Player News
Corey Crawford
Hawks' Crawford Gives Up Three Goals In Loss
Corey Crawford, G, CHI
12:45 PM
News: Corey Crawford surrendered three goals on 29 shots in Sunday's loss to Vancouver.
Analysis: Despite the loss, it was a strong outing for Corey Crawford, who was making his 11th straight start. He has been one of the best fantasy goalies this season, winning four of his past five games and posting a 9-5-1 record on the year. Backup Anti Raanta (illness) is feeling better and may get a start in the near-future, but any night Crawford is in the Hawks' crease, he needs to be in your lineup.

Kris Versteeg
Hawks' Versteeg Scores Seventh Goal
Kris Versteeg, RW, CHI
12:38 PM
News: Kris Versteeg scored for the third time in four games in Sunday's loss to Vancouver.
Analysis: Life alongside Patty Kane is pretty sweet. Kris Versteeg is thriving on the second line, collecting three goals and seven points in his last four games. He is also playing on the Hawks' top power-play unit, where he tipped in a Duncan Keith shot Sunday. With seven goals on the season, Versteeg is worth adding, at least until Patrick Sharp (leg) returns from injury.

Mike Smith
Coyotes' Smith Drops Sixth Straight
Mike Smith, G, ARI
12:19 PM
News: Mike Smith lost for the sixth straight game Sunday, giving up two goals on 30 shots against Anaheim.
Analysis: While Mike Smith played great in the loss, the goaltending situation developing in Arizona is quite interesting. Although Smith is the clear No.1 goalie, backup Devon Dubnyk has outplayed him thus far, posting a 5-0-1 record. Don't be worried though, as Smith played well enough Sunday to remind us why we put our faith in him in the first place. The wins will come sooner or later.

Frederik Andersen
Ducks' Andersen Shuts Down Coyotes
Frederik Andersen, G, ANA
12:06 PM
News: Frederik Andersen stopped 26 of 27 shots in Sunday's win over Arizona.
Analysis: After losing five straight games, Frederik Andersen has gotten back on track of late, winning two straight and allowing only five goals in that span. With a 9-2-4 record, Andersen has been one of the more reliable fantasy options this season. The Ducks are leading the Western Conference with 31 points, and Andersen is a big reason why. Keep the 25-year-old stud rolling.

Ryan Miller
Canucks' Miller Stymies Blackhawks
Ryan Miller, G, VAN
2:19 AM
News: Ryan Miller turned away all but one of the 25 shots he faced in Sunday's win over the Blackhawks.
Analysis: While is individual stats haven't been amazing, Ryan Miller has been rock solid this season, tied for the league-lead with 13 wins. He has been very reliable in fantasy and is a must-start every night he gets the call in the Canucks' crease.

Radim Vrbata
Canucks' Vrbata Strikes Again In Win
Radim Vrbata, RW, VAN
2:01 AM
News: Radim Vrbata scored for the third straight game in Sunday's win over the Blackhawks.
Analysis: Radim Vrbata has been red-hot lately, recording five goals and a plus-3 rating in his last three games. With 17 points (10 goals) in 19 games on the season, Vrbata has proven to be a tremendous fit in Vancouver. Keep him rolling.

Derek Dorsett
Canucks' Dorsett Collects Two Assists
Derek Dorsett, RW, VAN
1:54 AM
News: Derek Dorsett picked up a pair of assists and was a plus-3 in Sunday's win over the Blackhawks.
Analysis: Derek Dorsett now has three assists in his last two games and is a plus-4 in that span. Not know as a big point producer, Dorsett has managed two goals and eight points in 19 games this season, putting him on pace for the first 30-point campaign of his career.

Jannik Hansen
Hanen's Hat Trick Helps Canucks Defeat 'Hawks
Jannik Hansen, RW, VAN
1:48 AM
News: Jannik Hansen recorded his first career hat trick in Sunday's win over the Blackhawks.
Analysis: We'll take whatever Jannik Hansen has been having lately. The Great Dane is red-hot, riding a three-game goal-scoring streak in which he has recorded five goals and a plus-4 rating. The fourth-liner is now up to eight goals in 21 games this season, making him worth a look in some deeper formats. Hansen won't keep this goal-scoring pace up and isn't a big point producer, but he could get you 20 goals.

Bo Horvat
Canucks' Horvat Dishes Out Trio Of Assists
Bo Horvat, C, VAN
1:19 AM
News: Bo Horvat dished out the first three assists of his NHL career in Sunday's win over Chicago.
Analysis: With a goal and four points in his last two games, the 19-year-old Bo Horvat has likely played his last game in the OHL. Skating on a line with Jannik Hansen, Horvat was fantastic Sunday, going 13-for-16 on faceoffs and logging 14:27 of ice time. While he won't make a huge fantasy impact if he sticks with the Canucks this season, he's one to watch in the future.

Chris Tanev
Canucks' Tanev Stands Out In Win
Chris Tanev, D, VAN
1:06 AM
News: Chris Tanev collected an assist, had a plus-3 rating, and was credited with a whopping eight blocked shots in Sunday's win over Chicago.
Analysis: Quite the night for Chris Tanev, who now has a point in two straight games and is up to six assists in 21 games on the season. While he is yet to score a goal in 2014-15, Tanev is averaging a steady 20:33 of ice time and should break the 20-point barrier for the first time in his career.
