New Rams coach Jeff Fisher said in an interview with CBSSports.com that he's expecting new receiver Steve Smith to play well in St. Louis. Smith caught 107 passes for 1,220 yards and seven touchdowns in 15 starts in 2009 but has 59 catches for 653 yards and four touchdowns in eight starts (18 total games) since. (Updated 04/05/2012)
