Cutler was able to get through full practice Thursday, and head coach Marc Trestman announced him as the starter Week 15. Cutler has missed the past four games due to an ankle injury. He had been replaced by Josh McCown. Despite McCown's strong play, it was made clear that Cutler would be named the starter once he was healthy.

Briggs wore a helmet, and was able to take part in position drills while the media watched practice. He's been sidelined the past six games due to a shoulder injury. It was his first practice since he suffered the injury October 20. Briggs was listed as limited in practice.

Eddie Lacy not practicing Thursday
Lacy is dealing with an ankle injury, and is not expected to try and practice until Friday. Head coach Mike McCarthy said he was optimistic that Lacy would play Sunday.
