12/10/2011 17:06 Kaberle assists win in Habs debut
Tomas Kaberle, acquired in a trade with Carolina on Friday, had two assists in his debut with Montreal, leading the Canadiens to a 2-1 victory over the New Jersey Devils on Saturday.
Still 22-years old, Mattias Tedenby disappointed in limited action with New Jersey last season, posting six points in 43 games. Whether he opens the season with a regular role on the teams scoring lines remains to be seen, but he clearly has talent. He just needs to combine consistency with opportunity. (Updated 8/14/12)
