Bitz usually doesn't log a ton of playing time when healthy, but less than five minutes is ridiculous. Either Boston wanted to rest him or he re-injured himself. Still, Bitz is far more important to Boston's cause than Fantasy owners.

Bruins win Winter Classic tuneup with shutout of Thrashers
Byron Bitz tipped in a shot to start Boston's three-goal first period and the Bruins warmed up for the outdoor Winter Classic with a 4-0 victory over the Atlanta Thrashers on Wednesday night.

Gustavsson earns first shutout as Maple Leafs blank Bruins
Jonas Gustavsson made 25 saves for his first NHL shutout, helping the Toronto Maple Leafs beat the Boston Bruins 2-0 on Saturday night in his first start since having minor heart surgery for the second time this season.
