Chargers' Malcom Floyd: Listed as probable
Malcom Floyd (shoulder) is listed as probable for Sunday's game in Jacksonville.
There was some thought that Floyd could miss the rest of the season, but he's instead on track to miss just one game, having logged limited practices Wednesday and Thursday, followed by a full practice Friday afternoon. His expected return, in a highly favorable matchup, will likely lead to fewer snaps for Dontrelle Inman and Javontee Herndon.
Bengals' Adam Jones: Listed as questionable
Adam Jones (foot) is listed as questionable for Sunday's game against the Rams.
Jones practiced in a limited fashion both Thursday and Friday, which bodes well for his chances of suiting up Sunday, though confirmation of such an outcome will have to wait until the release of the Cincinnati Bengals ' inactives in advance of Sunday's 1:00 ET kickoff.
Lions' Ezekiel Ansah: Logs 3.5 sacks against Eagles
Ezekiel Ansah tallied four tackles, 3.5 sacks, a forced fumble and a fumble recovery in Thursday's win over Philadelphia.
The third-year player broke his previous career high of sacks in a game of 2.5 with his monster Thanksgiving performance. Ansah has been a major factor contributing to Detroit's defensive turnaround in recent weeks and has emerged as one of the NFL's premiere pass rushers. He is currently tied for the league lead in sacks with 11.5 and forced fumbles with four.
Chiefs' Knile Davis: Could see some work Sunday
Knile Davis may see some work in Sunday's game against the Bills, Terez A. Paylor of the Kansas City Star reports.
While it appears Davis may have finally worked his way back into the rotation, it's more out of necessity than by playing his way back. Charcandrick West (concussion) remains questionable for Sunday's contest, and him missing the contest would leave just Spencer Ware and Davis as the two options out of the backfield. Even if West misses the contest, Ware would likely work ahead of Davis, limiting any potential value. If West were to play, it wouldn't be surprising if Davis was inactive again Sunday.
Lions' Brandon Pettigrew: Catches one pass against the Eagles
Brandon Pettigrew caught one pass off of two targets for 21 yards in Thursday's win over Philadelphia.
Pettigrew has consistently seen more playing time than fellow tight end Eric Ebron during the Detroit Lions ' three-game winning streak, finding himself on the field for more snaps in every game and by a total margin of 142 to 106, according to Pro Football Focus. During that same period, Ebron has seen more targets, 11 to seven. Pettigrew is clearly the blocker of the tight end duo, and new offensive coordinator Jim Bob Cooter, perhaps looking for more physicality from the offense, seems to be leaning more and more on him. That extended exposure should not be counted on, however, to deliver much fantasy production.
Chiefs' Dee Ford: Won't play Sunday
Dee Ford (back) will not play in Sunday's game against the Bills.
Ford injured his back during warmups last Sunday, and it will cost him at least another week as well. Tamba Hali will continue to see the largest chunk of time at right outside linebacker, but Dezman Moses could be in line to spell him again Sunday should the veteran need rest.
Jaguars' Bernard Pierce: Doubtful Sunday
Bernard Pierce (calf) is considered doubtful to play Sunday against the Chargers, Jacksonville Jaguars .com reports.
Pierce has been battling a calf injury for the last couple of weeks, and he was inactive for last Thursday's win over the Titans. The former Raven appears destined for a second straight inactive designation, though he likely wouldn't hold a major role in the offense, regardless.
Jaguars' Allen Hurns: Probable vs. Chargers
Allen Hurns (foot) is listed as probable for Sunday's matchup with San Diego, Jacksonville Jaguars .com reports.
Hurns has been nursing minor injuries to his foot and thigh, and he was limited in practice Wednesday. However, neither ailment appears to be overly serious, and the expectation is that Hurns will be available to line up opposite Allen Robinson in Week 12. Hurns' seven-game touchdown streak was snapped last week against Tennessee but he remains a productive option in what's been a surprisingly fantasy-friendly Jaguars passing attack.
Chiefs' Allen Bailey: Ruled out for Sunday
Allen Bailey (calf) has been ruled out for Sunday's contest against the Bills.
Considering Bailey didn't practice at all this week, it shouldn't come as a surprise that he will skip another game Sunday. This week marks his third straight absence, and the combo of Jaye Howard and Dontari Poe will likely anchor the middle and the defensive end spot left vacant by Bailey.
Cardinals' Patrick Peterson: Questionable to face 49ers
Patrick Peterson (ankle) is listed as questionable for Sunday's game in San Francisco, CSN Bay Area reports.
According to Darren Urban of the Cardinals' official website, head coach Bruce Arians said Friday that he expects Peterson to play in Sunday's game. The star cornerback missed practice Wednesday and Thursday, but he then returned as a limited participant Friday morning. There is some chance Peterson will be active but play fewer snaps than usual.
