Emmanuel Sanders unlikely to find pay dirt
Sanders has totaled 12 receptions for just 95 yards during his two-game scoring streak, so much of his recent jump in Fantasy value has been based on his ability to find the end zone. That does not bode well for his prospects this Sunday, against a Dolphins team that has allowed just one wide receiver to score this season.
Sanders has not topped 55 yards in any of his last four games, so if he isn't scoring, it is hard to see where he is contributing for Fantasy owners. Against a team that excels at defending the goal line, he should be considered a very risky start this week.

Antonio Brown faces tough matchup vs. Dolphins
Brown has put up gaudy stats pretty much all season long, but he's got a tough matchup this Sunday against one of the league's best defensive backfields. The Dolphins allow just 13.3 Fantasy points per game to opposing wide receivers, the second-lowest total in the league.
The Dolphins have allowed just four wide receivers to top 100 yards receiving in a game, and have allowed just one to find the end zone, seven weeks ago.
Fantasy owners probably cannot afford to sit Brown at this point in the season, but he could put up a disappointing line in Week 14.

Brian Hartline too inconsistent to rely on
Coming off arguably his best game of the season,
The Steelers have been a very middle-of-the-road passing defense this season, holding opposing wide receivers to 21.0 Fantasy points per game, good for 15th in the league. That number is much higher in recent weeks, as the Steelers are surrendering 29.8 Fantasy points over the last five contests.
Despite a matchup that might not be as bad as it looks at first glance, Hartline is unlikely to enjoy an encore performance. He has topped 100 yards just twice this season, in Weeks 1 and 13. He has been reliable, but hardly explosive for much of the season, a trend that should continue in Week 14. Consider Hartline just a low-end starting option.

Mike Wallace prepared for former team
"I already know how my welcome is going to be -- it's not going to be too pretty," Wallace said after Tuesday's practice. "I'm looking forward to it, though. It's exciting."
Wallace enters the week riding his best two-game stretch of the season. He has 12 receptions for 209 yards and two touchdowns in the last two weeks, and now gets to face a Steelers secondary that has struggled recently.
Four of the Steelers' last five opponents have racked up at least 24 Fantasy points from the receiving crops, a feat that was matched just once in the first seven games of the season. During this five-game stretch, opposing wideouts are averaging 29.8 Fantasy points per game, a mark that would lead the league for a full season.
Wallace has been a pretty big disappointment in his first season in Miami, but his recent play is encouraging. Consider him a solid starting Fantasy option for Week 14.

Lamar Miller faces tough matchup again
Miller is dealing with a pectoral injury that limited him Thursday, but it does not seem likely to keep him off the field this week. Unfortunately, coming off a 72 yards on 22 carries performance, Miller has to face a defense that has held opposing backs to just 69.8 rushing yards per game over the last four.
Miller hasn't developed as a feature back for the Dolphins this season, but they showed a willingness to give him a big role last week. Unfortunately, against a tough matchup, Miller should be considered a low-end starting option for Week 14.

Le'Veon Bell in line for big week
Bell was cleared for full practice Thursday, and looks to be on track to play this Sunday, barring a setback. He will have a great matchup to attack if he is able to take the field, as the Dolphins have been one of the league's worst defenses when it comes to stopping the run.
Opposing running backs have totaled just 22 points over the last two games, but that appears to be an outlier, based on the season as a whole. Miami ranks 25th in the league in Fantasy points allowed to opposing running backs this season, at 19.7 per game. The Dolphins have allowed 12 touchdowns to running backs this season, though none have come over the last three games.
Bell appears likely to play this week, though he does have to pass one more test before being cleared for Sunday. If he does play, he could be in line for yet another strong performance. At this point, Bell looks like he should be considered a solid starting Fantasy option in all formats.

Steelers could slow Ryan Tannehill down
"He's clearly playing better," Joe Philbin told ESPN.com Wednesday. "You can look [at it] on a piece of paper and say he's playing better. I think overall, he has more command of the offense, his decision-making has improved and this is an important game for everybody."
Despite his improvement, Tannehill might struggle to reach 300 yards for the third time, as he has to face a Steelers defense that holds opposing quarterbacks to 237 passing yards per game, the ninth-fewest in the league. Quarterbacks are averaging just 16.2 Fantasy points per game against the Steelers as well.
Furthermore, the weather in Pittsburgh Sunday calls for a chance of snow. Tannehill has never played in snow, but said he is not overly concerned about it affecting his game.
"If it's snowing, I've heard it's not too bad," Tannehill said. "It's actually nice to play in it. From the guys just in the locker room talking, Matt [Moore] played in the snow a few times. He said it's nice. It doesn't affect the ball."
Even coming off arguably the best stretch of his career, Tannehill isn't the type of quarterback you start against just any defense. With this matchup, Tannehill should probably be considered just a low-end Fantasy option for Week 14.
