Fantasy Analysis
Tyler Bozak scored on the only two shots he took. He has already set a career high in goals with 18, and his 47 points on the season are solid for a younger player. Bozak is definitely a player to remember in deeper leagues next season. (Updated 04/03/2012).
04/03/2012 22:12 Sabres fight back, drop Leafs in OT
Derek Roy scored a power-play goal with 1:31 left in overtime to cap a frantic comeback that kept the Buffalo Sabres' playoff hopes firmly alive with a 6-5 win over the Toronto Maple Leafs on Tuesday night.
03/23/2012 22:42 Maple Leafs top Devils in shootout
James Reimer made 43 saves and all three Toronto players scored in the shootout to lead the Maple Leafs to a 4-3 victory over the New Jersey Devils on Friday night.
Miscast as a top-line center last season, Bozak finally gets to play the lower-line pivot role that better fits his skills and development needs. We like him as a third-liner this season but that will all depend on Matthew Lombardis health. Still, with so many injury risks (Lombardi, Tim Connolly) at center ice, Bozak should see enough ice time to net close to 40 points. Just dont count on him for power-play points, PIMs or hits.
