Panthers defense in good shape for Week 3

(2:12 pm ET)  The Panthers listed three players from the defensive side of the ball on the injury report for Week 3 against the Steelers, but are expected to have all of them available for Sunday's game.

Defensive linemen Colin Cole (non-injury related) and Dwan Edwards (back), as well as linebacker Thomas Davis (hip) are all probable for Week 3. 


Calf a non-issue for Greg Olsen; probable for Week 3

(2:08 pm ET) Panthers tight end Greg Olsen was able to practice in full both Thursday and Friday, despite being limited earlier in the week with a calf injury. He is officially probable for Week 3 against the Steelers, and is not expected to have any issues come Sunday.

Kelvin Benjamin a full-go for Week 3

(2:02 pm ET) The Giants have ruled out linebackers Jon Beason (foot) and Devon Kennard (hamstring) along with wide receiver Odell Beckham (hamstring) for Week 3 against the Texans. All three players sat out throughout the week of practice. 

A.J. Green listed as probable or Week 3 game

(2:01 pm ET) It appears all but certain that Bengals prolific wideout A.J. Green will play Sunday against Tennessee. He had already declared his availability before the team deemed him probable.

Green has been plagued by a sprained toe ligament that knocked him out of the Week 2 game against Atlanta.


Roy Helu, Darrel Young good to go for Week 3
