Stillman replaces Frolik on top line: The South Florida Sun Sentinel reports that Panthers coach Pete DeBoer has replaced RW Michael Frolik on the top line with veteran C Cory Stillman.

| Fantasy Analysis |
Frolik hasn't scored since Jan. 13, but he's not the only Panther who has been struggling to put the biscuit in the basket lately. Frolik has shown flashes of potential in his young career, but is still too inconsistent to use outside of deeper Fantasy leagues right now. Stillman has also had a few good offensive spurts this campaign, but also is only worth worrying about in larger formats.

| Panthers C Cory Stillman was able to stay healthy for the most part last season and had his best offensive output since the 2005-06 campaign when he was with the Hurricanes. He is no longer a threat to put up 80 points in a season like he did with the Lightning in 2003-04, but he can likely be counted on to produce 25-30 goals and 30-35 assists. He did suffer a concussion last season which forced him to miss time, but riding the pine is nothing new to Stillman who has never played all 82 games in a season. He is worth picking up as a No. 5 or 6 Fantasy forward on Draft Day. (Updated 8/18/09) |
