You're about to look at CBSSports.com's offseason Fantasy Football rankings. Whether you check in daily or swing by once every week or two, this is where you can expect to get a good first look at how the players at the key offensive skill positions (and DST units) rank against each other.
You'll also notice a dollar value next to most players' names. That is the estimated auction value of a player/DST in a standard-scoring league with a $100 auction draft budget. A player with no value next to his name is expected to be available after your auction in most formats, or available for a late-draft nomination.
Like our in-season rankings, we take everything we can into account: The players, their teammates, coaching staffs, projected offensive gameplans, divisional and seasonal schedules, statistical trends, potential free agency moves and what we hear from people around the NFL. Moreover, when news develops, we'll react here first.
We change these rankings as necessary, but Fantasy owners should not necessarily expect alterations on a daily basis. When these rankings do change, green and red arrows will signify an increase or decrease in value since the previous rankings release, assuming the player moved significantly. We recommend you compare these rankings against our Top 200 rankings.
