Player News
Jonas Hiller
Flames' Hiller To Start Sunday
Jonas Hiller, G, CGY
12:38 AM
News: Jonas Hiller will be between the pipes for Game 3 of the Flames' playoff series against the Canucks, Roger Millions of Sportsnet reports.
Analysis: Despite being pulled in Game 2 after allowing three goals on 29 shots, the Flames will once again turn to Jonas Hiller for Game 3 of the series. If he continues to struggle, Calgary may have to consider giving Karri Ramo a shot in net in Game 4.

Scott Darling
Hawks' Darling To Start Sunday
Scott Darling, G, CHI
12:20 AM
News: Scott Darling will be between the pipes for Game 3 on Sunday against the Predators, Mark Lazerus of The Chicago Sun-Times reports.
Analysis: It isn't a huge surprise, as Corey Crawford has struggled in back-to-back starts, allowing nine goals on 47 shots over that span. Scott Darling, on the other hand, was phenomenal in relief of Crawford in Game 1 of the series, turning away every one of Nashville's 42 shots en route to a 4-3 double-overtime victory. He'll look to build on that outstanding performance on Sunday.

Mathieu Perreault
Jets' Perreault (Lower Body) Game Time Decision
Mathieu Perreault, C, WPG
12:14 AM
News: Mathieu Perreault (lower body) skated Saturday morning and is considered a game-time decision for Game 2 against the Ducks, Eric Stephens of the Orange County Register reports.
Analysis: Mathieu Perreault is still recovering from a lower body injury he sustained on Apr. 9. Although he's reportedly close to returning to the Jets' lineup, he may have to wait until Game 3 on Monday to do so, as he remains a true game-time decision for Saturday's Game 2. The Jets will provide an update on his status prior to puck drop on Saturday.

Matt Cooke
Wild's Cooke To Play Saturday
Matt Cooke, LW, MIN
12:05 AM
News: Matt Cooke will suit up on Saturday for Game 2 of the Wild's first-round playoff matchup with St. Louis, Chad Graff of the St. Paul Pioneer Press reports.
Analysis: Matt Cooke hasn't played since Feb. 1, and has been plagued by injury for much of the season. He leads the Wild in career playoff games (103), and will add a veteran presence to Minnesota's lineup.

Brandon Sutter
Pens' Sutter Notches Two Points In Game 2 Win
Brandon Sutter, C, PIT
4/18/2015
News: Brandon Sutter scored his first goal of the playoffs and had an assist in Saturday's Game 2 win over the Rangers.
Analysis: It was a great outing for Brandon Sutter, who now has three goals in his last three games dating to the regular season. The 26-year-old has six goals in his last 15 playoff games and is a key depth scorer for the Penguins. If Pittsburgh hopes to get past New York in the first round, guys like Sutter will need to step up and make a difference every game.

Chris Kunitz
Pens' Kunitz Notches Three Points In Game 2 Win
Chris Kunitz, LW, PIT
4/18/2015
News: Chris Kunitz scored his first goal of the playoffs and added two helpers in Saturday's Game 2 win over the Rangers.
Analysis: A dominant effort from Chris Kunitz, who also dished out five hits and recorded a plus-2 rating. After being held pointless in Game 1, Kunitz was bumped up to Sidney Crosby's line for Game 2 and he didn't disappoint. With the series now tied 1-1, look for Kunitz and Crosby to continue to pile up points for Pittsburgh. If Kunitz can play like the 35-goal scorer he was in 2013-14, the Penguins could have a chance to get past the Rangers in the first round.

Sidney Crosby
Crosby's Two Goals Lead Pens To Game 2 Victory
Sidney Crosby, C, PIT
4/18/2015
News: Sidney Crosby scored two goals in Saturday's Game 2 win over the Rangers.
Analysis: A big performance from the captain, who was held pointless in Thursday's playoff opener. With the series now tied 1-1, Sidney Crosby will need to keep producing if the Penguins hope to get past the Rangers. With 116 points in 97 career playoff games, Crosby is one of the best guys you can have in a playoff pool.

Henrik Lundqvist
Rangers' Lundqvist Allows Four Goals In Loss
Henrik Lundqvist, G, NYR
4/18/2015
News: Henrik Lundqvist allowed four goals on 22 shots in Saturday's Game 2 loss to Pittsburgh.
Analysis: A rare off night for Henrik Lundqvist, who was beaten twice by Penguins' superstar captain Sidney Crosby. While it wasn't the best game for the King, it was just one game in a seven-game series. Lundqvist, who owns a career .922 save percentage in the playoffs, will continue to be the uncontested started for New York during their postseason run.

Marc-Andre Fleury
Pens' Fleury Makes 23 Saves In Game 2 Win
Marc-Andre Fleury, G, PIT
4/18/2015
News: Marc-Andre Fleury stopped 23 of 26 shots in Saturday's Game 2 win over the Rangers.
Analysis: A decent outing for Marc-Andre Fleury, who has allowed five goals through his first two playoff games. He appears to have escaped some of his postseason woes from the past and is looking calm and collected in the crease. Fleury is the man in Pittsburgh and the Pens will continue to ride him throughout their postseason run.

Tomas Tatar
Tatar Nets Wings' Only Goal
Tomas Tatar, LW, DET
4/18/2015
News: Tomas Tatar scored the Wings' only goal Saturday in a Game 2 loss to the Lightning. The series is now knotted at a game apiece.
Analysis: It was his first NHL playoff point. The series now shifts to Detroit for Game 3.
