Cardinals WR J.J. Nelson limited in Thursday practice
J.J. Nelson (shoulder) was limited in Thursday's practice, Darren Urban of the Cardinals' official site reports.
After missing two games due to a shoulder injury, Nelson has entered the 2-to-4 return timetable that accompanied the ailment. While it's unclear if he's progressed enough to warrant a return Sunday at Detroit, he wouldn't be much of a fantasy threat, as the rookie is a fringe wideout on the Cardinals when healthy.
Cardinals TE Darren Fells limited Thursday
The Arizona Cardinals have declared that starting tight end Darren Fells (hip) was limited at practice Thursday.
Fells bumped from no participation Wednesday to some in Thursday's drills, but the final word on his Week 5 availability will be released Friday on the final injury report of the week. He has been targeted just eight times, hauling in six for 112 yards and one touchdown.
Browns RB Robert Turbin limited again in Thursday's practice
Robert Turbin (ankle) was limited at practice Thursday.
Turbin could make his debut in a Cleveland uniform as soon as Sunday's game against the Ravens, though a wait-and-see approach is in oder from a fantasy perspective until his role in the Cleveland Browns ' offense is established.
Cardinals RB Andre Ellington able to practice in full Thursday
Andre Ellington (knee) practiced in full Thursday, Darren Urban of the Cardinals' official site reports.
The unhinged practice marked his first since suffering a PCL sprain in the season opener, all but laying the groundwork for probable status upon the release of Friday's injury report. Assuming that occurs, he'll make his return Sunday in Detroit, though playing second fiddle to Chris Johnson is likely Ellington's destiny in his initial game action since Week 1.
Browns WR Brian Hartline sidelined from Thursday session
Cleveland Browns wideout Brian Hartline (ribs/thigh) didn't practice Thursday, per Mary Kay Cabot of the Cleveland Plain Dealer.
What Hartline is able to do at practice Friday will be telling with regard to his Week 5 status, though his Fantasy impact in Cleveland has been limited to a five-catch, 96-yard performance in Week 3 against the Raiders.
Saints WR Brandin Cooks (ankle) practices fully Thursday
Brandin Cooks (ankle) practiced fully Thursday, the New Orleans Saints ' official site reports.
Cooks turned in a limited practice showing for a second consecutive Wednesday, but his ability to take part in all drills Thursday implies that he'll play Sunday at Philadelphia. Provided an exploitable matchup -- the Eagles have conceded 801 receiving yards and six touchdowns to wideouts in four games this season -- he'll strive for his first score of 2015 in Week 5.
Jaguars LB Paul Posluszny did not practice Thursday
The Jacksonville Jaguars have announced that linebacker Paul Posluszny (ankle) did not practice Thursday.
Posluszny wasn't on the field Wednesday either, but Gus Bradley didn't seem overly concerned, saying, "We knew kind of going into this that this would be day after day. It would not surprise me if he didn't go (Friday) in practice, but still, we're OK with that. I think we anticipated this might happen and would not be surprised if it happened again (Friday)."
It seems likely his status will be determined Sunday, before the Jaguars face the Buccaneers.
Steelers LB Ryan Shazier a full-go at Thursday practice
Ryan Shazier (shoulder) practiced fully Thursday.
We'll track Shazier's status as the week rolls along, but his full practice participation Thursday bodes well for his chances of suiting up Monday night against the Chargers.
Pittsburgh Steelers' Matt Spaeth Practicing fully

Spaeth is off the fantasy radar, but his likely return to action this week will bolster the team's depth at tight end behind starter Heath Miller.
Pittsburgh Steelers' Cortez Allen Parctices fully
Cortez Allen (knee) practiced fully Thursday.
Allen seems likely to suit up Monday against the Chargers for the first time since Week 1, when he recorded six tackles in a loss to the Patriots.
