Report: State Attorney doesn't file charges against Pouncey brothers
The Miami-Dade Office of the State Attorney has decided
Miami Beach police investigated claims made by a South Florida man that alleges the brothers assaulted him during the party. Miami Beach police turned over all the information it gathered during the investigation to the state attorney's office, which decided there wasn't enough evidence to file charges.
"This confirms that the previous claim that the brothers were involved was false and fabricated by individuals seeking notoriety and monetary gain," said Jeff Ostrow, personal counsel to the Pounceys.
The Pounceys are still facing a civil lawsuit from the alleged victims.

49ers RB Marcus Lattimore scheduled to practice Monday
"As you know, it's been a long road," Lattimore said.
Lattimore said he reported to training camp at 225 pounds but is down to 220 and believes he's quicker, the report said. He's eager to test himself at full-contact practices.
"I want to put together consistently good days of practice so they trust me to go out there and play," he said. "That's the biggest thing."
The 49ers must decide whether to activate Lattimore within three weeks of his first practice.
