David Perron scored two goals and had an assist, and Wade Redden notched his first NHL goal in almost three years to lead the St. Louis Blues to a 4-3 victory over the Dallas Stars on Saturday night.
Tomas Vincour has the size and speed to be a secondary scoring asset at the NHL level, but he has yet to develop the skill as many have hoped. He has five career goals in the NHL in about a full season's worth of games, so it's hard to get too excited about him at this point. It took time for Loui Eriksson to develop a scoring touch as well, but Eriksson flashed 30-goal potential at the AHL level as well, something Vincour has failed to do. (Updated 8/14/12)
