Chargers C Chris Watt exits game with apparent ankle injury

(9:01 pm ET) Chargers center Chris Watt came out of Saturday's Week 16 matchup with the 49ers with an apparent left ankle injury.

Watt was carted back to the locker room to have his ankle examined. He was the team's fourth different starter at center this season. Watt was replaced by Trevor Robinson at the position.


Redskins' DeSean Jackson goes off for 126 yards vs. former club

(8:59 pm ET) Redskins wide receiver DeSean Jackson turned in an impressive performance against his former club, registering his sixth 100-yard game of the season in Saturday's 27-24 victory over Philadelphia.

Jackson came down with a 51-yard reception in the first quarter and a 55-yard grab in the third quarter. Both catches came while being covered by Bradley Fletcher. He was targeted six times and finished with four catches for 126 yards. Jackson surpassed the 1,000-yard mark for the fourth time in his career. He has 54 catches for 1,083 and five touchdowns this season. 

Washington will face Dallas in Week 17.


Redskins FB Darrel Young scores twice in home win vs. Eagles

(8:53 pm ET) Redskins fullback Darrel Young only carried the ball twice, but capitalized on each occasion. Young scored twice from 1-yard out in the third quarter, leading his team to a 27-24 victory over Philadelphia in Week 16. He finished the game with two carries for 2 yards and two scores. He also caught one pass for 3 yards.

Redskins RB Alfred Morris eclipses 1,000-yard mark for third time

(8:50 pm ET) Redskins running back Alfred Morris scored his eighth touchdown of the season and surpassed the 1,000-yard threshold during Saturday's Week 16 win over the Eagles.

Morris barreled into the end zone from 28 yards out in the first quarter. Morris nearly had a chance at a three-touchdown game, but coach Jay Gruden opted to use fullback Darrel Young, who capitalized twice from inside the 1-yard line.

Morris took 21 handoffs for 83 yards and a score. He has rushed for 1,031 yards and eight touchdowns on 243 carries this season. Morris has eclipsed the 1,000-yard mark in each of his first three seasons in the league.

Washington will face Dallas in Week 17.


Eagles K Cody Parkey hooks two pivotal FG attempts wide right

(8:40 pm ET) Eagles kicker Cody Parkey, who entered the game with a right groin injury, missed hooked two pivotal field goal attempts wide right in his team's 27-24 defeat to Washington.

Parkey missed kicks from 34 and 46 yards out in the third quarter. He converted a 22-yard kick in the fourth quarter and finished the game 1 for 3 in attempts with three extra points.


Eagles receive contributions from role players Week 16

(8:37 pm ET) The Eagles received contributions from several role players in a Week 16 defeat to Washington.

Darren Sproles registered 67 yards of total offensive. He took four handoffs for 24 yards and caught six of nine targets for 43 yards. Jordan Matthews was limited to only three grabs on five targets for 58 yards. Brent Celek caught his lone target for 15 yards.


Eagles WR Jeremy Maclin held to four grabs in Week 16 loss

(8:34 pm ET) Eagles wide receiver Jeremy Maclin wasn't much of a factor during Saturday's 27-24 defeat to Washington in Week 16.

Maclin was targeted six times and finished with only four catches for 62 yards. He has been held to four receptions or fewer in each of the past three games -- all resulting in a loss for Philadelphia. He has 82 catches for 1,269 yards and 10 touchdowns this season.

Philadelphia will face the Giants at MetLife Stadium in Week 17.


Eagles TE Zach Ertz breaks franchise record with 15 receptions

(8:30 pm ET) Eagles tight end Zach Ertz broke a franchise record with 15 receptions in Saturday's loss to the Redskins in Week 16. His 15 receptions were the most by any player this season.

Ertz was Mark Sanchez's primary target, hauling in a career-best 15 of 18 targets for 115 yards in a 27-24 defeat. Eight of his 15 receptions came in the fourth quarter, including a 16-yard grab -- his longest gain of the day.

Ertz has 44 receptions for 646 yards and three touchdowns this season. He will look to end the year on a high note in Week 17 against the Giants.


Eagles RB LeSean McCoy scores fifth rushing TD in Week 16 loss

(8:23 pm ET) Eagles running back LeSean McCoy scored a rushing touchdown and totaled 116 yards of offense in his team's 27-24 defeat to the Redskins on Saturday.

McCoy broke free for an 11-yard touchdown run in the first quarter. He carried the ball 22 times for 88 yards and a score, averaging 4.0 yards per attempt. He caught three of four targets for 28 yards.

Through 15 games, McCoy has rushed for 1,220 yards and five touchdowns. He'll look to end the year on a high note against the Giants.


Eagles WR Riley Cooper finds paydirt twice

(8:15 pm ET) Eagles wide receiver Riley Cooper caught only five passes and made two of them count for six in Saturday's 27-24 defeat to Washington in Week 16.

Cooper came down with a 3-yard touchdown reception in the second quarter and a 16-yard grab in the end zone in the fourth quarter. He was targeted seven times and finished with five grabs for 53 yards and two scores. He has 53 catches for 540 yards and three touchdowns this season.

Cooper will look to end the regular season on a high note Week 17 against the Giants.
