Rey has played in all 48 games since 2011, but not as a starter. He started just three games a year ago, but still registered 57 tackles and four sacks.

The 34-year-old Peppers, who began his NFL career in 2002, has remained effective. He registered 46 tackles and 7 1/2 sacks for Chicago in 2013.
Report: Ben Tate could sign with Browns on Saturday
Tate will finally receive an opportunity to serve as a featured back. He has averaged 4.7 yards per rush as a backup to Arian Foster. He ran in a system similar to the one Browns new offensive coordinator Kyle Shanahan is expected to use.
The Browns are desperate for a productive back, which they haven't had since Peyton Hillis ran wild in 2010. They have not employed a consistent 1,000-yard back since returning to Cleveland in 1999.
