Pascal Dupuis
Pens' Dupuis Is Blood Clot Free
Pascal Dupuis, LW, PIT
12:54 AM
News: Pascal Dupuis is no longer dealing with the blood clots that ended his season prematurely, Jason Mackey of the Pittsburgh Tribune-Review reports.
Analysis: While the fact that Pascal Dupuis is "clot-free" is certainly encouraging, general manager Jim Rutherford stated that "there are other things from a medical point of view that have to be looked at." It seems as though Dupuis' future with the Penguins, and perhaps the NHL in general, remains uncertain.

Ryan McDonagh
Rangers' McDonagh In Walking Boot And On Crutches
Ryan McDonagh, D, NYR
12:43 AM
News: Ryan McDonagh is currently donning a walking boot and using crutches due to the broken foot he suffered in the Eastern Conference Final against Tampa Bay, Andrew Gross of The Record reports.
Analysis: He'll remain in a walking boot and on crutches for four weeks, at which point his broken foot will be re-evaluated. While a broken foot is certainly nothing to scoff at, if all goes well with the healing process, Ryan McDonagh should be ready for the Rangers' training camp in September.

Michael Dal Colle
Isles' Dal Colle Wins Memorial Cup
Michael Dal Colle, LW, NYI
6/1/2015
News: Dal Michael Dal Colle finished tied for the team lead in points as his junior team won the Memorial Cup, according to the Islanders website.
Analysis: Dal Michael Dal Colle has been everything the Islanders hoped for when they selected him with the 5th overall pick in the 2014 draft. He finished the season with 42 goals and 93 points and then added another eight goals and 23 assists in the playoffs. He is a player to watch in dynasty drafts.

Julien Brouillette
Jets' Brouillette Inks Deal With Swiss Club
Julien Brouillette, D, WPG
6/1/2015
News: Julien Brouillette agreed to a one-year contract Monday with Karlskrona HK of Sweden, Tim Leone of PennLive.com reports.
Analysis: Julien Brouillette primarily spent the 2014-15 season with AHL St. John's, though he was called upon to play in one game with the team's parent club in Winnipeg. Rather than toiling in the minors for another season, Brouillette will elect to try his luck overseas before pondering a return to North America.

Daniel Walcott
Walcott Traded to Tampa Bay
Daniel Walcott, D, NYR
6/1/2015
News: Daniel Walcott was traded to Tampa Bay on Monday in exchange for a seventh-round pick in the 2015 NHL Entry Draft.
Analysis: Daniel Walcott isn't quite fantasy relevant yet, but he's worth a look in dynasty formats. He had a solid second season at defense for QMJHL's Blainville-Boisbriand Armada in 2014-15, tallying 41 points in 54 regular season games. He joins a Tampa Bay organization full of young, promising talent.

Trevor van Riemsdyk
Hawks' Van Riemsdyk Travelling With Team
Trevor van Riemsdyk, D, CHI
6/1/2015
News: Van Riemsdyk (wrist) will make the trip to Tampa Bay with the Blackhawks for Game 1 of the Stanley Cup Finals, Tracey Myers of CSN Chicago reports.
Analysis: It remains to be seen if coach Joel Quenneville will opt to shake up his defensive corps after Kyle Cumiskey and David Rundblad played relatively well when getting the call for Game 7 against the Ducks, but the fact that Trevor van Riemsdyk is traveling with the team indicates the Blackhawks' head man is at least considering it. Whether or not van Riemsdyk will suit up for Game 1 of the series should be confirmed during warmups Wednesday.

Marcus Kruger
Hawks' Kruger
Marcus Kruger, C, CHI
6/1/2015
News: Marcus Kruger is "fine" and will play in Wednesday's Game 1 of the Stanley Cup Final against Tampa Bay, CSN Chicago's Tracey Myers reports.
Analysis: Marcus Kruger didn't play much after taking a big hit from the Ducks' Ryan Kesler with about 13 minutes remaining in the third period of Saturday's Game 7. However, at that point the Hawks had the game pretty well in hand, so Krugers' lack of ice time was likely a precautionary measure. Kruger has tallied two goals and one assist thus far during Chicago's playoff run.

Bryan Bickell
Hawks' Bickell "Ready To Go" For Game 1
Bryan Bickell, LW, CHI
6/1/2015
News: Bryan Bickell is reportedly "fine", and will be ready to play in Game 1 of the Stanley Cup Final against Tampa Bay, Tracey Myers of CSN Chicago reports.
Analysis: Bryan Bickell only had one shift in the second period of Saturday's Game 7 against the Ducks, and did not touch the ice once in the third period. During the game, it wasn't clear whether Bickell was nursing an injury that was keeping him off the ice, or if head coach Joel Quenneville had decided to bench the big-bodied forward. Quenneville was critical of Bickell's physicality in Saturday's Game 7 when speaking to reporters on Monday, so it appears Bickell's lack of ice time was due to poor play rather than an ailment. It's highly unlikely that Bickell will be a healthy scratch for Wednesday's Game 1 of the Stanley Cup Final, but it remains to be seen how much ice time he'll receive in the matchup.

Marc Staal
Rangers' Staal Played With Hairline Ankle Fracture
Marc Staal, D, NYR
6/1/2015
News: Marc Staal played with a hairline fracture in his ankle throughout the Rangers' playoff run. He reportedly suffered the injury during one of the team's final regular-season contests.
Analysis: The injury didn't have a noticeable effect on Marc Staal's production or ice time during the postseason, so it likely isn't anything to be concerned about heading into the 2015-16 campaign. Staal should be ready for the Rangers' training camp in September.

Dan Girardi
Rangers' Girardi Played With MCL Sprain
Dan Girardi, D, NYR
6/1/2015
News: Dan Girardi played the final three games of the Eastern Conference Finals with a Grade 1 MCL sprain.
Analysis: The Rangers' defensive corps was incredibly banged up by the end of their playoff run, with Ryan McDonagh, Marc Staal, and Keith Yandle all playing through injury at some point during the postseason. Dan Girardi's ailment, however, isn't considered to be too serious, and he should be ready for the Rangers' training camp in September.
