Brandon Gormley spent 2011-12 in the QMJHL after being the 13th overall draft pick by the Coyotes in the 2010 NHL Entry Draft. Yet another piece of the impressive blue line stockpile, Gormley tallied 32 points in 35 games between two clubs last season, finishing with an overall plus-3 rating. Yotes' general manager Don Maloney has said Gormley is the most likely of all the prospects to crack the roster out of training camp this year, but he would be best served with another year of development.
