9.

Analysis: Hall usually gets about 5-10 carries per game, but Michael Pittman did all the rushing Week 6 as Selvin Young (groin) was sidelined. Hall, along with the rest of the players, have marginal offensive roles and should be kept reserved in Fantasy as the Broncos play the Patriots Week 7.

News: Broncos RB Andre Hall, who came into the game as probable with a wrist injury, carried the ball five times for 13 yards during a Week 5 win against Tampa Bay. Hall also had two catches for 17 yards.	Analysis: Hall had a big opening game with 10 carries for 61 yards against the Raiders and it appeared as though he might be the star running back for Denver. In the last four games, he has just 22 carries for 84 yards. Hall is in a running back rotation out in Denver and has very little Fantasy value. The Broncos play the Jaguars Week 6.

Andre Hall carried nine times for 46 yards and also caught a pass for 12 yards. Michael Pittman saw the most touches, carrying the ball 10 times for 36 yards and also catching six balls for 25 yards.	Analysis: Week 3 of the preseason is the only week in which teams gameplan and keep their regulars in for any significant amount of time. This indicates that Young is the team's starter going into the season as expected. Hall is expected to be Young's backup to enter the season. For that reason, he should be used as the handcuff to Young and is worth drafting with a late-round pick in all leagues. Hall pounded in for a 1-yard touchdown against Dallas last week, and is averaging 4.5 yards per carry in the preseason. "If they need me for short yards, or whatever, I'm going to do what they need me to do, but I'm not going to limit myself to short yards," Hall said. "I'm an every-down back. That's how I feel I can play, and that's what I'm going to do." As of now, Hall is the backup to <a href="/players/playerpage/424338">Selvin Young</a>. Hall told the paper he welcomes the competition, which will also include Anthony Alridge and Michael Pittman. "It's going to help us get better," Hall said. "We've got a lot of room for improvement." News: Broncos rookie RB Ryan Torain could be out two to three months after suffering a fractured left elbow during Wednesday's morning workout, reports the Denver Post. Torain was carrying the ball in a nine-on-seven drill when he was tackled. As he fell, Torain stuck out his left hand to brace his fall and his elbow popped. He suffered fractured bone fragments in the elbow. He was to be taken for an MRI around noon. Broncos coach Mike Shanahan said Torain had been developing to the point where he was competing with Selvin Young and Andre Hall for the No. 1 tailback spot. With Torain out, undrafted rookie Anthony Alridge moved up the depth chart behind Young and Hall while veteran Michael Pittman was shifted from fullback back to his natural tailback position.	Analysis: Hall won't have to worry about Torain taking away backup carries now that Torain is hurt. Hall should now be used as the handcuff to Young and is worth drafting with a late-round pick in all leagues.

News: With Travis Henry nursing a hamstring injury this offseason, the Broncos agreed to a one-year deal on Tuesday with former Buccaneers running back Michael Pittman, agent Drew Rosenhaus told The Associated Press. Pittman, an 11th-year pro who spent his past six seasons in Tampa after four years in Arizona, rushed for 286 yards on 68 carries and caught 26 passes for 191 yards last season, when he missed six games with a high-ankle sprain. Henry's hamstring injury is healing slowly and the team doesn't expect him to return to offseason workouts until next week. The team will now field its running back corps from Henry, Pittman, second-year RBs Selvin Young and Andre Hall and rookie Ryan Torain. Don't expect all five runners to make the Broncos' final roster, though Young and Torain are mortal locks.	Analysis: Hall was also arrested in Florida for driving on a suspended license this offseason, so there hasn't been much good news for him. He finished the '07 season with 44 carries for 216 yards and two touchdowns and also added two catches for 69 yards. Signed to a huge deal last offseason with a $12 million contract, Henry came out of the gate hot in 2007 but struggled into the midseason when he fought the NFL on a failed drug test result (he won his appeal). After that, he sprained his knee and never was the same. Speculation was that if Henry did not renegotiate, Henry would have been released. Henry's return suggests that he'll be a significant part of the Broncos offense, though if he falters, Selvin Young and Andre Hall will be there to take reps.	Analysis: Of course this means that Hall will also sit and watch Henry and Young play most weeks and not take to the field himself. News: Broncos reserve RB Andre Hall practiced in full Tuesday in preparation for Week 15 at Houston. He had been struggling with ankle and thumb problems but appears to be over them. The Denver Post reported earlier in the week that Broncos coach Mike Shanahan plans on utilizing all three of his running backs -- Hall, Travis Henry and Selvin Young -- in the final three games of the season.	Analysis: Do not expect Hall to post many Fantasy stats as Selvin Young has been getting the lion's share of the relevant carries over the team's last two games. Keep Hall benched in Week 15.

"I'm little beat up, but I'm OK," said Hall, who is listed as probable.	Analysis: Hall's Fantasy value is almost non-existent now that Travis Henry and Selvin Young are back in the lineup. It was fun while it lasted, but drop Hall in Fantasy leagues if you need the roster spot.

News: Broncos running back Travis Henry won his appeal of a one-year suspension over a failed drug test. The NFL told Henry in September he had failed a test for marijuana, but he disputed the results and sued the NFL to avoid a suspension. He contended the league violated its substance abuse policy by not allowing an expert of Henry's choosing to be present for the testing. This means that Henry is expected to start for the rest of the season in Denver, leaving Selvin Young and Andre Hall as backups.	Analysis: So long as his knee doesn't force him out of action again, Henry should be solid. Selvin Young and Andre Hall are still good insurance for Henry, though we'd recommend cutting Hall to free up a roster spot for your team's Fantasy push. The Broncos host the Chiefs in Week 14.

"I feel good enough to play," said Henry, who partially tore the posterior cruciate ligament in his left knee. "If they need me to (carry it 20 times), I'll man up and do it. My knee feels real good." Henry and rookie Selvin Young (knee strain) both practiced Thursday and Broncos coach Mike Shanahan is optimistic they'll play Sunday at Oakland. Andre Hall, though, remains a question mark. Hall sustained a high ankle sprain last weekend against Chicago on his first carry, but he persevered through the pain to finish with 98 yards on 26 carries.	Analysis: Hall walked with a noticeable limp Thursday. "Maybe I can go," said Hall, who planned to test the ankle more thoroughly on Friday. "But you have the two-headed monster back so everything is OK." It appears as though Hall's days as a viable Fantasy option could come to a close Week 13. The Broncos will likely use Henry and Young before handing Hall reps in the backfield. Prepare to use healthier alternatives Week 13.

News: The Denver Post notes that another Tuesday has come and gone without Travis Henry being told of a suspension for violating the NFL's Substance Abuse Policy. While the NFL may make a decision on Henry at any time, they normally suspend players on Tuesdays. That said, Henry is expected to be available to play at Oakland in Week 13, and Henry believes his knee (partially torn left PCL) is strong enough for him to play. His backup, Selvin Young, is still rehabbing his sprained right knee but hopes to play. Meanwhile, third-stringer Andre Hall suffered a mild high-ankle sprain at Chicago in Week 12 but still hopes to participate in the game.	Analysis: The Broncos will consider all their options this week and probably have an idea of where they'll go at running back later this week. We'll monitor how the Broncos' RB situation shakes out because whomever starts for them is expected to play well against Oakland's awful run defense. Stay tuned.

News: Broncos RB Andre Hall sprained an ankle on his first carry of the game Sunday at Chicago but played the rest of the game, at least until he couldn't go anymore in the fourth quarter. "It started getting worse and worse, but I knew the team needed me so I stuck it out," Hall said in the Denver Post. Hall believes he and Selvin Young (knee) will be available this week for the game at Oakland. Travis Henry, who is also down with a partially torn knee ligament and was dealing with a virus, will have his drug case decided by commissioner Roger Goodell, who may suspend the running back for up to a year.	Analysis: Head coach Mike Shanahan didn't sound quite as optimistic as Hall. "Let's not be the doctor yet. Let's wait and see what happens," Shanahan said. "I've seen guys with high ankle sprains come back, different definitions of them, in the coming week, sometimes it takes 3-4 weeks, you never know. I'll tell you more as the week goes on." Continue to monitor the Broncos RB situation this week. If Hall starts, he will be a No. 1 option in all leagues against the lowly Raiders. Hall had 26 carries for 98 yards and a touchdown and two catches for 69 yards against the Bears.

Hall also lost a fumble.	Analysis: Hall is the latest unknown RB to star for the Broncos. It is unknown what will happen in Week 13 at Oakland with the injuries to Henry and Young or if Henry's potential year-long suspension will start. If Hall is the starter for the Broncos, consider him a No. 1 Fantasy option because the Raiders run defense is terrible.

News: Broncos running back Travis Henry will miss his third straight game Sunday at Chicago with a left knee injury, and backup Selvin Young practiced on a limited basis Friday because of a strained right knee and will be a game-time decision. That paves the way for Andre Hall to start against the Bears. The first-year South Florida product rushed for 89 yards on Monday night against the Titans. He also had a 62-yard touchdown run in the fourth quarter. Hall would likely get some help in the running game from second-year runner Mike Bell.	Analysis: We'll have the definitive word on the Broncos' RBs an hour before kickoff on Sunday. If Hall starts, he'd be a solid No. 3 Fantasy RB against Chicago's weakish run defense even though it's expected he loses carries to Bell. Check in with us on Sunday.

News: Titans RBs Selvin Young and Travis Henry, both struggling with knee injuries, did not practice Wednesday in preparation for Week 12 at Chicago. Young started last week but sprained his knee and couldn't finish the game. Andre Hall took over for the Broncos.	Analysis: Henry is facing a year-long suspension and has a knee ailment himself, so he's not a very reliable Fantasy option. Young would be if he would get on the practice field. If neither runner can make it in Week 12, Andre Hall would start for Denver against a very soft Bears run defense. We'll keep tabs on this situation all week long.

News: With rookie RB Selvin Young generally banged up and suffering from a twisted knee, second-year man Andre Hall entered in the third quarter Week 11 against the Titans and streaked for a 62-yard touchdown run early in the fourth. He finished with 89 yards rushing on seven carries and played most of the game's waning moments. Young did, however, make a brief return near the end.	Analysis: Hall now deserves a look in Fantasy because he might have to start in place of both Travis Henry (pending drug suspension, knee) and Young in Week 12 at Chicago. Since most of his yards came on his touchdown run, we still don't really know what he can do. We'll call him a No. 3 Fantasy RB if he starts, but the chances of that seem pretty slim barring an unfavorable follow-up report on Young.

News: Broncos backup RB Andre Hall had five carries for 9 yards, much of it coming in garbage time during the Broncos' 27-11 win at Kansas City in Week 10.	Analysis: At best, Hall is the deepest of RB prospects for owners in the deepest of dynasty/keeper leagues. He's also a low-end insurance policy for Travis Henry and Selvin Young. Don't start Hall anytime soon.

Analysis: Selvin Young, not Andre Hall, stole the show out of the Broncos backfield with Travis Henry ailing. As such, Hall has no Fantasy value except as injury insurance for Young if Henry does indeed serve a one-year suspension. The Broncos visit the Lions in Week 9.
