Peter Mannino only played one period of one game in Chris Mason's absence, but saved all four shots he faced. Ondrej Pavelec and Mason have established themselves well above Mannino. (Updated 11/11/2011).
Mannino appeared in just two games for the Thrashers last season and was not the goalie of record in either contest. He'll spend the season in the AHL with only the occasional promotion possible should the Jets goaltenders succumb to injury. As a result, he's not worth your fantasy consideration. (Updated 8/16/11)
