Fantasy Analysis
Tyler Myers apparently suffered the injury in Thursday's game, but he played over 25 minutes in the contest and did not show visible signs of the setback, so details are minimal. Regardless of how the injury occurred, Myers will not play any more this season, so those that own him should search for a replacement. (Updated 4/12/13).
04/13/2013 17:51 Sabres keep playoff hopes alive with win over Flyers
Jhonas Enroth stopped 29 shots to help the Buffalo Sabres remain on the fringe of the playoff race with a 1-0 victory over the Philadelphia Flyers on Saturday.
04/11/2013 22:27 Canadiens demolish Sabres, clinch playoff berth
Peter Budaj stopped 14 shots, and the Montreal Canadiens clinched a playoff berth and regained the Northeast Division lead with a 5-1 win over the Buffalo Sabres on Thursday night.
Tyler Myers ended an injury-plagued, 23-point season with a broken foot that kept him sidelined for the final few games, but should be fully recovered in time for training camp. He hasn't been able to replicate the success of his 11-goal, 48-point rookie season in '09-10, and his power-play production may continue to take a hit due to the presence of Christian Ehrhoff. However, Myers certainly has a full toolbox and should creep closer to the 40-point barrier with a clean bill of health in '12-13. He'll turn 23 in February and those in keeper leagues should bump him up a few spots. Don't be scared off by his last two seasons, but don't forget about his potential either. (Updated 8/14/12)
