Fantasy Analysis
That makes just three goals on the season for Marcus Foligno, who's disappointed following great expectations generated by last year's explosive debut. This game was a good sign, but he'll need to keep it up to be worthy of consideration in most fantasy leagues. (Updated 3/12/13).
04/19/2013 21:59 Rangers go on five-goal spurt in blow out of Sabres
The New York Rangers scored five times in a span of less than 3 minutes and Brad Richards notched his first NHL hat trick in an 8-4 rout of the Buffalo Sabres on Friday night.
Marcus Foligno became a fan favorite in Buffalo after being recalled from AHL Rochester in March, recording 13 points in 14 games. He found instant chemistry on a line with Tyler Ennis and Drew Stafford, and he'll likely get an opportunity to produce right out of the gate in 2012-13. He won't continue to produce at a point-per-game clip, but has established himself as a player of interest, especially in keeper leagues. (Updated 8/14/12)
