In what might have been his last game with the Eagles, quarterback Mark Sanchez hit 23 of 36 passes for 292 yards and two touchdowns with an interception against the Giants. Sanchez added 22 yards on seven rushes while leading Philly to its fifth win since replacing the injured Nick Foles.
Sanchez was on a one-year contract, so he's set to hit free agency. He accounted for 15 touchdowns and 14 turnovers in nine games.
Giants wideout Rueben Randle finished the season with his second straight 100-yard performance, catching six passes for 158 yards against the Eagles. Randle hauled in 12 balls for 290 yards and a touchdown over the past two weeks.
Randle finished his third season with career highs of 71 catches for 938 yards, with four touchdowns. He's entering the final year of his rookie deal.

Jaguars wide receiver Cecil Shorts was the only Jacksonville player to throw a passing touchdown in Sunday's season finale against Houston.
Shorts caught a screen pass from Blake Bortles and then fired a 23-yard strike to Jordan Todman for the score in the third quarter. Shorts turned 10 targets into five catches for a team-high 47 yards in a 23-17 defeat.
His season ends with 53 receptions for 557 yards and one touchdown.

Jets kicker Nick Folk connected on 3 of his 4 field goal attempts during the Jets’ 37-24 win over the Dolphins Sunday.
Folk missed from 45 yards which was the fifth time Folk has missed a field goal in the past seven games. His three converted field goals were from 26, 23 and 39 yards. He also made all four of his extra point attempts.
Lions' Larry Warford leaves with knee injury, questionable to return

Lions guard Larry Warford suffered an apparent knee injury and is questionable to return to Sunday's game against the Packers.
Warford went down early in the second quarter after being rolled up on. He received medical attention before being able to walk off the field under his own power. He was then carted off the field for further testing.
