"He's heard from a lot of different people (their) recommendations, and then he's going to have to make a decision on what's best to go forward," Lewis said.

The coach added that Burfict is expected to make a decision on whether to undergo further surgery in the next few days. The linebacker isn't a lock to be ready for the start of next season.

Hill rushed for 24 yards on the first possession and continued to shred the defense. He powered up the middle for a 2-yard touchdown to begin the rout and added a 16-yard score early in the second quarter. He had already rushed for 103 yards by halftime and hit big holes hard from beginning to end.

He will most assuredly maintain his starting spot when the Bengals host Denver on Monday Night Football in Week 16.

The Bengals have ruled out wide receiver Marvin Jones for the Sunday game against Tennessee with a foot injury that has prevented him from playing in either of the first two games. He is the lone certain scratch listed on the Friday injury report.

Hall and Burfict were ruled out on the team's final injury report, which also listed Bernard, Maualuga and Smith as doubtful to play. Jeremy Hill is expected to carry the load at running back with Bernard sidelined.

Devon Still
News
Bengals defensive tackle Devon Still responded Wednesday to allegations he hasn't paid child support in months. Still has been in the public eye recently showing support for his 4-year-old daughter Leah, who has been diagnosed with Stage 4 pediatric cancer.

"My daughter's battle with cancer has been inspirational to many all over the world," Still said in a statement released by the team, per ESPN. "When she gets older, I want her to be able to look back and read about her positive impact on the world, not about the private issues her parents were going through. I am not going to retaliate against the mother of my daughter, and the untruthful reports in the New York Daily News article, by criticizing her character. I am going to continue to allow the court system to handle this matter, as it has been doing these past couple of months."

Attorney Gloria Allred, who represents Channing Smythe (Still's ex-girlfriend and Leah's mother), sent a letter to the NFL on Tuesday asking the league to investigate if Still has violated its personal conduct policy by failing to pay child support.

"I don't consider him a deadbeat dad," Smythe told the Daily News on Wednesday. "I know he loves and cares for his daughter and he is there for her. I just need him to help me financially."

Eric Winston
News
The Bengals signed free agent offensive tackle Eric Winston to help offset the loss of Andre Smith, who's out for the year with a triceps injury, reports Fox Sports.
Tyler Eifert
News
The Bengals' official website suspects tight end Tyler Eifert won't be back for the stretch run, but will return for the playoffs. Eifert has been sidelined since suffering an elbow injury in the season opener.
Injury
Elbow - IR. Out indefinitely
Kevin Brock
News
Several Bengals skill position players chipped into the lopsided victory Sunday in Cleveland. The most significant was running back Rex Burkhead, who scored his first career touchdown, a 10-yard bolt up the middle to put the cherry on top late in the fourth quarter.

Another strong contributor was tight end Ryan Hewitt, who caught three passes for 34 yards. Wideout Mohamed Sanu added a catch for four yards while tight end Kevin Brock snagged one for two yards.

Marquis Flowers
News
As the Bengals prepare to open training camp this week, they placed nine players on the Physically Unable to Perform list and another three on the Non-Football Injury list. All 12 players can come off both lists at any time.

Defensive tackle Geno Atkins (knee), cornerback Leon Hall (Achilles), guard Clint Boling (knee), linebacker Marquis Flowers (hamstring), punter Kevin Huber (neck), receiver Colin Lockett (hamstring), defensive tackle Zach Minter (back), defensive tackle Devon Still (back) and receiver Ryan Whalen (hamstring) all were placed on PUP.

In addition to receiver Marvin Jones (ankle), who might not be seriously hurt, the Bengals placed cornerback Onterio McCalebb (ankle) and quarterback AJ McCarron (shoulder) on their NFI list.

Greg Little
News
Three injured players occupy the inactive list submitted Sunday by the Bengals for their game in Tampa Bay. They are linebacker Vontaze Burfict (knee), wideout Greg Little (illness) and defensive end Margus Hunt (ankle).

The healthy scratches are running back Rex Burkhead, defensive back Chris Lewis-Harris and offensive linemen Tanner Hawkinson and Jamon Meredith.

Andy Dalton
News
The emergence of Jeremy Hill, who ran for 148 yards and two touchdowns against the Browns in Week 15, as the Bengals' go-to running back probably gives them less incentive to throw the ball going forward. They'll obviously have to when playing from behind, which could be the case Week 16 against Denver, and when they do, quarterback Andy Dalton could put up decent numbers with star wide receiver A.J. Green at his disposal. But when they don't, he's liable to disappear entirely.

Week 15 was amazingly Dalton's third game this season with less than 150 passing yards. Granted, it was the first win, but he's had enough sub-200-yard games in general that you really don't want to be in the business of making predictions with him.

For more major takeaways from Week 15, be sure to check out my latest post to the Fantasy Football Today blog.

Marshall Newhouse
News
The Bengals will be without the services of linebackers Vontaze Burfict (knee) and Jayson DiManche (forearm) for Week 14 against Pittsburgh. Burfict and DiManche were the only two players ruled out for the game, but defensive end Margus Hunt (ankle) and wide receiver James Wright (knee) could join them come Sunday. Both Hunt and Wright were labeled as doubtful for the game.

Giovani Bernard
News
Getting the start Week 15 at Cleveland only days after offensive coordinator Hue Jackson said he wanted one running back to dominate the carries, Jeremy Hill did exactly that, rushing 25 times for 148 yards and two touchdowns.

So why did Giovani Bernard also rush 15 times for 79 yards? The flow of the game had a lot to do with it. The Bengals were never really challenged during their 30-0 win, so in the fourth quarter, Bernard became more than just a change-of-pace option. He got seven of his carries on consecutive plays on the team's final drive.

When Bernard was sidelined by a hip injury in Weeks 9-11, Hill carried the load and looked like a natural with it, averaging 120.3 yards on the ground. He likely cemented the feature role with his performance in Week 15, relegating Bernard to more of a backup role.

You wouldn't know it just by looking at the box score, but given the way the carries were distributed over the course of Week 15, Hill looks like a must-start for Week 16 against Denver, and Bernard looks like an advisable sit. Most likely, the Bengals won't be running away with that game.
