Kostopoulos drew some attention following his jaw-breaking hit on DetroitÂ’s Brad Stuart last season. Known for his burly style of play, the 6-foot winger has carved out a niche as the resident tough guy in Calgary and will keep his fighting gloves for 2011-12. Any scoring will be considered a bonus as he's only produced 144 points (56 G, 88 A) in 534 career games.
