Week 2 Top 150s

Senior Fantasy Writer

Not all leagues are created equal, and not all of them have starting spots designated for Flex players. But for those that do, we offer two versions of our Top 150 rank lists: One for standard formats and one for PPR formats. You might notice some peculiar rankings here, and that's because these are based solely from my weekly projections -- not an average of multiple points of view. So if a tight end is projected to get 20 yards and a touchdown, he'll be equal to a quality running back projected for 80 total yards. Thus, use these rankings as a starting point for your weekly research and use your own judgment to determine who you should consider starting.

Week 2 highlight: Packers running back Brandon Jackson was an afterthought last week. This week he's ranked at No. 22 overall in standard formats and No. 41 overall in PPR scoring systems. Following a season-ending injury to starter Ryan Grant, Jackson is expected to step into the primary running back role for the Packers, whose offense is considered among the most explosive in the league. The versatile Jackson doesn't have much of a track record, but playing with Aaron Rodgers & Co. sure will open the door for him to create a track record. His matchup in Week 2 couldn't be any better: Against the Bills in the first home game of the season at Lambeau Field. Buffalo's front seven is banged up and down several starters already, so Jackson should be considered an appealing choice for this week.

Look out for our Flex rankings every Tuesday throughout the season, with daily updates as necessary.
