DeAndre Levy picks up right where he left off last season

by Igor Mello | CBSSports.com
(9/9/2014) Lions linebacker DeAndre Levy was an interception machine last season. He picked up where he left off with an interception in Week 1 against the Giants. Levy made a diving catch to intercept Eli Manning in the third quarter. He finished with with a team-high 10 tackles (nine solo), two tackles for a loss and one pass defended in a 35-14 victory.

Four injured Lions get the green light

by Igor Mello | CBSSports.com
(12/22/2013) The Lions have ruled Louis Delmas (knee), DeAndre Levy (foot), Darius Slay (knee) and John Wendling (ankle) active for Sunday's game against the Giants in Week 16. Slay was the biggest surprise among the injured players, as he was originally ruled doubtful for the game on Friday.

Three Lions questionable Week 16

by Chris Cwik | CBSSports.com
(12/20/2013) The Lions have listed LB DeAndre Levy, CB Rashean Mathis and CB Chris Houston as questionable Week 16.

Levy has a foot injury, and did not practice this week. Mathis is dealing with an illness, and did not practice Thursday and Friday. Houston has a toe issue.

DeAndre Levy comes down with fifth INT

by Igor Mello | CBSSports.com
(11/10/2013) Lions linebacker DeAndre Levy came down with his league-high fifth interception of the season during Sunday’s contest against the Bears in Week 10.

Levy caught a Jay Cutler pass that was tipped by Ndamukong Suh in the end zone for an interception with just less than 30 second remaining in the first half. He finished the game with six total tackles (five solo) and one pass defended in a 21-19 victory. His fifth interception matched his total interceptions he had through his first four seasons in the league.

DeAndre Levy records first two-pick game for Lions

by Marty Gitlin | CBSSports.com
(10/13/2013) Lions linebacker DeAndre Levy has always been fairly opportunistic - but this is ridiculous.

He entered the 2013 season with five interceptions in five seasons. He now has four in six games this year after his first career two-pick effort Sunday in Cleveland. His second, which came with four minutes remaining, all but clinched the 31-17 win. Levy was at the right place at the right time on that one as he grabbed a floater from Browns quarterback Brandon Weeden that was delivered right into his hands.

Levy added seven solo tackles to lead his team in that department as well.

Lions probables ready to play

by Chris Cwik | CBSSports.com
(9/29/2013) Lions players listed as probable on the injury report are ready to go Week 4.

Safety Louis Delmas, CB Chris Houston, LB DeAndre Levy, LB Ashlee Palmer and G Rob Sims have all been cleared to play against Chicago.

Lions list four on D as probable

by Chris Towers | CBSSports.com
(9/27/2013) The Lions have a pretty extensive list of players on Friday's injury report for Week 4, but they expect at least four of them to take the field Sunday against the Bears. Linebackers DeAndre Levy (abdomen) and Ashlee Palmer (ankle), defensive lineman Ndamukong Suh (knee) and defensive back Louis Delmas (knee) are all listed as probable after Friday's practice.

Penalty nullifies DeAndre Levy's TD return

by Chris Towers | CBSSports.com
(9/8/2013) Lions linebacker DeAndre Levy had a strong game in Week 1 against the Vikings, as he was all over the field in a 34-24 win. Levy led the team with seven tackles -- four solo -- and added an interception in the second quarter. Levy took the pick back for a 33-yard touchdown, however that was nullified by a penalty on the return.

Levy has already matched his sack total from a year ago.
