The Lionshave tendered the following exclusive rights free agents, according to the Detroit Free-Press: kick returner Jeremy Ross at $570,000, linebacker Julian Stanford at $570,000, cornerback Chris Greenwood at $570,000 and tight end Matt Veldman at $420,000.
Free-agent-to-be left tackle Eugene Monroe is looking for $10 million per year on average, a source told the Carroll County Times on Friday. The Ravens are looking to get him signed for $8-$9 million per season, according to the report.
The Broncos have tendered restricted free agent Chris Harris at the second-round level, USA Today reports. That means he has been offered a one-year deal guaranteed for nearly $2.2 million and if another team wants to sign him they'll have to give up a second-round pick as compensation.
Harris was the Broncos' best cornerback in 2013 but tore his ACL in January, making him tentative at best for training camp this summer.
The Jaguarshave signed quarterback Chad Henne to a two-year deal, reports ESPN. It was an expected move in advance of Tuesday's start of free agency.
Over 13 starts in 2013, Henne passed for 3,241 yards, 13 touchdowns and 14 interceptions. He is expected to compete for the starting job with either a rookie or a free agent still to be added this offseason.
Vontae Davis, Colts not near agreement on extension

The Colts and cornerback Vontae Davis are not close to an agreement on a new contract, the Indianapolis Star reports. That means Davis should be able to enter into negotiatons with other teams starting this Saturday and through early next week. Davis has been the Colts' top free-agent priority to this point.
The agent for offensive lineman Rodger Saffold told the St. Louis Post-Dispatch that his client will "definitely" test free agency this spring. Saffold has experience at right tackle and as an interior lineman, where he finished last season with the Rams.
The Rams have referred to re-signing Saffold as "a priority" this offseason.
