Rashad Jennings
News
Giants running back Rashad Jennings (ankle) was unable to practice this week and was officially ruled out for Week 16 against St. Louis, per the team's final injury report. Rookie Andre Williams will earn the start in the place of Jennings.

New York is a 6.5-point road underdog on Sunday.

Injury
Ankle - Out for Week 16 at St. Louis
Andre Williams
News
Giants running back Andre Williams failed to impress in Week 15 against Washington, as Rashad Jennings continues to deal with an ankle injury.

Williams rushed for just 44 yards on 18 carries Sunday, his second game averaging 3.0 or fewer yards per carry over the last three. Of course, he also had 131 yards and a touchdown last week, so there's at least some evidence he can be a useful Fantasy option when given the chance.

Ultimately, Williams' track record as a rookie is mostly mediocre. He is averaging just 3.3 yards per carry on 176 carries, and had averaging more than 4.5 yards per carry in just one game. However, running backs who get nearly 20 touches in a game are hard enough to come by that he could be worth starting in Week 16, even with a tough matchup against the Rams on the way.

Josh Brown
News
Giants kicker Josh Brown finished with six points during a 24-13 win Week 15 against the Redskins. He made a 32-yard field goal and three extra points.

The Giants are back in action Week 16 at St. Louis.

Mathias Kiwanuka
News
The Giants put defensive ends Robert Ayers (pectoral) and Mathias Kiwanuka (knee) and offensive lineman Adam Snyder (knee) on season-ending injured reserve, reports ESPN.com.

Ayers suffered the injury Week 13 at Jacksonville. Kiwanuka sat out that game after recording 28 tackles and 2.5 sacks in the first 11 contests.

Injury
Knee - IR. Out for season
Kerry Wynn
News
The Giants have listed the following players as inactive for Sunday night's Week 12 matchup with the Cowboys: linebacker Jacquian Williams (concussion), defensive tackle Cullen Jenkins (calf), cornerback Mike Harris, defensive end Kerry Wynn and offensive linemen Dallas Reynolds, Justin Pugh and Brandon Mosley.

Williams and Jenkins had already been ruled out on Friday's final injury report of the week. All three of the team's probables are active Sunday, including defensive end Mathias Kiwanuka (knee), guard Geoff Schwartz (toe) and cornerback Dominique Rodgers-Cromartie (back, hamstring).

Nikita Whitlock
News
The Bengals made a slew of moves Saturday to pare their roster down to the required 53 for the regular season.

Among those moves was the placement of guard Trey Hopkins on the reserve/injured list with a leg issue. Rookie quarterback AJ McCarron was put on the reserve/non-football injury list with a shoulder problem.

The Bengals also cut the following offensive players: tackles Dan France and Will Svitek, wide receivers Colin Lockett and Cobi Hamilton, center Trevor Robinson and running backs James Wilder and Nikita Whitlock.

Defenders waived by the Bengals include safety Danieal Manning, cornerbacks Onterio McCalebb and Victor Hampton, tackles Devon Still and David King and ends Sam Montgomery and Dontay Moch.

Cornerback Chris Lewis-Harris will begin serving a two-game drug suspension handed dowsn by the league.

Markus Kuhn
News
Giants defensive lineman Markus Kuhn is officially probable for Week 3 against the Texans, after getting through the week in practice without limitation due to an ankle injury.
Rueben Randle
News
Giants wide receiver Rueben Randle was benched for the first quarter again Week 15 against the Redskins for apparent disciplinary reasons. However, this time neither coach Tom Coughlin or Randle would reveal the reason for Randle's benching.

He entered the game in the second quarter, which is exactly how the situation played out in Week 13 against the Jaguars after sitting out the first quarter because he was late for a team meeting. Randle, who was targeted four times, finished with two catches for 30 yards.

The Giants are back in action Week 16 at St. Louis.

Kevin Ogletree
News
The Giants will sign wide receiver Kevin Ogletree, Pro Football Talk reports.

Ogletree will provide depth to the Giants' wide-receiver corps after Victor Cruz was lost for the season due to a Week 6 knee injury. Ogletree has caught 78 passes for 999 yards and six touchdowns in 62 games over five seasons.

Orleans Darkwa
News
Giants running back Rashad Jennings (ankle) expects to sit out practice Thursday for the second straight day, and his chances of playing Sunday at St. Louis are "pretty slim," reports ESPN.com. Rookie Andre Williams would start in Jennings' place. He's carried 42 times for 175 yards and a touchdown the past two weeks.

The website expects Orleans Darkwa to back up Williams and possibly play on passing downs.

Jennings reinjured his sprained right ankle on the first play from scrimmage Week 15. He's been a non-factor since the Nov. 30 loss at Jacksonville.

The Giants are 5-point underdogs at most Vegas sportsbooks.

Donnell was held to two catches for 11 yards during a 24-13 win Week 15. He now hasn't had a touchdown in four straight games.

The Giants are back in action Week 16 at St. Louis.

Stevie Brown
News
Giants safety Quintin Demps practiced with the first-team defense Tuesday and it appears he will replace Stevie Brown in the starting lineup at free safety Thursday at Washington after Brown was benched Sunday against the Texans.

"We're looking at all the possibilities. We're just trying to get better," defensive coordinator Perry Fewell said, per NJ.com. "It was an internal Giants decision [to make the switch] and I'll just leave it at that."

James Brewer

The Giants placed linebacker Jacquian Williams and offensive lineman James Brewer on injured reserve due to concussions, reports ESPN.com.

Odell Beckham
News
Giants wide receiver Odell Beckham kept his outstanding rookie season going Sunday against the Redskins with a career-high three touchdowns in a 24-13 win. Beckham led the Giants with 12 catches for 143 yards.

Beckham put New York ahead 7-3 with a 10-yard touchdown catch late in the first quarter. His second touchdown put New York ahead for good, as his 35-yard touchdown reception with 1:22 left in the third quarter gave New York a 17-13 lead. Beckham then capped the scoring with a 6-yard touchdown catch with 4:41 left in the fourth quarter.

Beckham could have had an even better day Sunday had a holding call early in the fourth quarter not nullify a 30-yard touchdown reception.

Beckham is up to 972 receiving yards in 10 games, which gives him the most ever by a Giants rookie. He has three multitouchdown games and five 100-yard games this season.

The Giants are back in action Week 16 at St. Louis.

Corey Washington
News
Giants receiver Corey Washington, an undrafted rookie out of tiny Newberry College, got extended playing time in Monday's 40-24 loss to the Colts and responded with his first four NFL catches. Washington finished with 48 yards and outmuscled a defender for a 1-yard touchdown grab late in the fourth quarter.

Washington drew six targets, tied for third on the team. He visits the Seahawks in Week 10.

Jason Pierre-Paul
News
Giants defensive end Jason Pierre-Paul, who's on the final year of his contract, told reporters Friday he's worried more about snapping New York's four-game losing skid than contract negotiations, ESPN reported. Both sides have yet to have any discussions about a new extension this season.

"To be honest with you, I'm not worried about my contract situation," Pierre-Paul said after Giants practice Friday. "It's going to take care of itself. If I'm here, I'm here. If I'm not, I'm not. I don't think about it. I go home and sleep good at night."

Giants wide receiver Rueben Randle caught all three of his targets for 36 yards in his team's 31-28 loss to the Cowboys in Week 12.

Eli Manning was locked in on rookie Odell Beckham (10 catches, 146 yards, two TDs) and running back Rashad Jennings (eight catches, 68 yards), and Randle was one of the quarterback's six other targeted receivers to split 11 catches. Tight end Daniel Fells also secured three receptions for 35 yards, while tight end Larry Donnell managed just two receptions for 24 yards. Wide receiver Preston Parker caught one of his three targets for 16 yards, while tight end Adrien Robinson caught his only target for a one-yard touchdown.

Randle, Parker and the team's TE corps should continue to play a complementary role behind Beckham moving forward. The Giants will take on the Jaguars in Week 13.

Johnathan Hankins
News
Giants defensive tackle Johnathan Hankins is poised for a breakout season in his second year, according to the team's website. With Linval Joseph's departure, Hankins will play a lot more and "provide upper-echelon play at defensive tackle down in and down out," the website said.

A second-round pick out of Ohio State, Hankins played in 11 games last year, making 16 tackles.

Damontre Moore
News
Giants coach Tom Coughlin said Wednesday giving defensive end Damontre Moore more playing time could be an option to help a lackluster pass rush, according to NJ.com.

"Young Damontre, everybody wants him in the ball game, he did have some success the other day with one sack," Coughlin said. "He should have been playing a little bit more (Week 12 vs. Dallas)."

Despite Moore showing at times he could help the pass rush, he has spent a lot of time on the bench this season.

"Because there are times, to be honest with you, during the week when you talk about confidence level, whether it's assignment football or whatever, for whatever reason, it hasn't been something that we thought [Moore] knows exactly what he's doing and so on and so forth," Coughlin said. "The practices have to fulfill the idea that we can go ahead and play him under all kinds of circumstances is what we'd like to do, not just on third down."
