Fred Jackson prepares for improved Dolphins' D
Jackson was mostly held in check against the Dolphins the last time these two teams faced off, in a 23-21 Week 7 Bills' victory. However, he did score a rushing touchdown in the game, to make up for his subpar 36-yard total on the ground.
The Dolphins boast one of the worst rushing defenses in the league over the course of the full season, but they have been much better recently. Only one running back has topped double-digit Fantasy points against Miami over the last five. Given the fact that he still splits carries with C.J. Spiller, Jackson remains more of a low-end starting option against an improving defense.

Charles Clay searching for the end zone
Clay had just one reception for 7 yards when Miami lost to the Bills in Week 7, but he made it count, at least, scoring his third touchdown of the season. He has six overall on the season, and will be looking to add to that total, against a Bills' defense that has failed to cover tight ends well recently.
Of the eight touchdowns tight ends have scored against the Bills this season, four have come over the last four games. That bodes well for Clay, who has emerged as one of Ryan Tannehill's favorite targets. Each of our three Fantasy experts has Clay among the top-10 for tight ends, so consider him a solid option for Week 16.

Brian Hartline approaching second 1,000-yard season
Hartline has topped out at 69 yards against the Bills twice, including in a Week 7 matchup earlier this season. The Bills haven't exactly lit the world on fire against wide receivers this season, allowing 24.6 Fantasy points per game, however that number is just 15.0 in the last six games heading into Sunday.
Hartline is nearing his second straight 1,000-yard season, and could reach that milestone with 75 yards Sunday. Unfortunately, he has topped that total just three times this season, and not at all in his career against the Bills. He should be considered more of a low-end Fantasy option at this point.

Mike Wallace looking to continue strong play
Wallace has three touchdowns over the last four games, and is averaging 83.3 yards per game in that span. He had a solid performance against the Bills the last time these two teams faced off, hauling in five passes for 76 yards, who hopefully he can keep that up against a defense that allows the eighth-most Fantasy points per game to opposing wide receivers.
Given how poorly he started the season, Fantasy owners might be hesitant to trust Wallace in a big game. However, all three of our Fantasy experts have Wallace ranked in the top-25 for wide receivers for Week 16, so he can be considered a solid starting Fantays option.

Lamar Miller faces stumbling Bills' D
Miller should once again be the team's first option out of the backfield Sunday, and he gets to work against a defense that has looked vulnerable recently. Over the last five games, the Bills have given up six rushing touchdowns to running backs, and are allowing 22.0 Fantasy points per game in that span.
Miller hasn't topped 10 Fantasy points in any of the last six games, so he clearly hasn't been the most productive option around. Still, running backs who get nearly 15 touches a game aren't falling from the sky nowadays, so he remains a viable low-end starting Fantasy option for Week 16.

Daniel Thomas hard to rely vs. Bills
The last time the
Thomas has played a solid role recently, scoring three times in the last four games. Unfortunately, he has also topped 10 carries just once in that span, as the team has proven more willing to get Lamar Miller involved in the offense.
Though both players have dealt with injuries recently, Thomas rushed the ball just five times in Week 15, with both active. Thomas seems entrenched as the change-of-pace back in Miami's offense, limiting his Fantasy utility to weeks when he finds the end zone. The Bills have allowed six touchdowns to running backs over the last five games, but Thomas' limited role makes him a risky play for Week 16.

Ryan Tannehill out to avenge early-season loss
Week 7 against the Bills proved to be a turning point for
Tannehill has been exquisite in the last nine games, starting with that loss to the Bills. He has 18 touchdowns and just nine interceptions in that span, while passing for 249.3 yards per game and completing 62.2 percent of his passes. He does face a somewhat stiff test if he wants to avenge that earlier loss, as the Bills remain a top-10 defense in terms of Fantasy points allowed to quarterbacks.
Over the last six games, no quarterback has reached 20 Fantasy points against the Bills. Given the strength of the Bills' defense, Tannehill remains more of a low-end starting option, despite his recent success.
