Nolan scored 25 games last season, which is a solid total for a guy of his age. He remains a low-end option in the deepest of formats.

| When the Wild signed Owen Nolan to a two-year deal before the start of the 2008-09 season, it really didn't register on most people's radar since the veteran was about to enter his 19th year in the NHL and was no longer a spry chicken. By season's end Nolan became one of the Wild's top offensive contributors and team leaders. Nolan was limited to just 59 games because of a rash of injuries, but he still led the team with 25 goals and finished fourth with 45 points. He also had a team-high 12 power-play scores and five game-winning goals. It was the third time in four seasons Nolan had 40-plus points, and he still has something left in the tank 20 years after being the No. 1 pick in the 1990 NHL draft. While Nolan likely doesn't have a 60-point season left, he still can be a very effective scorer for the Wild in 2009-10. Consider him an injury-risk Fantasy flier for deeper formats.
