Avs coach Joe Sacco sang Cody McLeod's praises following the win. "It's good to see Cody get rewarded lately," Sacco said. "He's been popping in some goals here and there. A guy like Cody does a lot of dirty work, things that go unnoticed — but not by his teammates and coaching staff." With nine points in 63 games, McLeod is unlikely to reach the career high 18 points he scored two seasons ago. However, he does currently sit fourth in the league in penalty minutes with 150, so he's still an excellent source of PIMs for those leagues that count that statistic. (Updated 03/11/2012).
