Report: 49ers to promote Geep Chryst to OC
Chryst spent the last four seasons as the team's quarterbacks coach. Prior to that, he was the tight ends/offensive quality control coach with the Panthers. Chryst does have experience as an offensive coordinator. From 1999-2000, he was the Chargers offensive coordinator/quarterbacks coach. Chryst is credited with developing both Alex Smith and Colin Kaepernick.
Report: Broncos hire Joe Woods as new DB coach
Woods has been a defensive backs coach in the NFL since 2004. He started out with the Buccaneers, where he coached for one season. Woods then joined the Vikings, and remained with the club through 2013. He was the Raiders defensive backs coach last season.
Broncos hire Wade Phillips as Defensive Coordinator
Phillips interviewed for the position on Tuesday. He has a history with head coach Gary Kubiak. Phillips served as Kubiak's defensive coordinator in Houston from 2011-2013. He did not coach in the NFL last season. Phillips also served as the Broncos' head coach from 1993-1994. He compiled a 16-16 record.

Andrew Leonard, chairman of the St. Louis Convention & Visitors Bureau, made the comment two days after the Rams switched to a year-to-year lease, enabling them to leave St. Louis in 2016.
"There's no question about it, they'd rather be in Los Angeles, in my mind," Leonard said.
Rams owner Stan Kroenke is planning an 80,000-seat domed stadium at the site of the defunct Hollywood Park racetrack in Inglewood, Calif.
A task force set up by Missouri Gov. Jay Nixon has countered with a proposal for a 64,000-seat, open-air stadium on the Mississippi River, with taxpayers footing as much as $405 million of the nearly $1 billion tab, the paper said.
It's not clear if the region's proposal could sway Kroenke to keep the team in St. Louis. The Rams will play the 2015 season downtown at the Edward Jones Dome, which opened in 1995.
Kroenke would need approval from 24 NFL owners to relocate.
