Start Delanie Walker Week 3
by Jamey Eisenberg | Senior Fantasy Writer
(2:12 pm ET) As the offensive coordinator for the Chargers last season, Titans head coach Ken Whisenhunt faced the Bengals twice, including the playoffs.

Both times he was able to get tight end Ladarius Green in the end zone. Whisenhunt will try and use a similar game plan for Delanie Walker, who is off to a ridiculous start this season.

Walker has 13 catches for 179 yards and two touchdowns on 18 targets and he should remain a starter in all leagues. The Bengals struggled in Week 1 against the Ravens when Dennis Pitta and Owen Daniels combined for 14 catches for 117 yards, which bodes well for Walker.

by Marty Gitlin | CBSSports.com
(2:06 pm ET) Dolphins tailback Lamar Miller appears all but set for action Sunday against Kansas City after practicing again Thursday. He has been nursing an ankle injury sustained in Week 2 against Buffalo.

by Marty Gitlin | CBSSports.com
(2:00 pm ET) Colts linebacker Jerrell Freeman is still nursing a hamstring injury, but defensive coordinator Greg Manusky has not ruled him out for the Sunday game against Jacksonville, per the Indianapolis Star.

Eric Decker still a non-participant in practice Thursday
by Marty Gitlin | CBSSports.com
(1:48 pm ET) A hamstring ailment had Jets wide receiver Eric Decker sidelined from practice again Thursday. He arrived in uniform, but did not participate, according to ESPN.

His status remains up in the air for the Monday night game against Chicago. The team still has practices scheduled for Friday and Saturday.

Report: Jerome Simpson in trouble with the law again
by Marty Gitlin | CBSSports.com
(1:44 pm ET) Vikings wide receiver Jerome Simpson has added another run-in with the law to the problems that already have him suspended for the first three games of the 2014 season.

Simpson was charged on July 7 for marijuana possession, open bottle and violating a limited drivers license, according to ESPN. The team has not commented. He is serving his current suspension for violating the league's substance abuse policy after a drunken-driving arrest last season.

Rolando McClain's status for Week 3 remains TBD
by Michael Hurcomb | CBSSports.com
(1:25 pm ET) Cowboys linebacker Rolando McClain missed a second straight practice Thursday after suffering a groin strain in the second half Sunday against the Titans. His status for Week 3 against the Rams is still undecided.

"We certainly have confidence in his ability to play, but we believe in practice," Cowboys coach Jason Garrett said, per The Dallas Morning News. "He has to practice this week in some way, shape or form for us to believe that he can play in the game, so hopefully as the week goes on, he’s able to do get out there and get some snaps."

Tony Romo returns to practice Thursday

(1:23 pm ET) Cowboys quarterback Tony Romo returned to practice as expected Thursday after sitting out Wednesday due to back tightness. The Cowboys are preparing to play the Rams Week 3.

Justin Hunter still working on rapport with QB
by Michael Hurcomb | CBSSports.com
(1:17 pm ET) After a very productive preseason, Titans wide receiver Justin Hunter has gotten off to a slow start through two games, despite 14 targets. He has just five catches for 89 yards.

Hunter said he is still working on building rapport with quarterback Jake Locker, per The Tennessean.

"It takes time because I didn't have him all year last year with him being hurt, so we still have to get into rhythm with one another," Hunter said. "But we're working on that during practice and everything, so we're getting used to each other. It's going to show up."

Hunter showed a great feel for the fade pattern during training camp and the preseason, but the Titans haven't used it much through two weeks.

"No, not yet, but you can still look for it," Hunter said. "The time will come, just game-planning and everything. "People do expect that when you get to the goalline because my frame is so big. So you've got to do other things, too. You just can't keep doing the same thing over and over."

Kelvin Benjamin able to practice Thursday
by Michael Hurcomb | CBSSports.com
