The Dolphins have placed 10 players on their Friday injury report, but only running back Daniel Thomas (ankle) is questionable for the critical battle against the Jets. The others are probable, including quarterback Ryan Tannehill (knee). The other offensive players are wide receivers Brian Hartline (knee) and Marlon Moore (wrist).

The defensive probables are defensive backs Jamar Taylor (hamstring), Don Jones (elbow/abdomen) and Chris Clemons (knee/hamstring), linebacker Koa Misi (triceps) and tackles Jared Odrick (wrist) and Paul Soliai (ankle).

Kyle Miller
News
The Dolphins signed defensive tackle Isaako Aaitui, running back Cameron Marshall, tight end Kyle Miller, tight end-fullback Emmanuel Ogbuehi, offensive tackle Michael Ola, wide receiver Ryan Spadola and offensive tackle Jason Weaver. Ola played in the CFL the past two seasons, while the rest ended 2013 on Miami's practice squad.
Jimmy Wilson
News
The Dolphins defense is missing two defensive backs for Week 13 against the Jets, as Dimitri Patterson (groin) and Jamar Taylor (hamstring) are unable to suit up for Sunday's game. The rest of the team's injured defenders were able to play through their issues, however, headlined by defensive back Chris Clemons (knee, hamstring), who was considered questionable for the game.

Defensive back Jimmy Wilson (abdomen), linebacker Koa Misi (knee) and defensive lineman Jared Odrick (knee) were all active as expect, as all three were considered probable for the game.

Tyson Clabo

Branden Albert
News
The Dolphins made it official and signed free agent offensive tackle Branden Albert on Tuesday, reports ESPN.

The deal is worth five years, $46 million with $25 million guaranteed. Albert spent the first six years of his career with the Chiefs.

Damian Williams
News
The Dolphins have come to terms on a deal with receiver Damian Williams, a source told ESPN. Williams has spent the first four years of his career with the Titans, catching 106 passes for 1,313 yards and five touchdowns. All five of the scores and 592 of the yards came in 2011 when injuries pressed him into action.

Williams will compete for a spot on the depth chart with Miami this summer.

Nate Garner
News
The Dolphins are in good shape as they prepare for their Sunday game against New England. Only defensive backs Reshad Jones (groin) and Jamar Taylor (hamstring) are listed as questionable on their Friday injury report. The rest are probable.

They are cornerback Nolan Carroll (hamstring), safety Chris Clemons (knee/hamstring), offensive tackle Nate Garner (ribs), running back Lamar Miller (concussion) and defensive tackle Paul Soliai (ankle).

Koa Misi
News

Brandon Fields
News
The NFL unveiled the Pro Bowl rosters for 2014Friday, and they come with a twist; for the first time, selections were made without regard for conference. The teams will be chosen via televised draft Jan. 22.

The special teams selections are as follows:

Punter: Brandon Fields, Dolphins; Johnny Hekker, Rams.

Placekicker: Matt Prater, Broncos; Justin Tucker, Ravens.

Punt returner: Antonio Brown, Steelers; Dexter McCluster, Chiefs.

Special teamer: Justin Bethel, Cardinals; Matthew Slater, Patriots.

Jordan Rodgers
News
The Dolphins signed quarterback Jordan Rodgers Wednesday, according to the Miami Herald. Rodgers will compete for a spot on the roster in training camp, after bouncing around to two different teams as an unrafted free agent last season.
Caleb Sturgis
News
Dolphins kicker Caleb Sturgis didn't get many opportunities to contribute in Week 17, in a 20-7 loss to the Jets. Sturgis didn't attempt a  field goal in the game, and connected on his lone extra point attempt.

Sturgis started his rookie season well, but finished with a 76.5 percent mark on his field-goal tries. He went 26 of 35, but did not even attempt one over the final two games.

Bryant McKinnie
News
The Ravens get their seventh-round draft pick back from the Dolphins as part of the deal for offensive tackle Bryant McKinnie, reports the team's official website.

Baltimore traded McKinnie to the Dolphins on Oct. 21 last season. At the time, it was reported that the Ravens would get a late-round conditional pick. The conditions were based on how much McKinnie played.

McKinnie started 10 games in Miami, which means the Dolphins will be sending their seventh-round selection to Baltimore.

The Ravens traded their original seventh-round pick to the Colts in exchange for center/guard A.Q. Shipley. That was also a conditional trade based on whether Shipley made the roster, which he did.

Jamar Taylor
News
The Dolphins remain high on second-year cornerback Jamar Tayor, reports the Miami Herald. Taylor, a second-round pick, played just 45 defensive snaps after a long recovery from sports hernia surgery.

"We're going to see better dividends from him in 2014," a Dolphins staffer told the paper. With corners Brent Grimes and Dimitri Patterson entering free agency, Miami needs Taylor to produce.

Michael Thomas
News
Dolphins defensive back Michael Thomas played in his first game for the team in Week 15 against the Patriots, and made an immediate impact.

Thomas, who was signed from the 49ers' practice squad earlier in the week, came up with the game-saving interception in the end zone to clinch a 24-20 win Sunday. He added three tackles in the game, despite only playing late.

Jason Weaver
News
The Dolphins signed defensive tackle Isaako Aaitui, running back Cameron Marshall, tight end Kyle Miller, tight end-fullback Emmanuel Ogbuehi, offensive tackle Michael Ola, wide receiver Ryan Spadola and offensive tackle Jason Weaver. Ola played in the CFL the past two seasons, while the rest ended 2013 on Miami's practice squad.
Shelley Smith
News
Offensive guard Shelley Smith will sign a two-year, $5.5 million contract with the Miami Dolphins on Friday. He is expected to earn $1.5 million guaranteed in his deal, according to the St. Louis Post-Dispatch. Smith played in 25 games with the Rams the past two seasons, starting eight.
Matt Moore
News
Dolphins quarterback Ryan Tannehill is expected to get more pressure from coach Joe Philbin this summer to improve his game -- or else. CBSSports.com NFL Insider Jason La Canfora writes that Miami head coach Joe Philbin professed his belief in backup Matt Moore to several general manager candidates, suggesting that he could put Moore in the lineup if Tannehill doesn't improve.

"He definitely wants to push Tannehill more," a source who spoke with Philbin said, "and if he doesn't see improvement he said he might go to Moore at some point. He definitely has a lot of faith in Moore, and they're paying him a lot of money."

Indeed, Moore is due $4 million in 2014 and counts for $5.5 million against the cap. Tannehill is not due for a new contract until 2016.

Ryan Spadola
News
The Dolphins signed defensive tackle Isaako Aaitui, running back Cameron Marshall, tight end Kyle Miller, tight end-fullback Emmanuel Ogbuehi, offensive tackle Michael Ola, wide receiver Ryan Spadola and offensive tackle Jason Weaver. Ola played in the CFL the past two seasons, while the rest ended 2013 on Miami's practice squad.
Jason Fox

Free agent offensive tackle Jason Fox, formerly of the Lions, signed a one-year deal with the Dolphins.
Cameron Marshall
News
The Dolphins signed defensive tackle Isaako Aaitui, running back Cameron Marshall, tight end Kyle Miller, tight end-fullback Emmanuel Ogbuehi, offensive tackle Michael Ola, wide receiver Ryan Spadola and offensive tackle Jason Weaver. Ola played in the CFL the past two seasons, while the rest ended 2013 on Miami's practice squad.
Cortland Finnegan
News
Miami is expected to sign cornerback Cortland Finnegan to a two-year deal, a source told NFL Network. The Dolphins will pair him with Brent Grimes as their starting corners, assuming they don't open up a competition for the other starting spot with Will Davis.

Finnegan struggled last year with the Rams, totaling one interception and 27 total tackles in seven games before fracturing an orbital bone. He should be fine for the start of training camp.

Derrick Shelby
News
The Dolphins defense is largely healthy for Week 12 against the Panthers, as only Dimitri Patterson (groin) was unable to play through his injury Sunday.

Defensive backs Jimmy Wilson (abdomen), Reshad Jones (groin) and Chris Clemons (knee, shoulder) were joined on the active roster for Sunday's game by linebackers Dannell Ellerbe (knee) and Koa Misi (knee), as well as defensive lineman Derrick Shelby (ankle).

Mike Wallace
News
The Dolphins have renewed attempts to trade receiver Mike Wallace, reports CBS Sports NFL Insider Jason La Canfora. It's a "tough trade," according to La Canfora, because Wallace is scheduled to make $15 million in base salary this year.
Dallas Thomas
News
The Dolphins listed these players as inactive for Monday's game at Tampa Bay: cornerback Dimitri Patterson (groin), linebacker Koa Misi (knee), guards David Arkin and Dallas Thomas, right tackle Jonathan Martin, quarterback Pat Devlin and running back Mike Gillislee
Brandon Gibson
News
Brandon Gibson has begun light jogging as he works his way back from a torn patellar tendon, the Miami Herald reports. The Dolphins are expected to keep him on the roster, if only because of the cap hit he'll cost, per the report. He said recently he expects to be ready for Week 1.

News
Dolphins reserve wide receivers Rishard Matthews and Marlon Moore were pressed into extra action in Week 17 against the Jets, with Brian Hartline going down with a knee injury.

Matthews actually led the team in receiving yards in the game, as he hauled in four of the seven passes thrown his way for 58 yards. Moore was less productive, finishing with 25 yards on three catches in a 20-7 loss.

Philip Wheeler led the team with 14 tackles -- eight solo -- to bring his total for the season to 109. That matches his career-high, set a year ago. Dannell Ellerbe is just six tackles short of the century mark, after his 10-stop game left him with 94 with one game left in the season.

They include cornerback Nolan Carroll (concussion), safety Chris Clemons (hamstring), linebacker Dannell Ellerbe (calf), guard Nate Garner (knee), linebacker Jelani Jenkins (foot), tight end Dion Sims (toe) and kicker Caleb Sturgis (groin).

All were listed as probable except for Jenkins, who was questionable.

Lamar Miller
News
The Dolphins finally have an all-purpose tailback in Knowshon Moreno, and he's likely the front-runner to start ahead of Lamar Miller, according to the Fort Lauderdale Sun-Sentinel. "Because Moreno is viewed as a reliable pass protector, he's the type of tailback who never has to leave the field, which is what the Dolphins sought this offseason," the report said.
Jordan Kovacs
News
The Dolphins made a pair of roster moves Monday. They waived safety Jordan Kovacs and promoted safety D.J. Campbell from the practice squad.
Charles Clay
News
Dolphins tight end Charles Clay had a solid performance in Week 17 to finish the season, in a 20-7 loss to the Jets.

Clay hauled in four of the six passes thrown his way for 43 yards, good for second on the team. He added one carry, but was stuffed at the line of scrimmage on a fourth-and-short attempt.

Clay enjoyed a nice breakout season in 2013, finishing with 69 receptions for 763 yards and six touchdowns. He had just 445 yards in two previous seasons.

Dustin Keller
News
The Patriots could have interest in free agent tight end Dustin Keller , reports Comcast Sports Net.

Keller missed the 2013 season after suffering a knee injury in the preseason when he was a member of the Dolphins. His agent said Keller will be ready for 2014, and the CSN report says the Patriots are "in the market" for tight end help.

Injury
Knee - Questionable for start of training camp
Olivier Vernon
News
The Dolphins' pass-rushing tandem of defensive end Olivier Vernon and linebacker Cameron Wake failed to make much of an impact in Week 16 against the Bills. Neither player managed to pick up a sack in the 19-0 loss; Vernon had five tackles, while Wake had just four.

Heading into the final game of the season, Vernon has 11 1/2 sacks, while Wake has 8 1/2, the second-lowest total of his career.

Richie Incognito
News
Free agent guard Richie Incognito said Wednesday his goal is to return to Miami in 2014 and play for the Dolphins, reports WSVN in South Florida.

"Returning to the Dolphins was my No. 1 goal from the time I got suspended," Incognito told the station. "I want to return to the community in Miami and resume my playing career as soon as possible."

Incognito was just released from spending a number of weeks in rehab receiving treatment for stress.

Randy Starks
News
Defensive tackle Randy Starks' new contract with the Dolphins averages $6 million per year, reports CBS Sports NFL Insider Jason La Canfora. He played under the franchise tag last season, earning $8.45 million.
Mike Pouncey
News
Center Mike Pouncey is expected to see the Dolphins exercise their right to extend his contract for a fifth season later this spring, but he wants an extension even with the added year. The Miami Herald reports that any conversations about such an extension would involve the numbers center Alex Mack will get this spring. Though Pouncey might not command the $9 million per season that Mack should land, he could be close to that number, a lot to pay a center.
Isaako Aaitui
News
The Dolphins signed defensive tackle Isaako Aaitui, running back Cameron Marshall, tight end Kyle Miller, tight end-fullback Emmanuel Ogbuehi, offensive tackle Michael Ola, wide receiver Ryan Spadola and offensive tackle Jason Weaver. Ola played in the CFL the past two seasons, while the rest ended 2013 on Miami's practice squad.
Jason Trusnik

The probables are cornerback Nolan Carroll (ankle), safety Chris Clemons (glute), linebackers Dannell Ellerbe (knee), Koa Misi (shoulder) and Jonathan Freeny (shoulder) and tackle Paul Soliai (knee).

Listed as questionable are end Cameron Wake (knee), linebacker Jason Trusnik (rib) and cornerback Don Jones (elbow). Fellow cornerback Dimitri Patterson (groin) is out.

Dion Jordan
News
Dolphins general manager Dennis Hickey was upbeat about the prospects of pass rusher Dion Jordan with the team this year. Hickey was asked about him after Jordan's name came up in a report in Philadelphia that suggested the Eagles wanted to trade for him.

"He's a very talented player and this is a big offseason for him," Hickey told 560 WQAM. "Last year with his shoulder he didn't have an opportunity to have a full offseason. That's so important. Developing and getting your body -- not just the physical reps but the mental reps -- getting in the weight room and all those things is such an important part to get these guys ready to make that jump. We're excited about Dion going forward and having a great offseason and looking for big things from him."

Austin Spitler
News
Dolphins defensive back Dimitri Patterson (groin) headlined the team's injury report on the defensive side of the ball for Week 14 against the Steelers, and he was able to take the field in spite of the injury Sunday.

"I have to make a big jump, I'm aware of that," Tannehill said. "I'm putting in the work, putting in the time to get myself physically ready, mentally ready and learn this new offense that we're going with this year. So there is still work to be done. But I look for a big jump in myself, both in production and wins. That's what we ultimately play for is wins. So, I'm excited to see what this team does."

The Dolphins not only added left tackle Branden Albert and left guard Shelley Smith to bolster an offensive line dashed by injuries and controversies last year, but they made a switch at offensive coordinator, going with ex-Eagles quarterbacks coach Bill Lazor.

Daniel Thomas
News
Dolphins running back Daniel Thomas is in danger of not making the team, reports the Miami Herald. Miami just signed Knowshon Moreno to pair with Lamar Miller, and the team plans on drafting a running back too, the report said.

Thomas was drafted by former general manager Jeff Ireland. Under the new regime, "Thomas is going to have an interesting time making the team in training camp with his primary advocate gone," the report said.

Thomas has averaged 3.6 yards per carry in his three seasons.

Knowshon Moreno
News
As the Broncos' lead back last year, Knowshon Moreno rushed 242 times and all but 50 carries came against six or fewer defenders in the box, reports ESPN. Opponents played extra defensive backs to contain Peyton Manning and the passing attack.

Moreno, who signed with the Dolphins on Thursday, is expected to face more stacked boxes in 2014 and his numbers should suffer.
