Player News
Dennis Seidenberg
Bruins' Seidenberg Out Again
Dennis Seidenberg, D, BOS
3:08 PM
News: Dennis Seidenberg (leg) will miss Tuesday's Game 3 against the Rangers, according to ESPN.
Analysis: Things have been heading in this direction even though Dennis Seidenberg has started practicing again. The B's will have to continue to get by with a banged-up blue line, which they've been doing capably thus far in the series.

Logan Couture
Couture In Line-Up For Sharks
Logan Couture, C, SJ
2:46 PM
News: After missing practice Monday, Coach McLellan has confirmed that Logan Couture will be in the line-up for San Jose's game on Tuesday, CSN Bay Area reports.
Analysis: Logan Couture missed most of the second period in Game 3, but was back in the line-up by the end of the game and scored the game-winner. Despite a couple shake-ups, Couture will remain on a line with Joe Pavelski and Patrick Marleau.

Brenden Morrow
Penguins' Morrow Leaves Practice
Brenden Morrow, LW, PIT
11:42 AM
News: Brenden Morrow left Tuesday's practice for an unspecified reason.
Analysis: It's unclear what, if anything, is ailing Brenden Morrow, but we'll look for additional details regarding his status as Wednesday's Game 4 against the Senators approaches.

Chris Neil
Sens' Neil Good To Go
Chris Neil, RW, OTT
11:25 AM
News: Chris Neil (upper body), who left Sunday's Game 3 victory over the Penguins during the second overtime period, practiced Tuesday.
Analysis: The report adds that Chris Neil is cleared to play in Wednesday's Game 4, suggesting that the pesky forward could have returned to Game 3 with more time.

Wade Redden
Bruins' Redden Unlikely To Re-Enter Lineup Tuesday
Wade Redden, D, BOS
8:12 AM
News: The Boston Globe believes that it's unlikely that Wade Redden (undisclosed injury) will suit up Tuesday against the Rangers.
Analysis: Though Wade Redden practiced Monday and is with the team in New York, for now it looks like the Bruins will go with the same lineup Tuesday that they went with in Sunday's Game 2 win over the Rangers.

Eric Gryba
Sens' Gryba Still Ailing
Eric Gryba, D, OTT
6:08 AM
News: Eric Gryba (upper body) is not close to returning, the Ottawa Sun reports.
Analysis: Eric Gryba still has not been cleared for contact after being hit by Pens defenseman Brooks Orpik in Game 1 of the Senators' second-round series. Andre Benoit played in Gryba's place in Game 3, and can be expected to do so again in Game 4 on Wednesday, especially considering Benoit set up the game-winner in overtime Sunday.

Adam Burish
Sharks' Burish Progressing, But Still Not Ready
Adam Burish, RW, SJ
12:51 AM
News: Adam Burish (hand) is progressing, but will miss Tuesday's Game 4 against the Kings, ESPN's Pierre LeBrun reports.
Analysis: The fact that Adam Burish's hand will probably keep him out a little while longer and his lack of offensive production leave him with very little fantasy value.

Patrick Kane
Chicago's Kane Gets First Lady Byng Nomination
Patrick Kane, RW, CHI
12:46 AM
News: Patrick Kane has picked up his first-ever nomination for the Lady Byng Trophy, which is given each year to the player who has best exhibited the combination of sportsmanship, gentlemanly conduct and skill. He's up against the Islanders' Matt Moulson and the Lightning's Marty St. Louis.
Analysis: He finished fifth in the NHL in both goals (23) and points (55) while picking up just eight penalty minutes, the fewest among the league's top-20 scorers.

Matt Moulson
Isles' Moulson Nominated For Lady Byng Again
Matt Moulson, LW, NYI
12:43 AM
News: Matt Moulson has earned a nomination for the Lady Byng Trophy, which is given to the NHLer who has best exhibited the combination of sportsmanship, gentlemanly conduct and skill. Marty St. Louis of Tampa Bay and Patrick Kane of Chicago are the other nominees. It is Moulson's second consecutive nomination for the award.
Analysis: Matt Moulson totaled just four penalty minutes while finishing in the top three on the Isles in goals (15), assists (29) and points (44). His efforts also helped lead the team to the postseason for its first appearance in six seasons.

Martin St. Louis
Bolts' St. Louis Named Lady Byng Nominee
Martin St. Louis, RW, TB
12:39 AM
News: Martin St. Louis has been named a finalist for the Lady Byng Trophy, given each year to the player who has best exhibited the combination of sportsmanship, gentlemanly conduct and skill. He is up against Patrick Kane of the Blackhawks and Matt Moulson of the Islanders.
Analysis: He is already a two-time Lady Byng winner (2009-10, 2010-11) and a finalist for the award four other times. This year, he led the NHL with 43 helpers and 60 points in 48 games to win his second-career Art Ross Trophy, all while spending just 14 minutes in the penalty box.
