Bills' Dan Herron: Could see carries in Week 5
Dan Herron 's teammates LeSean McCoy and Karlos Williams have both officially been ruled out for Sunday's game in Tennessee.
Anthony Dixon will get first crack at the Titans and their 22nd-ranked run defense, however the folks running the Buffalo Bills have made statements this week that they won't be afraid to use Herron. He's familiar with offensive coordinator Greg Roman and had some success at times last season with the Colts around their running game issues elsewhere.
Redskins' Chris Culliver out for Sunday's game against the Falcons
Chris Culliver (knee) is out for Sunday's matchup with the Falcons, the Washington Redskins ' official Twitter reports.
Culliver played through the knee injury in Week 4, but gave up two touchdowns in the process and did not look like himself. Head coach Jay Gruden said he's confident in veteran cornerback Will Blackmon, who will play in Culliver's place on Sunday.

DeSean Jackson (hamstring) is out for Sunday's game against the Falcons.
With Jackson out, fellow wideout Pierre Garcon figures to remain busy Sunday, while Jamison Crowder and Ryan Grant are also candidates to see added looks in the Washington passing offense this weekend.
Bills RB Anthony Dixon gets his chance in Week 5
Buffalo Bills running back Anthony Dixon will get an opportunity to display his talents Sunday in Tennessee with backfield mates LeSean McCoy and Karlos Williams ruled out.
The team and Rex Ryan have been talking all week about "Boobie Time" and now he'll receive that chance. Dixon will get the first crack at getting the ground game going against a Titans defense that hasn't been great against the run.
On the flip side, Dixon doesn't have a track record of being a feature back and there are already rumblings that that team will mix in Dan Herron and Cierre Wood if he turns into a bust. That all said, he's the Buffalo back to own if you're in a Week 5 pinch.

Packers' Bryan Bulaga: Returns to practice this week
Bulaga (knee) is preparing to return to action after missing the past three weeks recovering from surgery to repair a torn meniscus, the Green Bay Packers ' official site reports.
Bulaga returned to the practice field in full pads on Wednesday. When asked about Bulaga's progress this week, head coach Mike McCarthy said, "Bryan Bulaga is doing well. So far so good." Whether Bulaga will be good enough to go in Sunday's game against the Rams is still up in the air. If Bulaga is not able to play Sunday, Don Barclay will continue to play in his place.
Jaguars LB Paul Posluszny questionable for Sunday
Jacksonville Jaguars linebacker Paul Posluszny (ankle) is questionable for the Week 5 clash against Tampa Bay.
Posluszny wasn't able to participate in practice at all this week, but Gus Bradley noted Thursday that his status won't be decided until closer to Sunday. He will likely be a game-time decision.
Jaguars RB Denard Robinson out again Sunday
Denard Robinson (knee) has been ruled out for Sunday's game against the Bucs, the Florida Times Union reports.
Robinson injured his MCL against in Week 2 and hasn't practiced since, with the running back's Week 6 status cloudy as well. T.J. Yeldon heads the Jags' rushing attack, in any case, though Robinson figures to reclaim a complementary role in the team's backfield once he returns to health.
